I visited to buy some pesticides for my plants. I even explained to him what particular insects on my plants. Unfortunately, your sales man give me the wrong item and my plant died immediately!

Good hardware and DIY store. Very handy for the communities nearby. Good variety of products. Good service. Friendly staff. Nearby parking.

This review is with regards to their online store fulfilment.

Order placed on Tuesday (with a 2-3 days delivery policy).
Called them on Saturday to follow-up, was informed it will be delivered on Saturday itself. Alas, it did not happen.

Today is Sunday, do not think their logistics partner is working today, so it is likely that the products I ordered will only be delivered Monday or later. Too late. I don't need it anymore.

Won't recommend shopping on Homesmith's online platform as they don't deliver on time.

They literally closed at 9: 45 pm and the guy working there while closing the door saw me honking and signaling him to wait but very bluntly locked the door and left, even when i knocked they r acting as no one exists.unbelievable! They not even sticking to the timings per law!

This is not a hardware store, it is a homewares store. Do not go expecting any staff who are knowledgeable about the products they sell.
Website says they open at 9. At 20 past 9, no one had arrived, the lights were still off and there was no one in store. A massive failing in basic customer service.

My payment failed on the website however the amount was deducted from my account and I had to wait for a whole day to call and ask regarding this issue. I was given an apology then was told the order did go through and takes 2-3 days for delivery and I still don’t have the item because I had to remind someone to ship my order since it’s been one week and I still don’t have it. At this point I’m just hoping it’s the right product being sent ‍️
2-3 days from November 29th until I reminded them to send it and I don’t know what else could go wrong….

We would like to commend Albert for going extra mile in helping us find the power cable that we needed for our speaker. He's extremely accommodating and professional. We're definitely coming back because of him. Excellent customer service! There should be more Albert in this world.

I love it.even though quiet small but they have plenty of storage container from teeny tiny to big one.beside that they have section for painting color and they can mix for you there …the stuff so much friendly

Will never use online store again.
First the item that is displayed on the website is not the same as was delivered.
After exchange the delivered item was all damaged…

Its a convinient store.u cant miss somthn u need.all the team are very much friendly and assisting whenever u need somethn theyl help you find it

Very Unprofessional Company. Specially a guys who handling Whatsapp with costumers. Extremally Unprofessional.

Dont believe what they say or whats written on their packages.bought an expandable hose which thsy claimed its guaranteed for 5 years. 6 months later it burst and they won't even acknowledge that the packaging says it has warranty.
Thought this is a respectable store but clearly am better off with ace hardware

Surprisingly full of good product to be a smaller shop. I like to go there and quite often find what i need.

I like that there is reserved parking for customers:) and range of options are quite good. We have always been happy with quality of items and the service from staff.

A great harware supplies store. Has enough variety and covers almost all departments from stationery to gardening equipment. I gave it 4 stats because the prices are a little high I feel. Anyhow, a great store with good quality products.

You can find everything for home decoration, organization, garden, painting, hardware store. Always super helpful staff

Nice place, not very large hence not alot of choices, still good. It has reasonable prices, and helpful staff.
