Great service with lovely smile from Hema and Zing. Shaikh Asshan has been amazing in the kitchen, grilled steak and chicken were so tender and tasty.

The hotel is amazing, with really good facilities. The service is impeccable and so are the staff. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Food at the restaurant have been great. Staff are very accommodating specially Mr Khaled. He ensured that the kids were happy and well entertained.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was comfy and large space for the kids too. They have an amazing kids club too. We are definitely coming back.

We booked for dinner with our kids. The manager "Sathym" allowed us to play in the playroom with other kids even if its night time. Thank you so much for consideration. Also one of their staff "Zing"was also very accommodating and hospitable.

It is a very good hotel. It's the first night out of 4 nights, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and all the staff are friendly. Above all, there is a large mall in Carrefour, so it's great to look around when you have time. There are also many restaurants nearby, so it's good to try this and that. Sheraton in Dubai. I tied it at Hyatt, but now I have to tie it at Swissitel.

One of my worest trip stuff not professional aggressive i came here yesterday and still there i went to the pool with my young baby they told me it's not allowed to take your own baby in the pool under my own responsibility which weird i told them you should tell me from the beginning because if i know i will choose another place the duty manager said you can refund what you paid and go to another place after i collect my things they refused to return my money and they said your reservation is unrefund i mailed the company but no reply i still there till next Wednesday but i will never come back and i advice do not reserve here

I was here 7 years ago when the hotel building named Rotana hotel.
Nothing had not been changed, the same things clean and big room, good smell on the lobby.and spacially perfect breakfast which you have many item to choose and I like them BUT I gave 2 star because 3 reasons.
The room tempeture was so low tge airconditioner couldn't work well, we called for services many times, but nothing changed! We freezed all the night and check outed next day.
The water prussure was weak, it took long time to come warm water also.
We had a sharing door between next room and us, its locked but the noise of neighbor was too annoying.

Also you have to know this area is very crowded, full of immigrants and a bit rough.

I stayed in the apartments. The location is nice along with proximity to the mall with a movie theater.

The property badly and I stress again that it badly needs renovations. If they don't renovate soon then I will not return.

Fabulous hotel with mellow calm decor including wood panelled columns & similar in bedrooms inducing calm sleep. I & my boyfriend had massages & exfoliation treatments with The Fabulous Tunee (Thai spa guru!). We have had massages all over the world but these were the best! Definitely recommend a visit to the spa on Level 5

The staff were kind and very helpful. The services were as advertised and were perfect. The hotel is clean and whenever you call for anything they respond quickly. I surely recommend staying here again. We were super excited with everything. The service by Ezzeldine and reception team was superb.

It was very nice. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and have enough space for a family. Also special thanks to Rachel and Khalid for the kind service during breakfast.

Breakfast was great and has nice choices of food, place is big even for a large number of people you will feel safe and safety protocols are being followed. Also the manager Khaled and staff Karen are friendly and accomodating.will defintely visit and have breakfast again.

I’ve been enjoying my breakfast at the hotel and they have a variety each time. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Grace, Amron, Anil! The ambiance is nice and cozy.

We had a great stay in the hotel, the staff were amazing and the hotel is neat and safe for family with kids as they sanitized every room very well. I still have another 6 days to go here at the hotel but every time I go back to my room, it is always spick and span! Shout out to Pradyumn who always smiles and always greets me good morning and for always taking care of my room.

I have stayed here one week already, one week more to go. Khalid (the restaurant manager) has been very attentive and has provided personal service - even bringing me additional coffee on a meeting break. Thanks Khalid!

Good hotel rooms, good service, Pradyumn from housekeeping is taki g a good care of my room, his service is very good, I find him very professional and he is doing a great job, keep it up man.

Everything was excellent. Foods are mouthwatering and delicious, staffs are professional and friendly (Ms. Grace, Ms. Aisha and Mr. Khalid from all day dinning team). All in all it was a satisfactory stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The experience was not that I had the first time. To start with the wash basin was clogged and had to get the drain opener to unclog it. The floor drain near the kitchen gave off foul rotten smell (you can see from the photos that after i poured in a disinfectant, it was bubbling (there was continue foul air coming from the drain). Lastly, the sofa had spot stains everywhere and smelled of body odor (unbearable). I had to ask for an extra bed sheet to lay over it.

One of the best property in Dubai. Excellent location, view, ambiance. Most courteous staff. We have planned a vacation again and the reason is Swissotel as staying there felt like staying at home.

Fantastic stay, could not fault it in any way. The apartment hotel we booked had not three but four bathrooms (ensuites + extra bathroom), huge kitchen and lounge/dinning area. Buffet Breakfast was fantastic and had a huge variety. We would also like to extend our thanks to all staff, especially receptionist Maged and manager Erin, they displayed top-notch customer-service and genuinely made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

This is a lovely place to stay, large spacious apartments that have all the amenities one would require. It is connected to Al Ghurair Mall and hence is very convenient and very well located. Breakfast is lavish and the property itself has a gym, spa, many eateries and just generally has it all. Special mention goes to Husnain at the front desk for his very warm hospitality and for taking care of us during our entire trip and Monica as well and the boys at the lobby who carried all our shopping with a smile! Great stay.and will definitely visit again xx

We went here for the baby shower of my relative. A good value for your money on their function halls and catering

Me and my husband stayed there very recently and I agreed with reviews on here. I like to warn people about shop called RITAN. It on same floor as reception. I bought two kaftan at 50 Durhams each. One was faulty so i returned to shop for refund. The shop owner who I found was pushy expecting me to buy perfume & flip flops I didn't need. The owner wasn't there so girl in shop phoned her & refuse to give me refund. I discovered the same kaftan was 14 Durhams each. In another shop. I wasnt happy that she got extra 72 Durhams out of me. It clear she rips people off & that with 15% off as we stayed there. Stay away from there & shop in malls.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel since morethan 4 yrs. I always like it for the staff, cleaning, location. I always rate it as morethan 5 star hotel in my point of view. Now in my last visit I find it different in cleaning not as before and the furniture of the apartment side are really old and black and smells badly. We changed the apartment to a better one but still I have the same point regarding the furniture. My suggestion is to change the bad looking, old and smelly furniture specialy in the (living area).

