Hotpack Sales Center - Al Barsha,Dubai

I've been in mizhar, ittihad and jumeirah branch. All of the staff that i meet there are helpful and friendly but here in barsha when it comes to customer service you are worst. The cashier in the counter is not smiling and always angry to customer. Specially the lady cashier with tattoo. This branch is big and have a lot of stuff but when it comes to customer service its failed. i will never recommend this branch to my friends.

I feel so embarrased to the filibini CASHIER there! She is so RUDE! She doesn't know how to be polite. Specially to her same countrymen.

Thank you to Von Mitchell for going above and beyond to ensure that we got our products. She went out of her way and followed up all while maintaining a close eye to detail. She helped with an issue that Hotpack's customer service centre wasn't able to help with. Thank you!

Cost effective, better purchase from them directly rather than other stored.
Need to keep more availability in smaller packaging

Staff unhelpful and customer service not replying at your request. I request a quotation to customize the package for our street food brand already 1 week nobody has replying to my request.the Filipino staff at store playing and speaking between them nobody asked if can help.honestly speaking first and last time to this shop or brand.there is more around and better serving the customers.

Visited first time so will more open to comment after few visits.
Overall nice place to get lot of items under one roof.

Huge showroom for disposable food grade materials. Have been using their products since years ago and they are good quality. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us with our search. Pricing is very reasonable too.
