They are good, customer service needs to be improved. We brought Sofa and chairs from here they worked for an year. They have different segments of furniture but it’s really confusing to browse.
The delivery is late, if you couldn’t find anywhere this can be a backup option

Your staff Nura is amazing she made sure that my wife found the right product while keeping her informed on the stock availability. She’s very supportive and have a can do attitude. Thanks to the manager too he’s the best after Nura

Incompetent staff. Would absolutely not recommend shopping at this store. They waste your time and the products are below average.

When you sell home ferniture you need to make your store to feel like home for customers. This place is not.

This place is catering to the elite lot who really want to spent tons of money on furniture. Not for the average joe who earns in Dubai.

This place is not overly crowded, you can check out furniture at a leisurely pace. It also has a Daiso hidden away.

One of the biggest cheat companies in dubai, they gave us a faulty dining table and we shoed their guys who came to fix the table and they said to call their customer service center, the customer service refused to replace the table or give us a refund and most importantly extremely rude behavior, i will not recommend anyone to buy from here, please beware their actual looters.

One of the several options in Dubai to go to for some seasonal gift items and home furniture. Decent options of furniture and some other household items in the heart of Dubai. Free basement parking and easily accessible.

Worst after sales ever. I called to ask about prices and they understand a totally different question and answer accordingly. Avoid the silent night section! Service there is a nightmare!

They have horrible exchange and return policies. I went to exchange something which was bought from another branch. They refused to exchange as the transaction doesn't exist in their system at their branch. In this day and age, a customer should be able to exchange the products at any branch! They didn't even make an effort to help.

I have been a customer of Home R Us Zabeel branch for quite a long time due to big selection of nice items. However, every single time I would face issue with one or another item bought. I never complained or returned any item because the issues were small. Today, I tried to return two coffee flask still wrapped on bubble plastic and inside original bag but the manager refused to do anything about it. The flasks were broken and still inside the wrapping. The excuse given it is over the exchange period of two weeks. I explained I was on vacation, therefore I could not come earlier. Unfortunately, the manager could not be bothered.
My advice for everyone, do check every piece of item you buy. Even if it's inside the original box.
In my case, I will never return or buy any item from them.

Huge collection of quality home furnishing materials are always available. Reasonable price range is the key feature.

The design is good but the delivery experience was worst as three times faulty product was delivered. Then need to chase the customer care team to delivery the not broken product

Very bad service, I bought a table that cost me 10000 AED and then I found there is a big crack, I informed the driver, and I raised complain, so far no action taken. I will give them 3 more days notice, if they didn’t solve this issue I will take a legal action against them at consumer rights.

The worst customer service. The staff have attitudes and don’t know how to talk to customers and the company policies are ridiculous.
They don’t deliver “accessories” like mirrors in case they’ll break. How do you expect customers to carry these items when they won’t fit in the car? If the company can deliver mirrors to their stores, why not to customers? !

Worst ever place to visit or buy furnitures.

Billing staff were very bad in nature and not willing to listen to customer.

Staff are clueless and everything is slow in this place. It takes them 4 days to bring you a small pendant light from the warehouse. I swear if the warehouse is in United States of America it will take less than that. We are in 2019 while they’re still in 1999 literally 20 years behind!

The quality of furniture isn’t good. There business is very clear to me; they buy very cheap quality furniture and sell it back to end users as if it’s a premium product.

Don’t be fooled and always make sure what you’re paying for will have the value its supposed to have.

It's pretty good home furnishing store. Well displayed counters. Great variety. I somehow like it more than Home Centre.

The range of Home products is phenomenal. We bought stuff at discounted prices since there was a sale at the store. Superb value for money! I especially love the experience of browsing through their beautifully laid out store.

We love homesrus.we bought many furniture things from them.quality is good and even delivery is hasselfree.only concern is that they should orgnise their store.beacuse u will find furniture everywhere which is little inconvenient to look for perticular type of thing which u want.range is good variety is der.and they should include more vibrant colours as per trend beacuse everything is too sober and classy.some ppl like trendy and morden things too

Homesrus is worst. The staff there don't know anything. We purchased dining set and when they come to fix it was broken they didn't had fresh piece. Then they didn't return our money and gave credit note that was not valid in every branch. All branches had no coordination with each other and the language of supervisor and Manager of Oud Metha is very bad. We were harrased many times. When we select anything they said they have stock but during payment they says they don't have stock Then why it is in display. All broken thing worst things are there and price very high. Better to take from local market or Home center or Home box.

They have a wide range of home accessories, decor and essentials. You can pick up some very good bargains in the crockery section!

Big branch 3 floors, located at Zabeel, they have a parking lot in front of the store (4 ued/hour) and another one downstairs which is free of charge. I got my dinning room from this branch, it was a positive experience, there staff were friendly very helpful and nice, also, a children play area is available with a big sceen to watch movies all the time. I would definitley recommend this place to a friend!

Its little pricy. Price range starts little high as conpared to other furniture shops in Dubai. But no doubt watever it has, have good quality.
