Very unprofessional company. I ordered appartment cleaning on specific date, specific time, nobody showed up and there was no call or explanation what happened. I would never trust neither recommend this company to anyone

Marylinn is excellent, she shows up always on time, she knows how to clean and set priorities. The follow up from the team is very professional, they always respond quickly and try to help in adjusting availability.

Their service is amazing! They take the client’s instructions very importantly and follow up is so good. I like Rossel the most would recommend her the most to you guys also they take on the time bookings which was always m concern as I have no proper schedule but looking to have a regular maid for good time from them.

I have used the service of this company for a long time. But, lately, the cleaners conveniently cancel the schedule and always send alternate cleaners, who have no idea what to do. The management is rude and non-responsive. They will not move an inch to address customer complaints/issues. This company used to be good, which is why I kept using their services. However, recently with the change in management, the service quality is extremely poor.

I was using their services before pandemic and was very happy with the professional approach. However the management changed, Mr Farman left. And the supervisor who responds on the chat doesn't even bother to say this. She tries to send different ladies and even though she confirmed the service she tried to change last minute. Used to be a very good service unfortunately now is not.

Miss Nemali was sent to my house to work and she left the work incomplete after 3 hours. When asked she gave excuses to complete the work and also spoke to me in rude manner when I questioned her on why it took her so long to complete the work.

They cancelled on me many time without even trying to offer a solution although its a weekly contract. They are mostly late. I gave them few chances but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore

I tried so many maid services but they always let me down, many times I had to teach maids how to do basic cleaning jobs, about to give up I called House fairy and to my delight was treated with such compassion by the admin staff and they sent me a cleaning lady who was amazing, she required no supervision and went above and beyond what I asked her to do, I am absolutely delighted with their service, after 35 years of trying to find the right company I have finally found them! I am very particular with how I like my home cleaned, and I had a hard time finding a cleaning service in Dubai that was up to my standards. House Fairy was recommended to me by a friend, and I was overly satisfied from the first visit. Jennifer always comes on time & cleans the house from corner to corner (I mean she even moves the couch and rug and dusts underneath which I greatly appreciate). She is also very kind and very professional which I appreciate. Highly recommend their service:)
