Very very horrible experience buying furniture from Homes r us. They sale the stuff quickly to collect the money but when it comes to delivery they make you sweat!

They confirmed the delivery on 20th November between 10 am to 1 pm . They didn’t turn up until 12:45 pm . When I called, the customer service said the delivery is scheduled to 21st ! . ( unceremoniously rescheduled without informing me). The manager Mr Shiraz, told me that I m lying!. About the delivery date!.

The manager promised me that delivery of furniture would be done on 21st November between 10 am and 11 am . Nobody turned up until 10:50 am . When I called customer service I was told they will reach in 20 to 30 minutes !. My another day is wasted !

Be aware to order a chandeliers from this shop. We ordered 2 boxes of chandeliers and one box was with missing parts. And it wasn’t one part. It was the the holder what supposed to hold the chandelier and other 10 parts. After we complained they sent us 1 pieces. And it took them 1 week for sending this part. But what about other 10 parts? We cannot attach chandelier. Very disappointed in home r us.

I did not expect for a large corporation like yours that I have been a loyal customer to for many years to make such a frivolous mistake, and to come to my home so unprofessionally. My room has been littered with boxes and unassembled parts after the workers realized they brought the wrong box and have missing parts, and now I am missing a bed which I needed today urgently as I have guests.the bed was supposed to be assembled today; that is why I purchased the bed. That's what I was informed when I purchased it. It was a mistake on the company's side, and it is the company's responsibility to be accountable for it. In the end, they informed me that they were unable to assemble it today as planned, and they postponed it.

Home r Us has an store man called Harsha Pradeep in homes r us store in Sharjah he was so rude showing I was asking me why was he rude he was jus not even listening showing around to the customer not even bothering how to speak please watch for this man I you are genuine buyer only go this store or I u will be insulted

he was so rude and impolite I was standing there and he told me to move where I was standing s he wa busy with an buyer who was buying buk

they have NO RESEPECT FOR LAdies are aobky paying attention to big buyers

Ordered an item online and paid for it. After one week and at the delivery date i received an email that item is out of stock and will be refunded within 2 to 3 weeks
