مهمة البائع انه يلبسك الحاجه ويقنعك بالضمان بس الحقيقه الضمان وهمي. بيبعتو حد يصور المنتج ويبعته للجوده ويقولك مش نضيف خرج من الضمان او عيب استخدام عندهم ١٠٠٠ حجه عشان ماينفذة الضمان وبعدين يكلم موظف يقولك احنا اسفين المنتج مرفوض تسال عن السبب ميعرفش تساله انه يوصلك بمدير او حد فاهم يقولك حاضر وشكرا علي كده محدش بيسال فيك جربتهم في اكتر من منتج غير صدقين ومنتجاتهم سيئه جدا نصيحه لله في ١٠٠ مكان تاني افضل منهم ١٠٠٠ مره. انا اشتريت من امكان تانيه محترمين جدا وضمان كويس جدا زي هوم ار اس اللي بيجي هو اللي بيقيم ويحل في وقتها. منهم لله في السفره والمرتبة اللي فلوسهم راحت في الأرض

The worst service ever! Very unprofessional and their call center is useless better shut it off than wasting people’s time

The quality is good but the prices are definitely jacked up.

I bought 4 small items and didn't even bother to think twice about the "buy 500 AED get 250 coupon" deal.

Ordered curtains and installation service, they keep delaying, very irresponsible and unprofessional

They do not deliver if it's not furnitures. So even if you spend more than 2,000 dirhams on accessories and decorations, wall art etc.they will not deliver anything.

I have just wasted 4 hours in the shop to get this answer once at the counter. So if you do not have a car, better you do your shopping online.

Very bad customer service.
Staff is not helpful at all, refused my request to transfer the item i needed from the other shop to the Oasis mall.
I had to speak to the manager of the shop who did not introduce himself when speaking to me, always was occupied with his cell phone and havent even looked at me. Manager said he requested the item to be checked in another shop and was waiting for the reply. I stayed at the shop for about 10 mins more and had to ask the manager if i needed to wait for longer. He just said - Yes, it will take long. Everyone is busy in the other shop and cant check on your item.
First, that has to be communicated with me at the first place so i dont stick around wasting my time.
Second, i asked the manager to write down my phone number to update me but i never received the follow up call.
No respect to the customers, No customer service skills, not even a will to sell the items in their shop.

Worst customer service ever amongst all the branches. Rude staff not willing to answer or assist customers.

Just brought a new sofa and this is how the delivered it. DAMAGED.even before they offloaded it, I rejected it yet the delivery team said to keep it and theyll replace it the next day, that didn't happen, one week later and more than 10 calls to the call center and they informed me that they wont replace it but they can repair with no option to refund, NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH BAD SERVICE EVER THIS IS THEFT

Worst online shopping and client attention experience you can get. After waiting for 15 days for my order. I try to follow up for when ill be receiving the item and they tell me -with a very rude attitude- it is not on stock! Not even sorry, or clarification on how ill get my money back.if you appreciate your peace of mind, this place is not recommended!

Bought the 3 seater sofa set in July 2022. After sales service very very poor. I have been calling last 4 to 5 days. No one is bothered to attend.

Love this home center location. It has everything and there are happy and helpful staff when ever you need. It had easy to find departments and seasonal things for each holiday.

I recently bought a bedset and i haven’t slept since it came the lighting on the sides keeps going on and off throughout the night… i caled them to come and change and fix the bed which they did but nothing changed the annoying part is the bed was very expensive for this struggle im going through i don’t know if the people that comes to fix are professionals because as we speak now lights are going on and off and on and off so disappointed

The staff need to be trained well and they need to higher younfer fresh staffs. One cashier asked me to wait and ignored me to finish other customers.other staff who i trusted choose me wrong sizes when I asked! Seriously what more asking to rate them positive infront of them, it doesnt make scence to me, must be a private online rating.so many colors not available why no compensation for none color desired to be lower rate! Discount for Esaad 5% i asked no need.they never offer car coupon when i asked they dont have product knowlege and when I go down they have coupons draw.the staff attitude is like they dont want to work except the Sudanese senior woman & the security guard.

Very poor after sale service. The sofa purchased from home center has been damaged because of poor stitching. I had to follow up for more than a month and after repeated messages and visits I didn’t get any response. Then when I called the customer service they say that their manager says it’s not a factory defect and my request has been rejected. I will not recommend home center sofas to anybody. They are very poor in after sales.

I ordered TV stand before 10 days, and they delivered for me the wrong pieces of it, and they repeated it for 2 times, and I’m still stuck on this! The service is terrible!

Very bed quality. We bought sleeping bed and it was damaged in few weeks. We raised complain twice but they rejected and they said we moved the bed and it's happened. They don't want to fix at all. Please don't buy over there to avoid the same issue

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by Home Centre products and service.
Will never buy from them anymore and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything (especially furniture as they are poor quality) from this company. Customer service is very bad (when they deign answering).

Very poor after sales service. Registered a complaint 3 weeks back. No response. Every time I call, customer care tells "will be attended in 72 hrs" but no response even after weeks

Awful experience. Only 2 checkout counters. Waited for 20 min, finally left without purchasing the items.

One star too much for those who not respect customer time the promise time from 10 am to 1 pm and suddenly when I call the driver he said from 3 pm to 4 pm because the have alot of work so they think that they are only the one who have work

Good store and helpful sales team, but all goes sour when you need any after sales support, from delivery to repairs under warranty.

I filed a compliant over a month ago with multiple followup calls promising me that they will come and pick it up without any success. I have been on hold for 30min each of the 4 times.

