Worst service ever. There is 0 respect for timings. Regardless when you book them in, they will come whenever works for them with no announcement. No communication between the different departments. I would NOT recommend them.
They came over 2x Charged us 3x Even after that the problem is still NOT fixed (hot water) Bringing my HEALTH into DANGER +They left my place like A MESS (paint on the carpet) And they don’t even come when they said they would come. They come whenever they feel like it.
Very poor service.you call them to give them a job and yet they force to pay for just coming to your home to see what’s the problem! This is ridiculous? Why would i have to pay you just to come and look around the house and them you send me an expensive quotation one day later? Very bad customer service! No coordination at all completely unprofessional! Could make less than 1 star if available
Never using their services again. Not only do They charge and arm and a leg, you have to pay in advance, then it takes days to organize the visit while they sit on the money. Pieces for the AC repair is missing, its been 3 weeks.and its 40 degrees outside. No one is calling back, endless chasing and nothing is being done. Appalling!
I was forced to use hitches and glitches by a landlord for my maintenance needs at the villa I was renting.
Every time there was an issue, they would claim "This is outside the scope of our service" and would refuse to fix it.
Once I vacated the villa, the landlord employed them to create reports with "issues" at the villa after I handed back the keys.
I painted the villa with the correct paint code and dulux paint, then had it cleaned professional. I took photos of all of this then gave back the keys to the landlord, who promised he would give me my security deposit back.
2 days later, he sent a report from Hitches and Glitches which had "snagging issues" they wanted me to fix. Bearing in mind, I had given the keys back, I had disconnected DEWA and the new tenants had already moved in.
These issues were in no way my responsibility. They mentioned things like "outside of the building was dirty" i.e. - dust and sand in Dubai. They mention that "one cupboard door was not closing properly". There were general wear and tear issues from a 4 year old villa that I am not responsible for.
After the new tenant connected DEWA, then sent me another report from Hitches and Glitches which said I also need to do the following:
1) The AC compressor in one room wasnt working properly - I need to replace it. 2) Some AC units need nitrogen to be topped up.
Also bear in mind I no longer live there. Also note, that 2 months prior to this "inspection" H&G came to my house and serviced the AC, cleaned filters and told me everything was fine.
Now the villa owner who also pays them has them create this report on hardware they said I am responsible to fix.
It is because of this my security deposit is now being withheld.
As the prior tenant, I painted the villa, gave the keys back and had it professionally cleaned. Now because of 2 x reports created by H&G, I am out 6,500 AED because the villa owner says I didnt fix all these major hardware issues before I left, even though the report came from H&G 1 week after i gave the keys back!
I would recommend choosing a more responsible and ethical company that doesnt do this to tenants.
Terrible service. I have contacted customer support so many times and they get back to me with the usual "please allow me 8-10 while I check this for you". It's been 4 weeks and still waiting. Unacceptable.
They offer professional service in high standards. They weren't able to resolve issue because it was a bigger issue otside of reach of apartment, but they did a detailed inspection, clean and professional service and good communication.
We had the worst experience with them the AC in our bedroom is not working till now since two days they have sent the quotation today only and it got approved by the landlord in the evening and they didn’t come to fix it, they kept us without AC for the third night.
Very Bad Service! 0 start for them, from the customer service no one response to you even it is emergency no body attending your call it will take 30min.before they reply, from the coordinator very unprofessional you need to ask them the update and many times they just ignore you waste of time and waste of your money
We are a regular already but everytime they are coming very late.we have given them several chances but still coming so late which is very unprofessional! They will always say they will be coming in half an hour but today is the worse as they were 2 hours late! They wasted our time waiting outside the house as we can't stay inside and this will definitely be our last appointment with them!
I had great experience with Hitches & Glitches, was very happy with effective and professional team. As we had emergency case, when we came back from vacation, AC in the whole villa was not cooling, they came immediately and fixed everything in proper way. Very friendly team. I recommend it for 100%
Please mind hiring H&G. They not professional and very low quality. I fixed water outlet at my garage and water leackage again after 6-7month which was dig inside wall and simente covered 5-10cm. And they say warranty is only 1 month.excuse us! No more
I have used H&G for 3 years but lately service has gone down quite a bit. Really sorry to see such bad service levels from (what used to be) a good company

They get 1 star because they need to pay attention to quality in terms of cleaning after and your furniture and walls during work; they dirty up quite a bit and do a poor job cleaning after. Second, extremely incompetent and slow to send quotations even if it is an urgent plumbing issue. They are as good a regular handyman not a pro service. I highly recommend steering clear of these guys if you need something done.

