I had the opportunity to visit the store and the concert hall. I enjoyed a concert with 6 students and even Colombian dancers to accompany the piano pieces by the Teacher. At the store just sublime pianos, only the best.

Such a beautiful concert hall for live classical music. Designed all around the acoustics, it rivals those I've been to in the Lincoln Centre NYC (think material walls and wooden ceilings).

Their Community Concerts are a very welcome addition to the classical music scene in Dubai and gives performers an audience, and the audience gets to hear award winning performers (both children and adults).

The staff are fabulous and friendly. Also their collection of Steinway and Sons pianos is spectacular. If you're needing a piano, this should be your first port of call.

A great place with a good collection of second hand and new pianos. Ideal for users looking to buy piano.

House of Pianos is one of the best piano companies I have visited in the UAE. They have world-class piano collections suitable for any type of musician. Their service is great and all their products are sold with quality & class.

I bought a Kurzweil a year ago & recently had some issues with it. They got it fixed without any delay and cost.

Not recommended.
I used their services for piano moving and tuning last year. Despite getting the delivery timings wrong by over 2 hrs last time, I decided to give them another chance since the move was done quite professionally.
However this time, all I got was being ignored by their service manager, and was given the excuse of my messages being "lost". Then I was booked a random time and date without being consulted if I was even available. Notwithstanding, their prices had gone up by over 35% from just a year ago. This is a company that's too busy to reply and does not value repeat customers, from my experience.

The best music wearhouse. I bought my unique cello from there. A handmade one after I was searching for a year for a good one.

Essentially this is a case of "does what it says on the tin" (if you know that English idiom). It sells pianos. And very handsome they are. I was there to attend one of their occasional boutique concerts and it was very pleasant indeed.

We recently purchased our Kurzweil KA130 piano from House of Pianos and so impressed and happy with the professionalism and service. We dealt with Abner who advised us on the best piano for us (myself and my daughter) and we are more than happy with the choice we made. In my almost a week of searching a piano store in UAE for my son ‘till I came across House of Pianos website in Dubai. At first, we went there only to canvass then our plan was to go to some other piano stores in Dubai and choose which shop to negotiate later on. Yet, we ended up buying in our first stop “House of Pianos” as the gentleman there who assisted us was exceptionally accommodating, super patient as we are undecided about which model to choose from. (we are a newbie in piano stuff).

This shop had been recommended to us several times. When we finally decided to get a piano, Abner was here to assist us throughout the process.amazing guy, very patient and provides guidance on the choice of piano. My daughter is extremely happy with her piano! Million thanks Abner!

I am very unhappy with my Kurzweil digital piano. It started to show issues 3 months after the 1 year warranty. This is very odd as most digital pianos will last for years without any issues. In this day and time, what electronic appliance deteriorates on the 1st year. It's clearly a quality control issue, it doesn't surprise me anymore after finding out the pianos are manufactured in Korea.

Also, I am not happy the way the issue was handled m I was asked to wait a month to get service - according to them their technician was on leave. Then the spare part had to be ordered, from overseas. Then they assured me it will be fixed and delivered a certain day, again it's not.

I think they're great at selling (and apologizing for shortcomings). I am not generally a rude person, but I don't think any customer wants a bad product and lousy service being concealed with a smile. Customers are smarter than this and we expect a certain level of fairness and transparency.

Sorry, but I am not recommending you anymore to anyone after this and I have referred a few clients to your business as well previously!

A place for an amazing time for the pianists. And I always spend some amazing time with the staff and get my hands on the pianos. And being Steinway’s home which makes it a world apart. I will be coming for more

The house of Piano's is great. Very nice Staff espcially Alfred who is also hosting the free community concerts. These concerts are very high standard and it's really a privelege in my opinion to attend.

Fantastic customer service. Abner was very patient with us and explained in great detail how to go about selecting our first piano to learn on and ensuring we found the right one for us.