If you buy from here, consider it as a disposable product with low shelf life that you need to replace in under a year

Bought a king size bed, after 5 months the bed collapsed because we found out they didn't install the support in the center of the bed.
After my complain I ended up to pay 400 aed to fix it, no warranty applied.

Worst customer service ever! It took them 4 weeks to come and check the furniture that was broken (thanks to them) and after that I had to pay an extra 500dhs to have it fix it! Guys if you read this, go to IKEA! IKEA is gold compared to Home centre.

So disappointed with this service, we were told our delivery would be in the afternoon, so went out for the morning to then receive a call from the delivery guy at 11am to say they were at our house. To then be told rudley that they would not return in the afternoon, so disappointed.

They have very good collection ans the store is not usually crowded. So shopping becomes relatively easier.

The bad shop in dubai. The staff not respect the customers. They are dealing with clients based on mode and nationalities. I have bad experiance with this shop. I wait 1 hour nobody help me. Even i call supervisor to complain. Also he is the same other staff. They don't have experiance. To be exact in this the furnitures staff only and supervisor. Except one staff Mr. Mohammed he is nice person. But others need a lot of training how to deal with clients.

Worst furniture store in UAE. Did not deliver items despite several follow ups. Unprofessional staff in the call center argues with customer instead of apologising for non delivery. Will never shop again!

The worst service and products in UAE. You cannot reach the customer service ever, they are not professional and they don't have credibility and they are not even reliable.

I would give a negative rating if that wass possible - abysmal customer service and totally unreliable delivery schedules.
And nobody even bothers to call and inform if the delivery is not happening on the scheduled date.
The toll free number wasn't answered two days in a row despite the system asking me to hold for periods of upto 12 minutes at a time
I was forced to go back to the store as there was no option left and the issue wasn't sorted despite spending 30 min in store forcing me to cancel, and be without the new sofa for the planned date

Terrible experience overall - will strongly recommend avoiding this store

called many times, visited 3 branches, and yet no one care, I cannot cancel my order and no one knows where is my shipment.the worst experience ever had in Dubai!

now I can't get my money back nor my items!

What a disappointing and unprofessional company. Starting with the shopping experience, none of their staff members are smiling, friendly or helpful. Their deliver service is a mess. Not accurate nor professional. They had me stay home every afternoon for 6 consequtive days until they delivered my items. My manager even deducted half a day for the 3rd and 4th time.
Even when the head of customer service informed me that he is personally taking care of my case, they failed to deliver. I would highly recommend Home Box or Ikea. Time is money and unfortunately Home Center take customers well being and time for granted. Shame to experience such unprofessionalism in Dubai.

تجربتي في هوم سنتر اويسس الشارقة من اسوء التجارب خصوصا وانا اتعامل مع هوم سنتر من اكثر من 20 عاما استغرق لف الاشياء التي اخذناها ساعة الا ربع (٤٥ دقيقة) لم يتوافر اي موظف للف الهدايا واما السكيوريتي مان وعامل النظافة الذين قاما بالعمل كله وعند سؤال الموظف المسئول اخبروني ان الموظفين في فترة راحة (هل ياخذ جميع الموظفين راحتهم الساعة السادسة مساء وفي نفس الوقت)
كما لم يتوفر عالكاونتر الرئيسي اي مقص او لاصق او حتى ورق لف هدايا بحجة انهم لا يلفون الهدايا وقت السيل كما ان العمل كله ترك لموظف الامن وعامل النظافة ولولا مساعدتي وابنتي في توضيب الاشياء لما انتهينا بدون تدخل الموظفين الا في اخر خمس دقائق. كما ان الموظف الذي احضر الاشياء طلبت منه اكثر من مرة التأكد من سلامة الاغراض لاني اخذها هدية ومع ذلك كان هناك غرضين بعيوب لولا انتباهي وارجاعهم
هذه اسوء تجربة لي مع هوم سنتر اويسس الشارقة ولن اقوم بالتعامل مع هذا الفرع ابدا

Home center charges heavily for delivery and then on the committed delivery date, the delivery teams make excuses to delay the delivery beyond the committed 4 hr slot. There is no point giving instructions at the store when buying as they don't have any idea or control on the deliveries beyond data entry. The worst part is that when you call the delivery team to follow up they are most rude. Very poor experience.

Good furniture for the price that we used to like when we were in Bahrain. In Dubai, very poor customer service, delays in delivery and unprofessional delivery staff and careless customer service. We filed two complain without response and we filed a complaint in the consumer protection so they reacted.

We cancelled our orders and we will not purchase anymore from this brand.

Home Centre outlet in Oasis Mall in Dubai is a very large setup. It has furniture, furnishings, home decor and such other items for household requirements. They claim to have great discount offers on prices and provide all your requirements under one roof. We did find some bargains, but some items were beyond our budget. Worth a visit for their style and showroom ambience.

Still not a fan. Very short on staff for a store this big. No great service. Checkouts are slow and pretty much no one seems to care.

Varieties of furniture and home decor. Used to be affordable but not anymore. They have hiked their prices in the past few years to the extent that my family stopped buying from them. It is not the prices, rather than the overpriced items that are not justified.

Perhaps the worst customer care in all of GCC. Save your time and and money and shop from a different retailer. The toll free number doesn’t work, my items were not delivered and no one was interested in helping me out

Good collection of furniture, but of late it seems like then don't have new collections as often. Check the website to get an idea of what to expect. Not everything you see online would be available at a single store.
