Never pay for the yearly maintenance contract they will NEVER fix anything for free it’s the biggest scam I have ever seen they’ll always tell you “you need material for this one so it doesn’t count in the contract” by the way, it was 16000 aed

Absolutely garbage company with garbage service! They took money in advance from us for deep cleaning (1100 Aed) and they left my house with dirty floor! Work was done terrible, we have to clean house again! The most insane things that I had two bags with cloths in my house to give for charity, cleaners just took them without permission and as they said trough to the garbage outside! It’s unbelievable! Shame on your company! Please never book this terrible company!

I booked an appointment for maintenance. Electrical issue. Oven's switch wasn't working. I booked at 2 pm and paid 150 AED in advance, but they arrived at 3.30 pm.

The tech said the switch needed to be changed. I was working, wasn't at home, so we asked him if he could buy it from Carrefour, which is 5 minutes away from my house. They requested 300 AED for buying the switch, which is 30 AED in Carrefour.

The quality of work is worth of money. If you are luck the company will provide you with hard working house maids who are accurate and responsible. My maid's name is Sajita who works for almost 2 years in my house. She is attentive to details, polite and loves pets.

Absolute shambles. The technicians left my bathrooms in a complete mess after servicing my AC. They then were asked to do a PPM. This should have taken approx 4 hours. They came and left within 45 mins. Many phone calls later they came back to do what should have been done in the first place. Then during this maintenance one of the workmen damaged my kitchen work surface. I have been promised a visit from the team supervisor. He arrange a date and time then didn’t turn up / has been avoiding my calls. I have asked for a manager to come he also didn’t turn up.

Stay away from this company. #Damac need to seriously look into who they promote for maintenance contracts. Totally disgraceful.

Extremely professional and Mr Mevil kept us updated through the entire process. Deep cleaning service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve lost count of how many times they book a cleaner for you and then they just don’t show up or a different cleaner shows up even though you requested and confirmed someone else - terrible customer service

Absolutely the worst company i have dealt with, from booking to pest control to customer service. THE WORST!

Whitespot has done always a good job here in my 3br villa. Deep cleaning when I moved in and also the ordinary cleaning every week with my dear Lyn: a perfect service. And also the guy Paskran who wash my garden has been awesome. I am very satisfied.

I really love the Service and Quality of Whitespot. My Advisor, Affan, does a perfect service and replying fast and professionally.he listens to your needs and fullfill them immediately. The cleaners are able to speak English, which is a great advantage and they clean really well. Latest the cleaner Katherine was here and did much more than I asked for. If you're looking for a great service company, go for this one.

You pay extra for material, and then when the cleaner comes, they don’t even have the material… why did I pay for material then if the cleaner will come to clean without material? And after a day of delay… the cleaning was not done well at all. This company is absolutely pathetic.

I have booked cleaning through Damac app. Nobody appeared in scheduled date and time. Instead their call center called and tried to sell. When I told that I already booked - the reaction to incident was not followed.

Agent Riez helped us a lot in our time of need and cleaners Jackelyn, Patience and Emilyn were all kind and responsive with good quality of work.

The cleaning crew was very polite, on time and did amazing job, will definetly recommend this service to my friends… Thank you

Paid extra on top of requested hours to do cleaning. So much dirt and dust left. Lady said she wanted more money to do the cabinets but after I left and came back all she did was leave them open and go! Dust under sofas. Paid for this overpriced service as they are the only ones that don’t need a permit before I moved. Management have said “they will take action” whatever that was it wasn’t to rectify this.

They don’t use disposable supplies or sanitized mops or cloths to clean surfaces upon me complaining this to their POC via whatsapp she called cleaner immediately and I could understand the conversation and reply I got via whatsapp made me feel like She is trying to tell me that I’m blind and they were using new cloths one could see they wash I don’t know how well each time before using towel/cloth rather disposable or sanitized ones. Bad customer experience and cleaning was average. I think she doesn’t understand my point of view and English. Which was bad very bad.we badly need some new services providers here a damac

My apartment had been used by others during the Pandemic. I engaged WhiteSpot to do the first serious cleaning in 18 months. The housekeeper, Lynneth Joy, did excellent work on the first 6 hour session. I have engaged WhiteSopt and Lynneth Joy to continue cleaning twice a week on an ongoing basis.

Once again WhiteSpot proved to be professional; on time arrival and an excellent job by Alma and Anilyn.

We are very happy with our cleaner Margie Villesco. She’s a hard worker and educated. She know how to clean properly every room in our house.

Tried a couple of times they always late minimum half an hour, leaving an hour before without finishing their job. (leaving a trash inside, not changing garbage bag, no dust cleaning from the shelfs etc) Absolutely amateur job, obviously they never got professional training for this job.

