Been shopping from Home Centre a lot in the last 3 weeks. Had the pleasure to be assisted by Banita, she was supper fast on typing at the check out, I was impressed, also been been assisted by Mukul with our shopping trolly until check out.
This is a new bed I have it for few months it had mold and I’ll take this to the ministry of health they are refusing to answer or contact me although I informed a store staff that they are not reachable and this is a serious problem don’t deal with them!
The worst customer service ever. I applied for a repair complaint. And now for almost a month I have to call them every day to follow it up with them and until now I still didn’t get anyone to repair or replace the item. Their warranty is a total scam and their customer service is horrible and not professional at all.
Very bad service! I tried to give minus stars, but system does just allow minimum 1, so i continue! I called twice in a week, to deliver before 6 cause as reason, that my building does not accept the delivery after6. Call center promised, twice. What happened, 7 in the evening delivery! The result, you can imagine! Never again, i cant recommend anyone!
اقسام البيع جيده // لكن أقسام التوزيع والتوصيل سيئة جدا جدا. و من كثرة الطلبات لا يوجد اهتمام. وصلني منتج فيه عيب مصنعي وحتى الأن قاموا بزيارتي ٣ مرات بدون فائدة ،،،،، وأضاعوا وقتي ولم يتم تقدير التزاماتي الأخرى //// والمشكله يمكن أن يتم حلها باسلوب بسيط لكن عدم مبالاة وعدم اهتمام المسؤولين في أقسام التوزيع والتوصيل سبب لي استياء كبير وعدم رضا واظطررت أن أقوم بإعادة المنتج نهائيا و وانا الان في مرحلة استرجاع النقود /// الشركة على علم بسوء أقسام التوزيع والتوصيل لكنها لا تكترث نظرا لكثرة الطلب على المنتجات. تجربتي كانت سيئة جدا معهم.
Good service. Almost everything is available from furniture and household items. Reasonable price. Their return and refund policy is flexible. You can refund or exchange within 14 days
This guys after trying to deliver our items on a one weeks time back and fourth, and still failing since they heavily overloading their staff with as many out deliveries as possible and putting the workers under a massive pressure and when the system is failing they blame on the workers. I am greatly disappointed with how they work and this is supper unprofessional to not be able and complete a simple task such a delivery on time and fail time after time.
Terrible customer service experience. I brought a mattress and have been calling and following up with them for the last almost 2 months to fix an issue since its still under guarantee period and they just keep on saying useless promises.and when they decided to do something they sent a man who before arriving was telling me his lifestory before I had to ask him many times who are you and after multiple what's app messages he finally says I'm from homecenter. And he didn't show!
Customer service is horrible! At the time of purchase they are all available, but the moment you pay, they are not at all responsive. At the time of purchase, I had requested them for their trade license since I needed it to secure the building’s approval for delivery. That time, I was told I will receive the document 48 hrs before the delivery slot. Now its only 1 day left for the delivery, and I have received nothing so far despite numerous follow ups. They have been falsely promising me follow up calls, but nothing so far. And now they have added a new complexity that their backend team is on a holiday, and so I will receive the document just before the delivery slot - which is ridiculous

