Poor customer service and lack of knowledge of professionalism. I would avoid this branch altogether. Unless Faraz is there, expect poor customer service

Worst customer service ever. They have very mocking and disrespective attitude. Make fun of people who comes there. First we thought that it was just towards us and saw they treat other customers the same. I am rethinking of cancelling my account with them.

This HSBC service center looks very beautiful and innovative but it’s only looks. They don’t have any service of account management here. You can speak a person instead of a robot. That person is there to inform you all your questions can be answer by calling HSBC helpline. It means these people are not helpful and you cannot expect a solution even visiting this service center.
The only best thing this service center has cash withdrawal and cash deposit machines. These machines are very old and not updated as per latest requirements like other banks. So do not expect a high value service to visiting this location. It’s better to call them or visit the bank branch only (they also respond to call online but you can try at least).

I want to deposit money in my supplier account but unable to do so, even the call centre doesn't have a clue about dubai, it is outsourced somewhere in india or pakistan

My life worst experience with HSBC Bank.
From last 3 months, I am just trying to close my account with them and I didn't happen.
There is no co-ordination between them (i.e.) Bank and Call centre.
Both of them have different information related to account and credit card closings.
I didn't expect this from an internationally organized Bank.

Less customer-oriented employee I've never seen in my whole life (well, 23 years, but that's enough).

This bank divides its branches between Service Centers and Banks. All mall branches at malls are not banks so don’t loose your time going to a mall branch if you look for an HSBC branch. They don’t do monetary transactions.
