Hilton Dubai The Walk

The service is very good and the staff are friendly, especially at reception, especially the attendant Heba.

We would like to thank especially Ms. Esra after than Ms. Heba and all Hilton employees. They hosted us very nicely for 7 days and we were able to easily benefit from all the hotel's facilities.

I would like to thank concierge team special mr. Rabie, he is very helpful. Thank you hilton

Our stay at Hilton the walk, Dubai was excellent.
Muiz & Erasmo at reception were very helpful & made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place wether on a business trip or with family. Buffet breakfast & dinner both are equally good

Just ok hotel for short stay. While the room size is big, the reception area is too small and feels cluttered for a Hilton. While my rooms AC was ok, my boss's room was not working and it was very claustrophobic. He complained but it could not rectified, so they upgraded him to a penthouse. Breakfast average. The views though are great, especially from the Penthouse

The executive lounge at the Hilton the walk is an excellent benefit what makes the stay even better.

The team here are great, the service is top class and professional.

The food offered is also delicious.

It is very unfortunate to write this comment on a chain of hotels that I love and it has loyalty. Unfortunately, the rooms are old and need to be renewed. Carpets smell bad. The staff had to put on an air freshener so that I could stay in my room.

تجربة سيئة جدا جدا ولا انصح به
- بداية عند الوصول على موعد التجيك ان طلبوا منا الانتظار مدة 30 دقيقة ثم عادوا بعد 40 دقيقة ليطلبوا منا الانتظار 45 دقيقة اضافية.
- يصل وقت الانتظار في المصعد الى نصف ساعة بدون مبالغة و هذه اهم مشاكل الفندق.
- الفندق اثاثه قديم جدا و توجد اعطال في الهواتف الارضية المستخدمة.
- منذ وصولنا و حتى خروجنا من الفندق (يومين) لم يتم الرد على اي اتصال من قبل الاستقبال.
- الافطار جيد جدا لكن الازدحام كبير.
- الحسنة الوحيدة في الفندق موظف اسمه " ايمن " حاول بكل ما يستطيع المساعدة فشكرا له.
تم عمل خروج مبكر ولا انصح السكن فيه للسياحة او لعائلة.

The walk was also good attractive series of shops and walking complex. Close by the sea, More than 4-5 miles To walk. Lot of ice cream shops, perfume, bhakoor and food. Large hotels and ther is also a masjid near to Hilton and movenpick hotels. The city is decorated nicely here. I love the ambiance and if you plan to go to Dubai do visit this place

Nice location and beds. Service also not bad. Bedroom suites are great too. However, Will not stay here again probably!

Because.hotel is old and rundown! So a lot of the facilities and the rooms are outdated and run down more which we didnt expect. Location is definitely worth staying in though. Lots of places to eat and can stroll around. Some fun activities too even with kids of all ages. However the hotel condition is horrible! Light fixtures don't work, drains are clogged, walls are stained everywhere, showers and bathtubs are compact and old. It is an old old unrenovated hotel! Don't expect 4 or 5 star. Even the phones are from the first ghostbuster movies I think. There is no speaker phone function even which is kinda gross especially with COVID around.

Also staff rarely answer the phone on any department. You will generallt have to call 5 times before someone picks up. Food is below average and limited. But there's lot of good food on the board walk.

Also had a bad experience with the concierge. Ordered some deliverry food. He didn't let the guy up to my room, then refused to bring it to our room because "it's not his job, " and then also didn't bother to ask me my permission to let the guy up OR escort him up to deliver if it's a security issue. He called me 10 mins later and says I gotta come down to get my food which is weird because every other delivery made it the days before. Also had to download an app like Uber And book my own taxi to leave upon check out? 4 star to you? Will prolly not stay here again!

With all the money they are making you think they would care about the brand, invest some money back, and fix it floor by floor. During covid is actually perfect time.

Old, in bad condition. Needs a lot of maintenance. The beach that it should be at clients disposal is no more big that an handkerchief and for this reason no social distancing is possible. The bar closed to the swimming pool is really difficult to describe and review. I would expect something really different. And I don't want to talk about the waiting time for the lifts. Overall the only positive thing has been the room with the view and the staff.

I am pretty much done with Hilton. Another horrific vacation experience that ruined what was supposed to be my quality time. The Hilton in prime vacation locations is simply a low budget Hotel overrun with budget mass tourism. Smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere and you share your space with other rude guests that don’t mind lighting up a cigar next to a family with children during breakfast.

Visited Traders Vic for their Friday Brunch. Worth the money if u can steal a deal on Entertainer. Good Food and amazing view. Very cordial staff other than the fact that they don't allow you to stand around the place which gets a bit annoying after sometime especially if your in a group and not placed at the same table. Overall experience was good. Don't forget to try their Tiki Puka cheers!

فمدق عالمي لمجموعة هيلتون بموقع مميز بوسط JBR تحيط به العديد من الاماكن الترفيهية بالاضافة الى الشاطئ وقريب من دبي ايز (عجلة دبي الدوارة)

Ich war vom 21.09.21 bis zum 30.09.21 im Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. Wir waren ca 3h vorm Check in im Hotel und wurden sehr herzlich Begrüßt. Da wir zu früh da waren und unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war durften wir hoch in der Executive Lounge und da warten. Da wurde uns direkt Kaffee angeboten und kleine Snacks.
Es hat einen eigenen Pool und einen angrenzenden eigenen Strand mit Sonnenliegen. Man konnte am Strand auch noch WLAN benutzen ohne Probleme.

