Stale food delivered on a friday night order. I can imagine the level of seriousness of the business. Pathetic! A complete mood spoiler

After a long gap of two months we reordered food from the restaurant and to our surprise it turned out tasteless and bad. Being a regular customer of the restaurant it made us think twice if we had ordered it from the right place as this sort of service had never happened in the past.

Always fresh & nice! The starters are too good.

Had availed Hot Plate catering services for a family get together. Well setup buffet table, dishes, clean plates and cutlery. Food was a mix of Chinese and North Indian which was simply amazing and the whole family loved it, especially the chicken lollipops. Will not hesitate to eat at or order their catering again.

Food is great also service. Good place for kids too. No washroom is a problem when you have a toddler.

Today I ordered chicken biriyani, scheswan fried rice and chicken burger, in my life I never had a burger like this with raw vegetables and over cooked dark patty (something they call patty) about biriyani and scheswan I can't comment. It's very poor food. Very disappointed.

Taste was good. But price is super expensive.

Its a another jewel in discovery gardens, blend of Mumbai, Mangalore, Delhi - Great servers with amazing service.one thing to improve is lighting to make it more happy like gold color, current lighting is dark and makes the ambience quite sad or depression.

Highly unprofessional behaviour and service. 1.5 hours late delivery and called multiple times and no one called the delivery guy from their end or update me anything.

Combo which restaurant serves as sufficient for 4 is not actually the right quantity. Please don’t get deceived by their promotional listing. Rest is fine.

Loved the manchow soup and panipuri. However, we were quite disappointed with beg steamed momo. Size was big but had eggplant in the filling. Total disappointment.
Have tasted their chicken momo, loved it. Apart from veg momo, I have loved their many chinese dishes

Overall I love the taste from this restaurant, specially for north Indian food veg and nonveg both and chinese is very good like we have in India
