Customer service is awful. We came to pick up our order on 04th of January. Were waiting for someone to assist us for hour (there were no other customers).

Definitely THE WORST delivery and customer service I have ever dealt with.
None of my orders were delivered on time or on the day of delivery! Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Delivery team were late, no phone to inform about the delay. The bed had missing items so they couldn’t do assembly. They team claim that warehouse is closed so they couldn’t get the missing items. Net very helpful customer service even though i informed that I have visitors next day. After all Had to reschedule to next day.

Worse customer service, especially lady Hayat, she doesn’t know anything, surprisingly she is at customer service, worse experience, quality of furniture is bad as well, their managers are least bother, I tried to call Their Manager Murtaza, but he is always busy, their customer service gave my wrong address and till now not updated, managers are not ready to talk and defected piece is at my home, worse place to do shopping, customer service lady advised me for refund, out of anger, and I returned all my stuff as per her instructions, if they are not interested then why shall we waste our money on such place, there are other stores as well, with prompt customer service
