I visited this showroom and their staffs are great and friendly. They answered my queries and send the quotations for my home appliances requirements. Their team in this showroom has great customer service. But this company needs to improve their delivery team and back office office service. For all we know that SALES TEAM cannot do what the weakness of their after sales service. Please do some actions on your after sales coz your SALES TEAM in Karama are great people.

Hate Bosch and hate this company.

I had an awesome great technician from Homewide to solve my problem with a Bosch oven. Absolutely recommended. But the costs for parts that Homewide or Bosch are asking and charging are extremely extremely extremely overpriced. Not happy at all. Aed 180.00 for replacement of this small part. We all know production cost around AED 10.00

The installation and delivery service team are rude, awful and uncoordinated. Honestly it's worth considering other brands (LG or Electrolux) just to avoid working with the Bosch team. It's definitely a management issue. Absolutely no concept of customer service.