They are always on time, the cleaner is really nice and knows what to do.
If the cleaner wouldn’t be available, they call and ask if they should send a replacement or I would prefer to wait for out standard cleaner.
They are always reachable, fast responsive and supportive.

After few hiccups in billing the current service is good. Admin works well and having the same person to clean the house makes it easier to communicate if anything extra needs to be done. Carla is doing a good job, and we are happy with her.

I booked a handyman and prepaid the charges. Nobody came. I tried calling all their numbers, it is just getting disconnected. Nobody responding in WhatsApp. And they call themselves UAE’s number one!? ! This is plain robbery! Give my money back! I will make sure this will reach Dubai’s Department of Economic Development! You should be closed down! BIG SCAM!

Cleaner was 30 mins late, had an attitude, wasn't happy with the material provided, rushed to complete the job in 3 hours when I paid for 4, forgot basics like cleaning the microwave, the oven.

Outstanding work especially on the part of Catherina who happens to be hard working and trustworthy. She is the type of a person that you leave the house while she is doing the work on her own.
White spot hasn't fail us so far especially In situation where our regular person couldn'nt make it on the scheduled day due to being sick. They always ensure the availability of another person to fulfill the job.

I used this company for the first time today for a standard cleaning, my booking was done 1 week in advanced and I have clearly stated the need for a professional cleaner. The girl came on time, Marissa is polite However she is not experienced in house cleaning and she seemed to be new to this field.
The Lack of her knowledge on the cleaning products and how to clean a room or bathroom or leaving room were obvious.
To add the glass cleaning was messy. Slow in executing, not transparent when she is asked if she has completed a task, all this is combined with the lack of knowledge and experience. I did clean the kitchen, dishes and cleaned literally with her as she was running out of time.
It is clear that the company do not invest in proper trainings for new joiners and ensure the employees are ready to go on the filed.
I spoke to Krista/Kristine, I expressed my disappointment she apologised and asked me how to help but immediate solution was not provided given as while I was explaining to her the details of this experience she told me she has to disconnect this call as she has a VERY IMPORTANT call to take!
for me this explains everything, not only the company has a poor services, but even the personnel are not well trained to handle customers’ feedback.

I do not recommend this service for any one who is busy and time is crucial for them as this is a total Waste of your time.

Tried them 3 times.not impressed with their service. 2 out of 3 times i had to redo the job behind them.therefore moved to other cleaning company

I had such high hopes for this company based on the good reviews here.
They were nearly two hours late, I had to leave my work to answer multiple messages and phone calls just to get them to the right place, then they were trying to tell me I hadn't left the key out but were clearly in the wrong building even when they did eventually arrive at the right location.
I missed a work meeting that I had to take from home because they were still cleaning due to being behind time.
When I arrived home and the cleaners were still there I was shocked to see that one cleaner had their mask around their chin and the other had no mask on at all, despite being reassured when I booked that Covid precautions would be in place. This really concerned me.
Things on the list that I Ieft were still missed despite the cleaners finishing an hour after the time I had booked, items of ours were lost, a dress was ruined from poor ironing and it wasn't even something I had asked to be ironed. I am sure everything was done in a rush because they were so late.
In my notes I had stated to be very careful of any wires and cords, and made sure to leave plugs free for the vacuum. When I got home the wires and cords were a total mess, all sorts of things had been unplugged, our internet wasn't working because of this so I couldn't get any work done for the rest of the day, giving me a backlog for the rest of the week.
Overall this cleaning experience caused so much hassle and stress, when it should have been something to take some stress off life.
The cleaning that was done was fairly good, the mens work shirts weren't ironed very well.there were just too many issues and things missed, lost and damaged to to be able to recommend this company.

The name of the cleaner was Rona. She cleaned so amazingly that it felt like I just moved into a new apartment. Clearly went out of her way.

I just want to recommend Rona from Whitespot to the manager and owner of Whitespot. Keep an eye on her, she deserves to be taken care of and offered the possibility of working her way up.

I like the idea of them asking me before coming whats my expectations. I explained to them exactly what I wanted in advance so it was much easier and fast. When the lady came to clean she already knew what I wanted.

Next day, they called me to double check that I was satisfied with the service.

What makes a good service? Not just the work done, but the attitude they do it with. That’s what these individuals are all about. Robin handles my requests and Charesse takes care of the cleaning. Beyond excellent service from both of them. Make a request and then don’t worry about it, you know the work will be done and the work done is perfection. Robin and Charesse should be taken as an example of what customer service and satisfaction should be. It is not an easy task to clean, but Charesse did with a positive attitude and smile. Top notch and I strongly recommend them.
