My only concern might be the struggle to book an appointment that fits my schedule, most of the time I'm informed a day before that there's a vacancy.

Highly recommended for laser hair removal, team is very supportive and helpful from guidance till all session done. We went for my wife laser sessions and Rose (staff) done all sessions very professional.

I would have given a negative if that was possible. This clinic is just fake. The advertisement that they show off and the reality far distant. I just waisted a good amount of my money here. Dr was smiling and so accomodating only while paying the money. After that, she acted rudely while giving the feedbacks. I continuously told them, that this treatment was not working and something should be needed extra. Dr. Is so adamant and she didn’t even listen to what I needed to tell. These people literally loot your money and treated me so pathetically. Not to mention their worst customer care service. I still have my one session pending and haven’t contacted by the so called customer care executive even after 10 months.

It was my first time to experience PRP treatment with there clinic. I can say that I loved it especially with Ms. Summer and the whole team. It was so relaxing and invigorating at the same time! They we're attentive of my needs and make sure that I did not feel pain (which is opposite to what I'm thinking) and made sure I was comfortable with each step in the process. My skin felt great and there was no negative reaction. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Hms clinis is 100% percent amazing, i did my fat freezing and cavitation the result is perfect, i just follow the instructions from the doctor and staff and thumbs up! The doctor is very well versed and advised me the proper ways, dos and donts. The staffs are very kind and specially very considerate for inconsistent appointments. My session is still in progress but you can quite see bit of result. Also, lots of RTA parking outside, so this wont ve an issue.

Highly recommended to those who doesn’t have time to go to gym. With the help of the advance technology and proper food intake the result is amazing. Additionally, staffs were accommodating and polite. They will make sure that you are fine particularly Ms. Mamta who assisted me most of the time thank am loos one month 7 kg all the best.

I had laser treatment from Ms. Fatema, she is very good professional and seeing good results already after my first session. However, management is very poor in organizing appointments and end up long waiting period.

I feel that I wasted my money and my time here. All I want is to reduce my chin and fat neck. I was caught by their promo 199 of fat freezing, ended up getting a package of 6 sessions that they proposed during consultation. But in the end of sessions, there's still no visible results. And their doctor said to get more sessions for effective results without even examining my neck, which I rejected.

I took a package of 12 sessions Fat freezing, 12 cavitation on Abdomen, back, and arms. ALSO a package of gluta drip for me and my sister in law. 2 sessions done for fat freezing and cavitation, also my package of gluta drip is done.and I am very satisfied and happy not only with the results but also with the friendly ambiance coming from the therapists, I am also planning to get my next gluta drip package and hyrofacial package, Not until I had my detox.in short, I had a very bad experience to one of the staff who is really acting like the owner, she didn't care about my condition after the detox, She approached me to go take a shower and i need to vacate the room because she has a patient who comes in far place. I've told her to give me a few minutes to cool down as I just finished not even a minute ago, also I am really feeling dizy after standing up, She approached me in a very rude manner saying there is another customer waiting and I need to vacate the room coz he's waiting from 4: 30, I told her few minutes only but she insisted that no i have to move because they need to sanitized the room. By the way, I came before 4pm and my appointment is at 4pm.i have waited at the reception and no one is attending, til I saw summer whom Approached and assisted me then.
I have given my complain to the guy in the other room and he said he will let the owner know about what happened and that they are not tolerating this kind of manner.but til now I am not receiving anything. I hope that the owner will reach out personally, because the center is having a bad feedback because of a staff that doesn't know how to deal and care with the customers.
I will still continue my treatment because most of them are doing their job professionally, and that I am happy with their services. Only with one staff who is giving a bad impression and experience to customer like me due to her unprofessional behaviour.
I am hoping that you will give time to this complain for better customer service satisfaction.

Not professional at all.
The therapist is rude no on response to the questions and the last time The team was in a hurry to close, i was the last customer, so I payed for a session of 35 minutes I got 20 minutes and I got bruises everywhere.they want only to sell their traitement packages. Hopefully I have payed per session to be sure.
BTW I did fat freezing somewhere else and it was completely different I wanted to try because the prices are really low but finally I prefer to pay more and get a good treatment with a good therapist and with results.

I started with them in dec 2021 after i was tired of each and everything. In just 1month i can see the huge difference in my body. The prices are affordable and even the staff is making it more easier for the customer to pay their session by in small installments. All the staff members r really nice anf friendly. I have started trying out the Fat Freezing sessions and already I feel very positive. Summer who is my therapist is very professional and seems very knowledgeable. After my first fat freeze session, I felt a bit of pain on the sides of my stomach but summer told me that its a good sign because it means the session is having an impact on my body. Also, she assured me that after the second session (which is cavitation) the pain will go and she was very right. After the second session, I feel very comfortable. Already i can feel I have lost some inches. The facility is very clean and the reception staff is also helpful in setting up my bookings and also sends reminders and follow-ups via watsapp.

I have taken a full package which has helped me lose inches and lose weight too. I would highly recommend. The whole staff is very cooperative and well mannered, and they have helped me to understandthe concept of weightloss and even motivated me. I lost a lot of weight and inches and yes this is sure that diet plays a big role for this journey.so both diet and HMS sliming center both helped me. The facility is very clean and the reception staff is also helpful in setting up my bookings and also sends reminders and follow-ups via watsapp.

The behavior of the people who are responsible for taking the call is very bad and they have made self non refund policy which is very bad

Just came out without actually habing a treatment so wont judge on that. I booked a consultation after an attractive price ad on facebook for chin fat freeze. The person i had on messenger was actually very professional. However i got there for my appointment at 3pm on time. I saw someone cause she didn't even introduce herself doctor or nurse? No apologies for the half an hour delay she explained the procedure and told me that i needed three session monimum in about 2 mins not even a closer look to my chin. It felt like a factory selling stuff not caring at all. Thry waiting room was full when i left still. And also while waiting i used the bathroom for place that is supposed to be hygienic, they were not hair absolutely everywhere no paper. So cant comment on the procedure but if you want to be treated as a customer probably not the right place. The price are super attractive but rather pay a bit more somewhere i feel somewhat they actually care.

The Doctor might be the best, but, they provide the worst ever customer service with a worst attitude.

With hypothyroid, type 2 dibatice and PCOS i loose around 10kilo. Very clean place and friendy stuff and also very pocket friendly.

I visited centre and everything was good doctor, nurse were very nice and professional but one lady wearing black clothes was coming in room without even knocking door.
Visits inside the room should be restricted to Dr and nurse only.its too uncomfortable and I am highly disappointed

I was a little skeptical to join but I must say the team is very professional and promising especially dr anida and Ma celiac.reception is very welcoming. I not only lost weight but gained my confidence and dr anida was always available even if you call her on her off duty hours, she never fails to solve problem. Time management, handling appointments is all so smooth. I recommend this place to everyone.

One of the best In Dubai now, I myself lost almost 4 kg which was unbelievable - staffs and doctor were very friendly and very professional. I personally thank Mr Sameer (partner) who started HMS - It’s a much needed one for those who are struggling to reduce weight.
