Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Great view, however very slow room service and poor quality breakfast. Waited over an hour for our luggage to arrive to our room, which had edible items that needed refrigeration. Kept following up however it was still terribly delayed.

This was my first stay in Dubai and the whole staff at Hilton made my stay magical - would like to thank Adnan in front office and Aya at the front desk for their lovely welcoming and helpfulness. 10/10! Thanks so much

It was a plesent holiday as last year. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Aya, Anastasia, Svetlana, Shaon and Samy.

The Hilton hotel has a gorgeous Laguna beach, different DJs are invited every Sunday, a very pleasant stylish place

Breakfast variety, friendly staff, new building, Hersey is a brand new, clean hotel. Close to Nakhell Mall within walking distance. I recommend it to everyone, whether family or single stay. I would like to thank my friends SIMON and FAHIM

Bhavya in conciërge was really helpful for us to change our dates in tickets to palm view. She tried her very best to get it done. Such an amazing wonderful young lady, she really made our stay wonderful. Thankyou so much to Bhavya would definitely visit here again

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai palm Jumeirah this weekend, from check in with the help of RJ and Rap, to executive lounge team Josh, Rj, rindy and Rachel who had been really fantastic and accommodating, Su and Mary from the all day dining restaurant, and to the coolest Manager ever Anne (Claw) with tremendous expertise in sumptuous selections of food and beverages plus she makes us feel at home will definitely come back again with family and friends, Hamad and Brenda from the Pool who had been keen in looking after guests and making sure all of us are well hydrated under the sun. During check out Aya had been wonderful.

Fantastic luxury hotel, in a great area on the palm, where you can walk to lots of beach restaurants bars & beach clubs.

It’s actually better than the pictures, all staff very good, all restaurants in the hotel amazing food.

Great hotel located on the Palm. Staff were all very warm and welcoming and accommodated an early check in as we arrived ahead of time. Good selection of breakfast foods and they even remembered my name. Special shout out to Maleesha, did an exceptional job of taking care of our rooms around our schedule. We will definitely return.

Thanks a lot to Mis Paula for helping us with restaurant reservations and mr Farkhod for helping us with transport and location.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID! Here now; it’s 1am and there is loud music and parties going on in the restaurants/conference centre and it’s impossible to sleep. We are on 10th floor and it is SO LOUD! Called the operator and they are doing nothing about it. It’s a Monday night! Disgraceful service and recommend you avoid this “PARTY HOTEL” if you’re planning to get any sleep! AVOID

First of all, thanks for making my stay a pleasant one. I had a very nice experience at Hilton Palm Jumeirah. The staff was very polite and cooperative. I appreciate the help I got from Mr HAMAD while check-in. I was very much impressed with his service and dedication towards customers. Also, the welcome surprise arranged by Nishma Patel was awesome. And most important is that I like the property. This is one of the best Hilton properties, which I visited recently time. I will visit this property again and will also tell about this property to my friends & colleagues. And last but not least, I like the most about this property is its grand Breakfast. So overall my stay was a pleasant one and will definitely visit this property again.

We extending our biking, thank to Anastasia who was very helpful, also thanks Farkhod who help us with the booking in the spa esterday.

I wold like to say thanks to Farkhod for halping us to axtend our chek out time, and help us with luggage because our flight is very late and he provided us to stor our luggage. Thank you all, we will defenately come back.

Not so bad for travellers but one things, workers are facing lots of kick under the sun every single worker are doing hard work, but they're facing lots.
