I’m very disappointed with the delivery service, extremely poor customer service.
The driver call me while I’m at work and I told him to reschedule the delivery, he refused and kept the cooker next to the flat door and now I’m not able to fix it and install it.
I called him many times he is not answering and then he blocked my number, I called the service center to schedule Installation appointment, the person is not showing up.

Awful customer service. Delivery not made first morning. Calls not returned and each department blaming the other. I was promised delivery on time the following day and that also did not happen! Time and money wasted. Worst customer service EVER!

Staff there are very helpful. Coffee machines options there are good with somehow reasonable prices.

One of the good place, if you’re looking to buy kitchen appliances from brands like Bosch, Samsung or Philips. Good range of refrigerator, washing machine and gas cookers.

Run go somewhere else! The worst expiration ever!
I bought a Bosch fridge from carrefour sold by homewide it got broken and it has been 4 months without a fix!
If you buy from them hope you don’t need there after sale service. There service is the worst they don’t abide by the warranty contract and they won’t fix nor replace the item! If your item is down prepare to throw it and get another one
Update: they fixed it after 4 months and giving them negative reviews and calling the bosch brand regional manager and doing so much. Now they are asking to remove the review.