Fazit:
Hygiene: 10 von 10 Punkten

Essen: 10 von 10 Punkten

Fitnessraum: 8 von 10 Punkten. (Leider fehlten dort öfters Handtücher oder auch die Geräte waren defekt)

Personal: 10 von 10 (super Freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit)

Strandaktivitäten: 4 von 10 (Preise leider viel zu teuer für die angegebene Dauer der Aktivitäten)

Es war wirklich ein wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Right in the middle of the action, the rooms are large and ours had views of the sea and the new Bluewater area and big wheel. We also used the facilities of the adjacent Hilton Beach hotel so the best of both worlds. We went half board and had some great set menu meals in the restaurants. I would recommend the Irish stew in McGettigan's which looks dull but tastes great and the Beef fillet at Vero. Only negative is the lifts can take a while to get to you on the upper floors.

The place is so nice you can watch live football there with the view of the beach and the Al ain wheel.

The hotel was overall ok. The location is simply amazing, walking distance from all the action with tons of dining options and activities. Highly recommended from this perspective. The room was also spacious and rather clean. It was however showing its age. Having the parking included was a great advantage. However the personelle in the parking was reserving several of the hilton spots as "paid parking" and there was an uncomfortable instance of begging for money. The breakfast was also not great (despite the personelle doing their best there). Limited options with a self-service buffet where people would touch all the same utensils to serve or sneeze/cough above the food. All this despite the fact that the welcome mail from the hotel clearly stated there will be no self-service at breakfast and it will be served. Not very hygienic during a pandemic.

Ver poor customer service. The staff is slow, not knowledgeable and seemed to have an issue Americans. As an honors member, I have to say this has by far been my worst experience with Hilton.

I really enjoyed staying at Hilton Dubai the walk. Staff is so friendly in the hotel very helpful, specially receptionist Anastasia, she treated us like friend and family and made us feel like we are at home environment very big thank to her, she was so kind and caring. Also the hotel 1min walk to the beach and hotel has private beach and pool is so clean and hotel breakfast is amazing. Hotel location is so perfect, really convenient, metro is not far and also hotel has bus service to the malls. I would love to stay here again.thanks for having us dear Hilton.

It was my birthday so we went there for Buffet dinner, the food was so tasty I had five different flavors of Sushi still can't choose 1 all of them were good, and the staff were so friendly.

Schönes Hotel, super Lage, schöner Sports Pub im Erdgeschoss, freundliche und hilfsbeteite Mitarbeiter.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I had an exceptional crew of cleaners by the names of Chaw, Achinta, Prem, and Bishal. I would definitely come back just to interact with these beautiful people!

Great service and location, but bare in mind that the hotel is not new, so even 4 stars would be a bit overrated, renovation needed! From the other side cleaning services are on the TOP! Thank you for your service and all the efforts to keep the high level!

الموقع ممتاز ورائع جداً في الجي بي ار ولكن بعيد عن المطار وعن دبي مول.
الفندق نظيف ولكن الديكور والاثاث يحتاج اهتمام اكثر او تجديد ليصبح افضل ،السعر مرتفع نوعاً ما ،يوجد شاطىء خاص بالفندق و المرافق ممتازة داخل الفندق وعلى الشاطىء ،جميع الخدمات متوفرة ،المطاعم والمقاهي وبعض اماكن التسوق قريبة جداً.

The seafood buffait is the worse
The quality and taste are off 2 stars level. I love Hilton the walk but things need to be fixed there

The sink in the bathroom was always flooded, even with low water pressure. I took the plug out multiple times to signalise it but no reaction. Unfortunately there is no shower cabine, only a bathtub. The location is good, JBR is just few walking minutes away. The WLAN is quite weak for working from the hotel.

This hotel has been here for some time, it's a bit tired in decor now, still friendly staff, good service located centrally around JBR, beech bars etc, it also hosts Trader Vics

A very special hotel to spend a week for my husband's 60th birthday- absolutely perfect. The accommodation, facilities, staff and location are amazing. This is my first visit to Dubai and I am blown away Will definitely return.

Many thanks to desk manager Yvette. She made our stay a very nice experience. Also many thanks to the rest of the staff. All are very helpfull. Breakfast was also very good and the locatie is nearby many restaurants and shops.

Great service and lovely personal. Decent restaurants but a mark docked for some tired fittings in the ensuite and the cleanliness of the Oceania restaurant toilets.
Still highly recommended.

The view 35 floors up was amazing. We visited their outdoor patio and bar. Had a good time chatting it up with other tourists. They had a great DJ who added a great mix to spice up an odd request from someone. Great social spot to sit drink and enjoy.

Great Hotel in general! Beautiful views, great beach, and location: Dubai Marina is a beautiful place to stay and take a walk, also metro in 10 minutes walk.
Little disappointed by the service: once called for a bottle of water in the room, they forgot about it, so a asked second time in an hour.
Also there is an Italian restaurant Bice on the territory, where you can exchange your dinner (if you are on breakfast and dinner program) for a business lunch. Never do it, lunch is very small and not so good.

One of my fav hotel but this time the staff front office woman Nawal was so rude, she have no manners to talk and she need to learn the Checkin process that how to greet the guest and how to stay smiling. Poor Staff**

Beautiful beach, staff are friendly and responsive. For me it's my favorite place to stay while in Dubai. Lots to do in the area as well.

Easy better than it's sister hotel across the road as part of JBR. Friendly check in and concierge made the business trip a pleasure. Unfortunately couldn't use the full facilities but will be back to do so.

Although there was a mistake on arrival, to apologize the structure gave me an upgrade (apartment on the nineteenth floor) and a voucher for a dinner. The hotel deserves its four stars. Good breakfast. Well done cleaning. Excellent private beach and its security service. Note to staff: they do the job they are paid for, but they do it with clinical detachment. This is something you will find all over Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Great location, good food in immediate area both ethnic and western. The Hilton has two locations across from each other with the main road better them. The Walk is more residence style and the Jumeriah is a full hotel, amenities shared between them. Great place
