I was so excited to get my huawei gt4. Until I found out that the step count source cannot be change. The app is telling me I've done 20,000+ steps daily. That not true. It's counting the steps whilst holding the phone and from the watch amd adding them together. No other smart watch does this. If this cannot be changed I will Consider returning the watch

The service attitude of the staff is average. They came to repair the computer screen.
I was asked to issue an invoice, and they initially asked me to pick it up tomorrow. I asked for it to be issued on the spot, but was made to wait another hour and a half.

I am so happy with the customer service. I have never received such a good care from a company. No one has any clue on any question you ask related to your product. All they say is go online to huawei support app and check, then come back to them. The whole point of visiting a physical service centre is to avoid online support.

Shameer- Good customer service. And got the product back on the time before agreed. Went there for battery and back panel replacement, got the product back within 1.5 hrs. Customer service executive was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Used the offer from Huawei to replace the battery for 9 AED only, arrived to the service center, but the offer was in high demand, therefore it could not be completed on the day of arrival. As i was leaving country rhe next day for a business trip and would come back only after promotion is over, i adressed my problem to the service agents. Mr. Shameer and Mr. Hamza were extremely nice and professional and tried to accomodate my request, so i don't miss the offer. I was met with smile and my issue was solved professionally. I appreciate the understanding from their side and fast help to me considering the situation.

Unfortunately after being Huwaei customer for years. My recent experience is shocking where they provided me with misleading information. My case is already registered in Huwaei call center if you want to refer to the same.
I won't buy Huawei anymore after this

Terrible experience
I lost the charging case for my freebuds 3i headphones.   I immediately called the operator of Huawei, who said that I could buy a new one by paying 194aed at one of the service centers.

Upon arrival at the service center, I was the only customer and I waited half an hour to be informed that they could not give me a charging case without a serial number (no one had warned me about this earlier). So I'm like a fool, lost time for this situation

Which service we are talking about.

An organisation that makes millions, should have a better ticket queueing system. Service centre are supposed to have an immaculate system in place. It shouldn't take a customer an hour to give his cell for repair. Really pathetic in today's day and age.

It was a very nice experience to visit the HUAWEI center and I got the best of service thanks to Nawaf. He went beyond my expectations as 8 cane to change my screen protector and he offered me a free engraving on top. Awesome service? ️

I regret I have to say I went to this centre today with high expectations after hi care message and general good brand feelings for service especially due to the general poor quality in Dubai I thought a major brand like Huawei might make a real effort to impress. Sadly not. Unclear entry doors, stock boxes piled in hallway, no visible side entry directions, poor use of space, unclear ticket queuing system very random. Untidy space. The technicians impolite acting as reception if you catch their attention. Come on Huawei.what game is this you are playing? Please get you act together and impress people don't fall into the usual Dubai "people don't matter but money does" attitude. Sorely disappointed as after 15 minute wait for a simple wearable issue the technician was rude and unhelpful and asked did I try Dubai Mall huawei no this is not available here we are service centre.problem it seems you don't understand the word SERVICE and Customer satisfaction. Suggest you Employ a full time multilingual receptionist as front of house and your problems are solved simple. So no help for a customer like with 3 huawei phones 1 huawei laptop and 1 wearable? Unbelievable.

They are super friendly and helpful only thing I have noticed is they sometimes don't have their facts right. The people on the call says certain things and the ones at the customer care center (the branch) says something else. But overall great service

My experience at the Huawei repair center in sheik Zayed dubai was brilliant. I went for a fone service Nawaf went out of his way to help me within that same day. His customer service is excellent I thought I wpild have to pay for the service but to my outmost surprise there was no charges. Yay! I was soo happy. Thank u Nawaf and Huwaei service center

Hasan was very friendly and quick on action. He dealt with me 2 years ago regarding a camera issue of my phone and he even recognized me now and offered very good service this time as well. Had problem with my phone battery this time and it was fixed in about 45 min, just as was promised. Anytime I will come here in future I know good service I can expect from him anytime.

Super fast and top notch service. I got all my issues sorted under warranty. Screen and other things replaced on my P30 Pro. Phone was handed over during closing hours and it was ready for collection the next day noon all Data Intact, now that's super fast. Hasan - Service Agent at the centre was very courteous.

Worst experince with a customer service so far in my life. Had a dead pixel on my new mate 20 zr and took them 4hs to replace my unit. Lost 500 bucks on my trip to Dubái, the oportunity of having lunch on a boat and getting on the tallest building in the world. I'm really mad right now, so much that i want to sell my new phone to go back to Samsung. I won't let this go by and huawei will hear from me.

I bought a brand new Huawei p30 pro with full of expectations in dubai mall HUAWEI boutique, after one week I did the first software update, However after sometime of normal usage the screen get locked by itself which should usually happen when you leave the phone untouched for 1 or 2 minutes.

So i went to the shop to check and the staff did "force reboot" and the screen shows that “system installed failed”, I was bit upset because it shouldn’t happen to a new phone!
Anyway i went to the service centre next day in the morning, they told me they will reinstall the system and the same day I could take it, I went again in the evening they changed their words says “the system was reinstalled but we will monitor how it runs and definitely we will call you tomorrow”, since then nobody call me for the continuous 4 days, In the end I have to visit there by myself to get the updated phone.

Bad luck continues.
I was very happy the issue finally solved, unfortunately it wasn’t! When I’m doing force reboot the same message shows a gain “software installed failed! ” How lucky I am this time I could get assistant manager to help me, he went by himself personally and reinstalled again, but same thing happened!

Now I want to replace the phone however they still want me to do a 3rd “fix” which is unacceptable at all! Very disappointing service ever! Cannot trust!

Worst customer service till date. If you visit in normal weekdays no one cares that you are there. Waste of time and waste of travel. Getting VIP service even doesn't matter. As I was there for more than 40 mins by just sitting idle and waiting, when there was no rush also. There were only 2 customers including me and 3 representative but still nobody gave a damn. They have time for using mobiles and chatting in it.

I bought Y9 2019 on 4th of June for 650 AED,
, after 20 days the phone started to have less screen light suddenly,
i called the service center in UAE and i gave them my phone
then after few days they called me and they asked me to pay 850 to repair the device which is more than the device price by 200 AED.ofcource i refuse to pay because the price of the new device Y9 2019 is 650AED,
i asked them to return my device they sent me location of the workshop where i can receive my phone, the workshop called (Pedigri technologies) which is also surprising me because I gave my device to Huawei not to (Pedigri technologies) then i checked my phone before I receive it from them, the phone is not working at all and I refuse to receive the phone because they damage my phone (i gave them the phone with back light issue it means you can hardly see the icons but the screen is dark) and now they want to return my device not working at all.so please guys dont believe their 1 year warranty it is just for marketing

I bought a brand new phone from the Dubai Mall shop and was so excited about it as it had a Leica camera. However after 8 weeks I started to have audio issues every time I made a call. I took it to this service center to replace it however the refused to do so and only offered to "fix it". I find it so dishonest to fix a brand new phone which is in fact – faulty. Yesterday was my second visit to "fix" the phone again which seems to have the same problem. It is clearly faulty and they refuse to replace it. It is so disappointing that they have such low customer service standards. Expect to wait for minimum 2 hours at this service center. It's a disaster and does not live up to their glossy image! Beware!