Honestly, I keep having to go back to customer center because they can’t fix the issues that came up during an order. Call center just sends me back to the store…so I have visited the customer service desk 4 tomes so far. Even though the furniture is nice, I just can’t get myself to get anything from the store again
I made two online orders but didn’t receive any of them. 5 times I called to the costumer support and every day they promised to deliver it. Please be careful because they just stilling your money without delivering any stuff which you order!
Fake promises, never order form home center, my order should have been delivered within 1-2 business days, it’s been 7 days now! Called the support and they keep playing around!
Worst customer service I have been buying stuff from their store from long time and on corporate level but their customer service I don’t understand how things works for these people if you complain for anything their process will make you suffer and problem will never solve, the only reason why they are doing this because they know there’s demand in dubai so people will keep buying it but trust me they are not the same home center as before they are losing people and Making their customers suffer more day by day. So if you want to lose your peace of mind then continue business with them am not gonna do any order from their store in my life. May God give you people some sense to understand the problems of your customers and courage to solve them on time.
Worst experience. Item was delivered broken and with missing parts. Customer care was not updating the complaint and there was no follow up as promised. Still no resolution. They are not reliable.
Love Home Center. Love its style ️. Even if you haven't a lot of money, you can always find there something special. I like to go there sometimes just to find inspiration. And sure I'm happy when I buy something there ️
The quality of the furniture is lower than industry standard. I bought a sofa bed which was made from Malaysia. Very quickly the sofa was broken. Other funiture like chairs are also in a low quality. The durability of the furniture is the most my concern as time developes. Chairs are shaking and can not be used anymore.
Products are nice. Price is affordable as well. Biggest problem is the cashier desks in Mall of the Emirates. It's always so crowded. Be ready to spend half an hour to an hour in queue just to make the payment. Management should definitely think about working on this issue.
By far the worst customer-care/after-sales service I've ever encountered. I ordered items on three different occasions and had a problem all three times! They commit to delivery dates and fail to deliver on time, and when you try to follow up to understand when to expect your items it takes forever to actually get ahold of someone. If you do manage to get through, they promise you further dates and fail to deliver yet again!
We bought a couch and in less than 1 year there was an issue with the fabric. Home center took the couch and fixed the issue but we ended up without a couch for 2 weeks. After 4 months, the same issue repeated. Home center’s solution was to take the couch once again to fix the issue, which we did not accept since it is not reasonable to repeat this process every few months. The customer service rep who called suggested to buy a cover for the couch to get rid of this problem, an opportunity to sell more. The message is clear that home center furniture is good only for 1 year, or even less in this case. ‘commitment to deliver exceptional customer service’ is supposed to be one of the core values of the company but I am not sure how this is reflected in their actions
One of the worst post-sales service. Company follows a ‘take your money and kick you’ policy. Delivery men extremely rude, call center gives conflicting responses if you try to resolve your issue. I wonder what will happen once I have a problem with the product itself.
The furniture is good, but its assembly needs to be controlled. Our seemingly simple television cabinet was not assembled correctly, all the ties were visible, there is no concept at all about decorative covers. Complete disregard for complaints.
The manager of Home Centre Mall of Emirates (his name is Ashraf) showed very bad attitude this afternoon/not showing customer service at all. So I have a refund for my boss bed from Home Centre Oasis Mall and I got information from Akshay Home Centre Oasis mall that I can do the refund in any Home Centre. However when I come to Home Centre MOE Ashraf told me that it's not possible and I had to go to back to Oasis Mall. I confirmed with Oasis mall that it is actually can be done at MOE, Ashraf just didn't want to do it. So bad customer service experience. You will lose a lot of customers if this is the way he handled the store. He deserves warning and training to be more customer oriented and flexible.
I got the big cushions and the items to decorate my TV unit. I'm redecorating my living room and I find the best option is home centre. It is affordable with good quality I also love their carpets and probably will get mine during next week as soon I decide on the color
The store is really big, they have a wide range of furniture and home stuff on display l. For the larger items they'll help you arrange the delivery date and time, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
Brilliant selection of furniture and accessories. And recently they had some wonderful deals. Good value for money would recommend this to all those who have moved to Dubai or looking at revamping your home decor!

