Room service and location of hotel was decent! But we faced a strange security issue in the hotel which we are really shocked after being in Dubai. A random guest disrespected my girl friend inside the Hilton hotel lift during my absence in the lift and asked her to come to his room for one hour. Although, she kept on denying his words and he was continuously asking her. Post that, when I got to know the incident, I complained to the security. While we were expecting the hotel management to take some action by evicting the guest, all they did was having a word with that vulgar guest. They told that they had a word with the guest and he apologised for the mistake. When we said why he can’t be evicted, they said they cannot! And they told we can call police and they cannot do anything further on this. That guest was still roaming happily in front of our eyes and we moved out of the property as it was disturbing my girlfriend. Please stay away from this property if u want to avoid all this or just be prepared to face all this!

Nice Hotel, in not a touristic area. The bar is great and Stephen did a great job serving us.

06/11/21 - hot water stops mid shower, crying children, ring reception to be told there’s maintenance on floor. Apparently happened just now hence no prior warning, I asked to be moved to another room as we have plans for the evening and can’t be delayed to which i’m told there are no other rooms available, however you can book a room as a new guest…

Rooms have no decent views, definitely not up to your usual hilton standard. Plenty of cheaper mainstream hotels in the vicinity with better views and hopefully service.

Ibis & Holiday Inn are next door and behind it and definitely superior externally and better located to actually get some views.

Hotel is surprisingly good. Bed is perfect, clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Gym was working fine. Service was good too. I just removed one star because the internet was not working.

We had a good time at the hotel. The staff was great. Nice breakfast and facilities.
The sofa bed in our suite wasn't comfortable.
Location is great. It's a 5 min walk from the Mall of the Emirates.
There's a 24 hr supermarket in case you need anything across the hotel.

A great and cozy place to chill and work. The coffee was not great though.

They have a very rich and affordable buffet at AED52 only served from 6: 30AM until 10: 30 werk days and until 11AM on weekends

Nice location, quiet, very family friendly, gets better with Hilton Honors, good facilities and very courteous and accommodating staff.

The room size was good. However, the hair dryer and the iron in the room were old and in a terrible state. It seems that there were stashed away in the cupboards and forgotten about. I would not say the rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard. Breakfast buffet is kind of chaotic with many guests from all rooms cramped in a small space. Restaurant service probably not the best. I sat on a dirty table and the service lady just stared at me and ignored me until I called her to sanitize the table. Definitely not what I expected from Hilton.

We stayed 1week ago in the hotel room is good room service also good but the food was very poor same menu for a week the lady flor manager behavior was not good we complain but no actionand chefs also not perfect in their job, so I'm not suggest to go there at least me and my friends because I am very disappointed

Good 5 day stay. Nice comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

First of all, I would like to comment on the thin gentleman with curly hair who worked at the reception in the evening when I went. The person at the reception is very rude. I asked him for help twice, he didn't help at all, moreover, he showed a careless attitude about what I was doing. I will not choose that hotel again just because of that receptionist. Also the breakfast room is very small, untidy. You have to wait in line too long. No social distancing.

The only good thing in this hotel is Fatima from front desk! She is the only one professional who can deal with gest and diamond member like me. Amir can believe hotel put someone with his attitude on front desk!

But wait I swear and hotel can check camera i put my tray out side my door on 9pm it was there till after 11am!

Johnson from security was helpful also the Indian lady from security was nice.

This is a decent hotel, great location and staff are very hospitable.however if you are looking to get some winter sun, not the right hotel as Swimming pool is on 1st floor, surrounded by building.

Maintenance and enhancement work is ongoing from today right at the entrance of the hotel. Fire alarm system been on and off in the afternoon, and it wasn't comfortable to be there for long. Been there last week and otherwise would go back again. If you are looking for affordable stay and clean and tidy environment. That's the place.

This is located infront of the mall of Emirates.which is one of the largest mall in UAE and hotel is good and clean and the view is ok.keep it up and good service too

For budget travellers, this hotel is one of for the books. Service wise, staff are friendly and smiling. Food choice is great too. And accessible to Mall of the Emirates which is great if you like strolling around Dubai.

Good, comfortable and clean. The only problem we had is the sofa bed is really uncomfortable my son could not sleep on it. Very hard to fold and unfold too.

Services is super and it is located in a very lively environment where you can easily connect the entire Emirate

Ppl need to know in your hotel cleaners are stealining money! I visited this hotel on Feb 2020. I will leave more comments everywhere everytime when you will delete i will live new one becsure! Manager of hotel hilton garden in mall of emirates was not helpfull at all, he did not call to police 4 hours although told me that he did! In 2013 from rooms were stolen many bagagges! Read internet before to go there. It is not real Hilton how it should be!

Everywhere here is offering free wi-fi thats why i didn't think that I'll get an alternative connection
When i turned back from the dinner after exhibition time
The hotel was having no internet because of some updates from 00: 00 -03: 00
And i couldn't check my Emails till next day

@management as advice: do your updates from 3: 00 to 6: 00 next time may be will be better for your guests

Price vs quality is really great over here. The hotel is clean and staff are very nice with a moderate breakfast. Adjacent to Emirates mall which a plus for sure. Just don't expect much and you will love it

Friendly staff and well located! I recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the Mall of the Emirates!

Very comfortable n welcoming stay with excellent facilities n staff to match.after overnight flight from Australia,
it was a welcome relief that could get into the room to freshen up before a day setting the sights. Breakfast was amazing n combination of Western n Arabic cuisine was enjoyed.would recommend highly!

I was satisfied with the hotel room equipment, food was great, the pool was amazing. BUT It was very annoying that the entire 5th floor was stinking from cigarette smoke including our room, even bathroom. We couldn't open the window for fresh air, and when we turned on the AC the same smoke smell came out of it. We were very annoyed, because we came from cold january Europe and had unpleasant sore throats, and it hurt even more because of the smoke.
