Apart Burj Khalid which is always nice to see, the mall, the walk, and the night atmosphere are top class.

Great office location close to the DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Mall etc. Great facilities such as Starbucks, Costa, several restaurants, pharmacy, banks etc. And walking distance (indoors) to Dubai Mall. One drawback is the traffic getting in and out during the morning and evening traffic. With even more office buildings opening up soon, it needs to get fixed.

Great place, mostly offices are there. Free parking is available after 10pm. Near to Dubai Mall metro station. Right in front of Dubai Mall.

Badly planned area. Parking major issue.v expensive. It's a nightmare getting in and out during peak hours

Rubber wall against any kind of complaint and copy-paste replies. Totally useless customer service. Swimming pool closed today at Marina Promenade.until late october. Nice planning of works closing a swimming pool during summertime! TOTAL BLAME. Service fees compensation is required

A Business park in the heart of Dubai, well equipped with all facilities are available for corporates. Easy access of Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.

Has ample parking. But at odd days you may not get one. The side of tower 1,2,3 are more crowded. If the parking is full, park at the other side (building 3,4,5) and through the over bridge. Quite a few restaurants and a grocery on premise.