I love Home Centre and it's my first choice for any home items. From sofas to dining table chairs and centre tables to varied knick knacks around the house, this is the place to be! And the MOE branch is an undisputed favourite.
It should be less than zero rate for such kind of customer service and delivery team for online experience, if you are not able to deliver online please shut down your online store, no confirmation emails on your delivery date or nothing, and you have to follow up with everyone to get your delivery.we ordered online on 27th March and delivery has scheduled for 8th April, we were waiting at home the delivery but the man said our mobile was switched off and he cancel our delivery then we stuck with them for delivery again with many promises on date and time finally we have to wait more than 3 weeks for delivery and we are not sure if they gonna deliver or not.
I bought a bed, desk and shoe rack from home centre As I wanted to settle early and before Ramdan I have paid AED 250 for their earlier delivery time which was scheduled to 10 April. I received the bed and the desk but unfortunately the shoe rack had a damaged piece which they had to replace. What I was expecting from home centre which is a normal customer service practice is to call and apologize and refund back the 250, but they haven't done this despite my calls of complain and claim of the refund. The item was delivered on 12 April which was nearly the time they have given me without paying the 250. Unfortunately I have not received any call from home centre to date.
Very beautiful shop, many home appliances and furniture and decoration.very practical implements for kitchen use.beautiful cutleries and hand crafted. Lovely bedings and superb decorations for bedroom, living room and dining room.this homecentre is situated in Emirates mall with big parking lot and wheelchair accessible and front parking available.very clean washroom on the same floor with babies changing room.

An extremely disastrous experience with the mall of Emirates branch. Inexperienced sales lady, who r unaware of your furniture once the deal is done. I bought furniture which wasnt delivered on the time and date as promised. After which i kept on calling the customer service and everytime got wrong information of the delivery. Once the sale is done from the branch, the staff is unaware of the product. And we have to follow up, calling cutomers service every now and then. I was told i would receive call from the branch, but never did. Still waiting for my product which was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Neither the customer service nor the branch has cooperated. A big disappointment from such a big chain of furniture. Least recommended branch. Have previously bought furniture from mirdif branch, but was attended professionally and got it on time as promised. I believe mall of Emirates staff needs more trainng and professional staff members.very disappointing experience.

1) The number mentioned here goes unanswered always. 2) Better go and buy stuff at store then ordering online as that will save your time (ALOT OF TIME) and patience. MY ONLINE EXPERIENCE I paid online and had selected location for collection, after 3 days I went for collection, they made me wait 45 minutes just to find my item in store which was delivered to them the same morning. After 45 minutes of struggle, they could finally locate the item (I requested them to see the damages before I take the parcel out of store) and as expected the item was broken. Then it took them another 45 minutes just to process the refund. - Horrible service! - NO one at store wants to attend you, specially if you have already made the payment.

I have recently relocated to Dubai was looking to furnish my new apartment. I like the Home center products and looking for a sofa on promotion. I ended up liking a sofa not in the sale when enquiring about the sofa I was told this is a signature piece and never goes on promotion after being reassured I purchased asap and now I have realised it has been reduced during a promotion literally two weeks after my purchase. I have had several bad encounters with staff giving me wrong information to close sale and/or get rid of me which is not what I expect the service to be like in Dubai. I also made one complaint in store about an issue and was told I was would get a call back which I never received. This is unfortunate I had to write this review but I think after the fourth mistake I wanted to write feedback.unfortunately I cant say I will be a customer of homecenter and will furnish my apartment with other department stores that respect and value my custom.
Extremely disappointing service. Their online ordering is not allowing me to place the order. I end up chasing assistance and opportunity to speak to a manager to help me resolve it whereby I am asking to come and collect the item myself. Manager never called back and customer service assistant tried to help me by allowing me to go pick the item myself in Jebel Ali but since my item is less than 1000 AED, I have to pay 100 AED extra for delivery? ! I am going to Jebel Ali to collect the item, however I need to pay 100 dirhams to Home Center. This is ridiculous.
Worst delivery experience ever. They take your money with a smile and additional delivery charges then they disappear when it is delivery time. After numerous calls to their customer care, they, answer once by luck to confirm delivery on same day then dissappear again and still no delivery. Never had these issues with Danube or Home Box. Will complain to Department of Economic Development or other. Waste of time and worst service ever!
3 weeks of chaising Home Center to give me an update about my online order and all they keep saying "let us check and will get back to you"!
Many calls, visited the branch, and yet no one knows or cares about my order, and each time I call the customer service it takes me around 15 minutes waiting to talk to the agent who will tell me the same thing again and again!
And guess what, I can't cancel my order! So no money, and no delivery!
