Hooks & Hangers Dry Cleaning

This is my second time, and same experience they won't deliver your clothes unless you call them even I am living just in front

I recently had a fantastic experience with Hooks and Hangers Dry Cleaning. Their attention to detail and quick turnaround impressed me. The staff was friendly, and my clothes looked impeccable. I highly recommend their services for quality and professionalism.

They really don't care about trimmings and always not following the instruction, and once i put their manager in the real situation, he told we cant help you with that and you can go to another laundry.

Very not professional.

Not recommend.they never deliver on time, quality is mediocre.you can use them if you don't care about time on clothes that you don't really care about.but never give them anything expensive.trust me, you will regret it

Very bad experience it's almost 10 days they are taken clothes but still not delivered.
I called one them he is saying "this is first and last time so further he is not taking any clothes from our office"

Very poor service, This was my second try before writting review. Seems there is no commitment if you pay in advance. And also ironing service is bad. I will not recommend anyone to use their services!

We are so disappointed with the service of Hooks and Hangers. We have given them a white carpet and it came back very hard and change to color yellow. We gave again to solution but the carpet was returned same condition totally damage the softness is gone and color still yellow. Very poor service

Very bad attitude and not helpful at all in respect to the person answering calls. But overall dry cleaning is good

Worst experience ever, I brought 1 suit and 2 dresses for dry cleaning. They finished on time as promised and price was fair. I collected the items and when I got back home, I noticed the suit was dirty as if it was just ironed, there was even a little milk stain on the sleeve when I gave it to them, they returned it with the stain, as if they didn't even try to clean it.

Then I opened the other bag to check the dresses and found big insects inside the bag.

No commitment to the timings they give and didn't deliver after the delay as planned, had called more than 20 time no one answered surprisingly. Unprofessional customer service.

They are very professional with their work and have the best customer service team! I highly recommend them.

Very bad not recommended they lost some of my items and they insisted that they didnt recive it despite the fact they did, and when i asked for the managers number he refused to give me his number plus extremely rude staff

Have used your laundry service 3 times already now and definitely satisfied with the cleaning standard, pick up & delivery as well as the friendly attitude of the staff. The prices for all items are quite reasonable except for small rugs (needs to be looked into).
Would I recommend this place (at Silicon Oasis) to others? Definitely, yes.