H&G (Farnek) the company didn't provide proper insurance in employees (Labor). Still a time to employees spend own money and company can't response properly as well as office staffs not mine oru request and much more time didn't give a prepare equipment and safety item to all persons and company only support customers and office staffs not for a employees (Labor), salary also much more delay. The company monthly salary calculate in 21 to 20 a month but salary come from after 20 days back all are didn't manage this system but office staffs salary come early (before 30th) etc
We have used H&G for a broad range of services ranging from regular maintenance to one of jobs on plumbing, AC Cleaning and repair, carpentry, electrical work and Nest thermostat installation. The service has been professional and effecient across the board and the teams pay attention to detail and do their work with a smile and as little disruption and mess as possible, always cleaning up after the job is done.

I have a very bad feedback about this company as I discovered something that I'm sure will shock also whoever signed a contract with them.
They are charging high for unnecessary work required just to earn more money! I mean come on! Why you have to do it to us as a loyal H&G contracted client?
They are giving instructions to their technician that a part of your AC unit is require to replace but in reality minor fixtures can fix the problem.
Unfortunately the poor technician don't know how to lie and my husband have knowledge in AC unit repair. The poor technician said that the new management gave them orders or instructions to do the such just to earn more to their clients.
Is this the latest or new way on how to earn money H&G?
I hope all the people notice this kind of modus.
Imagine, the management told them to lie to the client so they can save their jobs. They have given a target and always threatened that if they don't reach the target, they will be out of the company.
Is this the right way of management H&G?
And please, don't ever ask my details, as I will not disclose it just to save that poor technician.
Just a suggestion, love your technicians as they are your front liners. They cannot be treated like this! I'm telling you, it is better to loose a manager that is earning 1000% salary that to loose 10 very useful and skilled technicians.
I hope the higher management can have a look in this situation, before they loose their clients.
I have been a Hitches and Glitches customer (I have an annual maintenance contract for my villa) for almost 5 years now. They have been professional, timely and reliable in their response. The, in house team is excellent and well trained - all work to date has been done to a good standard. My contact point at the service centre is Deepak and his level of service and commitment to being helpful is commendable.
Very bad experience, job was made badly and after complain to management they send me same technician to inspect the job done? ! No problem for them and for me still water leakage.
A very professional and reliable maintenance company, we have been with them for years and they have always delivered a good response would highly recommend them.
Honestly the worst service company I've ever used. I would not recommend signing up with them - they do not make life easier for you and just charge high fees. Every time I have a call out, they arrive at least 1 hour late with no explanation and no care for their customer. Really disappointed that I wasted money on this annual contract. I have complained to the management multiple times, and they have promised to provide timely service. However, time and again the same issues happen.
We had the sanitation and disinfection for our office. They were very fast in responding to my inquiry, requirements and schedule arrangement. On the day of sanitation and disinfection, I was happy with the friendly attitude of the staff and sharing information about the activity. Would definitely recommend this company to others and will avail their services again. Keep it up and God bless.

Loved it. In no time they have cleaned up all the AC units in our 2BR in Marina. They were effective and professional. Price was just fine - especially for the accuracy and the outcome. I loved that the guys cleaned up after they made the mess in the bathroom when washing the grills of the AC. Recommended.
They are expensive than any other service provider you would find in the market but quality always comes with a price and i would say they are worth paying the extra money

Best maintenance company so far in market had few issues while moving into the new villa and the solutions was just one call away. Something which you can say as outdtanding is the transparency you will have.
I had called in for their services for my electrical services and i must say that made a right choice. Absolutely professional team and very important that they came on time and fixed all the problems.
Started off good and went to terrible and awful quickly. I booked for the 4 AC units to be serviced. Staff came and were clean, tidy and timely. Advised me that 1 coil needed cleaning and that a quote would be sent. Removed the fan from roof for guest bedroom as blade was broken and needed repaired. Quote to be issued - not a problem. 8pm that night I find the master bedroom at 29 degrees, AC on but not cooling. Called H&G who sent a team out to fill with gas as the morning team hadn't due to a gas leak - no one told me about that! Assured report and quote would come next day so I could get repairs done. 5 days later I still have a master bedroom not cooling (25 degrees now) no AC in guest bedrooms, no report, no quote. Do not use this company if you want your AC to continue working! An appalling experience and I can't even get the parts they removed returned to me.
