Quality of products are good. Initial sales advice etc is fine. After sale confirmation, though, the quality of service for those who are not deemed to be VIP or 'big spenders' is very poor.

Superb showroom very conveniently located. Absolutely stunning range of pendand lights and chandeliers. Very helpful and knowledgeable team there also.

I was assisted recently by Mr. Charbel in the store for bathroom lighting. His product knowledge, patience and advice was super. Would highly recommend him to all customers

Great selection of lights if you're looking for something locally available that you can look and touch. The lights are generally on the expensive side but that's expected for a brand. If you can afford it, this is a good option.
