An amazing experience with very good quality items and variety that i can choose from and the best option is to shop online and collect from the store! I love it really! Im always coming back for it!

I placed an order in March till may DIDN’T receive mg order and they do not come Váci with any update so bad customer service. Not trust worthy in any timelines.very bad experience and I have to escalate to customer rights because of lack of response

A wide range of furniture and stunning accessories, this store is a great option. The staff are very friendly 'if you could find any' and helpful, making your shopping experience enjoyable. However, the prices can be quite steep, but they do offer various discounts and sales throughout the year. Despite the cost, it's worth checking out for their impressive selection and excellent customer service.

شيء تعاملهم جدا وصل السرير من غير المرتبه ولا احد يجيب على الهاتف ، وبعد ساعتان اخبرني الموظف بان لا شأن له ولا يستطيع مساعدتنا لانه يوم اجازتهم وغدا تصل المرتبة ، اعتبر سيئين جدا ولا ارغب بالتعامل مره اخرى

I bought a dinning tablet along with a coffee table and console table but when they arrived they were scratched with the coffee table being the worst of them so I contacted costumer service and they agreed to change them but the tables were also scratched again we changed them and yet again the newer table was also scratched so they offered me a complemntery voucher after constat arguing with them.after I got the voucher they never told me how and on what products I could use the voucher on, but when I went to use the voucher they told me that I can't use it on the items I wanted to buy
Horrible costumer service and I recommend you for your own sanity to not buy from this company at all

Never gonna order from Homes r Us, they don’t deliver the day they promised, they delayed it for 3 days, and Tomorrow I will have a guest are they going to sit on the floor? Why are they irresponsible? This is first time and last time, never ever recommend to anyone

Good selection of reasonably priced furnishings and decor. Not an upscale store. Targeted more towards someone looking for good looking furniture and does not mind replacing in a few short years. This branch is pretty large. They have another branch in Karama which has a much wider selection and a bit more upscale.

Out of all the branches, this is by far the most organized and easy to shop in. The items look much better here and that helps making decisions easier. It's also the least crowded branch.

Nice staff, cool environment and ofcourse the house hold products. One can easily buy anything for home at just one store.

I bought a room worth 8000 dirhams from the Arabian center show room it got delayed in delivery the showroom staff who assisted me to place the order was not sufficient and was not professional at all and lastly when the room received in the new house I didn’t check it after I moved to the new house and I saw it I found out that the nightstand as a damaged from the surface no one answers any phone calls in the show room I called the delivery guy and he said to call the showroom and ever since the showroom is not answering no want to speak to 8000 dirhams in the dust win because they don’t take care of their customers and I got Damaged stock I will certainly make a complaint in customer rights

I was here for home furnishings. They had splendid collection. Beautiful and tasteful supplies. I cam.back home with some very satisfying purchases

The furniture quality may be good but the delivery time is unacceptable, we had to sleep on the floor for 1 week with an infant but homesrus failed to understand our situation and provided zero support to make our delivery earlier by just a couple of days, i can understand procedures but if you do not have any room for humanity and understanding then it truly is a sad state of affairs at this company.
