Hot Pot Factory Restaurant Al Satwa

The offers are not as advertised.the AED 15 Buffet they say is very limited with 4 to 5 actual edible food items.the sea food soup was cold as ice.and it's only 1 serving allowed.

The beef patty that was served was uncooked and the taste was kinda average.

The 39 Aed buffet was also with limited items and the food doesn't look fresh.

The worst part is if you are going with a family and one wants to have hotpot and one want to have a 15 AED buffet, you will not be allowed to sit together.

Overall 1 star rating for food taste and quality.

Great experience on satwa Branch today.the food is very delicious and so nice.we enjoy a lot of things like marination beef, crab ball a lot of things there and the service is very nice there very communication with is other the place is so beautiful the red flowers is so amazing we enjoy a lot …the cashier is so respectful guy which is name MR ZAHID and thanks all team. Absolutely worth it, very reasonable price for great value, the place is comfortable, nice decoration, music isn't load nor low and food is tasty with good variety of seafood even chiken and meat.you could cook your meal directly on the built-in stove or heat it, the only thing if could Work bit on variety of dessert it would be a prefect place
Still it's recommended! And i do rarely recommend restaurants, but as said at beginning worth every penny! And good experience!

Very bad experience, wwle waited more than 1 hour for these unbearable to eat bowl of ramen, looks like dog food, tried to eat but it's salty and meat is very hard. Very disappointed.

Most of the time i used to prefer to go to slhadin branch and now du to my work place I have got a chance to visit Satwa Branch as well and I found it very interesting, there's more variety of foods same like salhadin and iam happy for entire Service.

One of my favorite affordable hotpot in Dubai.
Lots of food selections, their food is mouthwatering and
tastes good. They have ala carte and unlimited option.
Highly recommended!

You can choose and pick you want from the buffet with your own hands for the hotpot and the grill.the staff is super nice and cheerful.

Great food and great staff name “ibrar” ️ Surely will come back here again, also prices are affordable.

Nice food, very friendly and helpful staff, need little bit spicy all food look like make for Filipino only.

The service was great, and the food is tasty but allitle problem in soup its a bit salty.

Perfect, affordable, yummy foods, good service, cleanliness 100%' good staff! Compared some korean restaurant i tried this is a place I highly recommended to everyone who was hungry? For only 59 aed made me too much full, and happy tummy, firstime i went here but this is not the last, i loved to come back

Honestly surprised at the multiple 5/5. I have been to numerous hotspots in my 7 years of Dubai so was looking forward to it. However overall disappointed due to
1. Not many parking areas around and that’s a pain on the weekend.
2. Quite a long wait because the space is small, waited for 45 mins
3. The spread was more limited than I would have liked compared to similar restaurants in Dubai especially ones in Barsha
4. Food quality was overall low, okay the beef was terrible! Chewed for ages to be able to swallow it.
5. The buffet spread was just poor force fed ourselves the sushi which tasted like it was there for days
6. Trying to pick from the spread was literally manual labour. Sauces, meats, veggies where all soooo far from each other.

Pros
1. The price is unbeatable for the combo. Truly all you can eat, there’s icecream and drinks included
2. Prince the African waiter who was not meant to be our waiter was so kind to guide us to the best combinations and really went over and above to make sure we were taken care of
