Aravi Dubai checked in yesterday room needs a good clean definitely not 4 stars if I could of found another hotel I would be leaving

Worst customer service in the Industry. We booked our clients and paid online FOR 10 March 2020. The hotel denied the booking and forced us to pay. We called hotelbeds EMERGENCY team, who FAILED TO RESOLVE the issue, LYING that the booking is confirmed. After 2 hours on calls where we would be placed on hold for up to 40 minutes and no solution, we ended paying hotel directly. Thank God our clients were patient and we didn't lose them.another nightmare of following up on the refund for our booking and compensation for the calls to Spain which cost us $20, we are now in December 2020 and we didn't get any resolution from Hotel beds or refund despite numerous emails. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY, TIME AND FOR YOUR GOOD HEALTH.

That treatment was so ugly to us

Error on booking. Impossible to get contact with to resolve over 10 days of no contact. Avoid.

Im shoked about the service from madame arwa.m i have paid my hotel in zurich i have the voucher and everything.she was informed that the hotel was allready sold out.she let me alone with everything pregnant 6 mnths with a 5 year old.really really shoked