Luxury swedish hotel in dera.near to airport but a little bit rushy because of commericial markets in the hotel building.but overall the ambiance is good along with welcoming staff.

A beautiful 5 star hotel with affordable accommodation for a short stay. I like the fact that is located at the Al Ghurair Mall.

Excellent service. Would rate them high on customer focus. At check in when there seemed to be a queue of more than one guest, the guest relations proactively approached to assist. The same happened at check out as well. The housekeeping also came across as very customer friendly. Thank you team Swissotel. Keep up the good work!

We had an extremely bad experience here recently; we were in the hotel as we were hosting a birthday party for my niece. The event team was excellent however we met probably the worst staff for a hotel service. As we also had a room there and had to enquire about the exact location and there we met Ms. Alma i believe her name was in the reception. Since i saw that she was putting some money or receipts in her wallet we waited for her to finish the task. However in a while she asked her colleague to assist another customer although we were waiting. So when i queried can we ask for some help; her response was " Can you not see i am doing something; once its finished i will come to you". This is after we waited for a while and she not once asking us if we need any help.

Having said above we have stayed here in the past and in general the team/ staff is excellent but this was a horrible experience.

Great and luxurious property at the heart of Old Dubai. If you're looking for a five-star property near the popular tourist attractions like Gold Souk, Old Souk, Dubai Creek, and Deira, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The place is very spacious and it's consistent from the lobby to the restaurants to our room. We checked in a Deluxe Suite and we were surprised cause how massively huge it was.

Also enjoyed our spa experience inside the hotel with a relaxing couple's massage. Noticed that the hotel tends to take service and well-being seriously.

Absolutely splendid, staff are polite and well trained. Rooms are designed well and very clean. Despite being next to the airport, noise is not a problem. I look forward to staying here, next time I happen to be in Dubai. The only drawback is the location due to less convenience compared to other areas but overall I would say good.

It has all the amenities to make your stay memorable without stepping out of the hotel. A very big beautiful mall to get all you need, a swimming pool with a beautiful garden, spa, gem, etc.would love to visit over and over again. Customer service is 100%. Well trained staffs. Nice food

Swissotel Al ghurair is a five star luxury hotel located in Deira Dubai, near the fish roundabout. It’s 5 minutes drive from the Dubai international airport and very near to Union Metro Station.
The rooms are clean & big with nice view, breakfast is good with a wide variety of continental foods. Front desk Staffs and other staffs are very helpful.

It was my first visit to this hotel and it was great. I like the formal side of it. The staff are excellent and treat you professionally and very helpful. I was welcomed by mr hussain and the first impression made me love swissotel. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the things you need and the views are great. My kids enjoyed the Swimming pool. The mall under the hotel have all kinds of shops and kids play areas.

Only one small thing that i didn't like is that you have to go from ground floor to level L then take another elevator to reach your room same when you go out.every time you go out of the hotel. Not a big deal

We held an event that was attended by 180. The venue is decent, well kept, clean, and stylish. Our visitors were happy about the service and the quality of food they served. They are flexible to ensure your convenience. Looking forward on our next event in Swissotel.

Very nice brand new hotel with beautiful contemporary interior design.
They have several ballrooms for events and conferences. The restaurant is o the same floor as conference rooms which makes it easier to move attendees around. Theres a prayer room next to the conference rooms.
Valet is a bit of a hassle hence the 4 star rating.

We held a corporate event at the hotel on behalf of a client. The feedback was that it was the best event they had been to. The hotel were fantastic in making this happen. We arrived late the night before and we were still trying to confirm numbers for refreshments until quite late but it was no trouble for the team who all ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend the venue and also use it again.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Swissotel Al Ghuarir! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Ms. April Anne Gonzales and Vinod is such a warm personality and highly motivated, We truly enjoyed our stayed and Wedding event in the hotel.

But the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

For professional reasons I travel quite often all over the world. I have been in hundreds of hotels everywhere.
In no other place I feel like at home as I feel at this hotel.
I know Al Ghurair hotel for a few years now and its getting better every year.
When I travel to Dubai there is no ather place to me.

I am overwhelmed by the warm hospitality and good service of Swissotel Al Ghurair during the most Special Day of my life and that’s my Husband and I’s Wedding Day last week (June 27,2019). From the preparation up to the Wedding Day, we’re really satisfied. Thank you so much to Ms. April Ann Gonzales and Bino who assisted us from the start to end. Foods are fantastic and delicious. A 5-STAR INDEED! A LUXURY HOME!

Reviewing the spa facility.
The experience has been awesome from the time I called to book for the service, the valet parking, reception, the actual therapy, and all the way till we leave the spa! Clean, well kept, facility, great aroma all arround. Special thank you to Reezal at the spa reception, Maesh and Anchalee (Thumbthumb) our therapists, and everybody else I didn't catch their names for being helpful, friendly, and professional and for giving us the perfect experience!

Great hotel staff so helpful 5* for sure rooms are beautifully decorated and laid out centre to all the attractions restaurants and sports and leisure facilities brilliant to. Definitely coming back again later this year!
