Amazing staff, perfect portions and an amazing view! Went here for brunch, and the atmosphere was amazing. Music was on point, the food was great and staff on point. Very quick to serve, attentive to detail and they have a menu for all type of foods with allergy considerations. It was my first time visiting Huqqa, but it definitely won’t be my last. This is a cozy and upscale place, great for a date as they have romantic seating as well. Did I mention you have front row views to the Dancing Water?!

I love this restaurant. You have amazing views of the fountain when sitting outside. You can enjoy a good Shisha. Great food. And you can smoke. I spent two hours there enjoying a hooka and my own cigar. The staff is great. Thanks for a wonderful Dubai experience

Beautiful restaurant, but we came across a waiter who forces you to choose expensive things! And who asks you for a tip at the end, waiting in front of you for you to give the tip, it's a joke!

Very bad welcome from the start. We could barely talk as the waitress seating us was ignoring our questions and talking in a rude way.
The food was good and good views thought but the service was terrible. We felt judged the whole time. They were taking our empty plates away as some of us were still eating. And as I was finishing my glass the waiter took all the others way and stood and stared at me waiting for me to finish. They were quite in professional. Honestly disappointed as we had read good things about this place.

Huqqa is contemporary Turkish cuisine they have great ambiance and location directly looking to Dubai fountain. Maybe not the best Turkish food, but the sweet the have is delicious.

I went there two times during my stay in dubai & I would definitely recommend to come here!
The food is delicious, a bit pricy but it’s worth it & the hookah was very good, the coal has been changed often and there are lots of different flavours and options.the cocktails were also very good but without alcohol because of ramadan:)

This had long been my go-to place for excellent shisha in Dubai. I’d been a regular (~2x a week) and often brought guests. But the quality of service & menu offerings here have absolutely tanked. Since new Huqqa locations (the HuqqaBaz lounges) opened in Dubai about a month ago, my friends and I have noticed a stark deterioration here: shisha flavour offerings plummeted to a small fraction of the choices formerly offered.

Perhaps even more importantly, the quality of service went from outstanding to abysmal. Staff formerly included prompt waiters who brought a real Turkish appreciation for excellent customer service. Now at the Huqqa Dubai Mall location, staff no longer speak Turkish, they don’t understand basic order requests (eg: last time they didn’t know what menemen or borek were, which are absolute staples on a Turkish brunch menu), they confuse different tables’ orders, and simply catching someone’s attention to get served seems virtually impossible. These problems are consistently bad at quiet times (weekday afternoons) as well as busy times.

What happened here seems clear: the best managers & staff were transferred to the new HuqqaBaz locations (which are excellent, and have the quality of service & breadth of great shisha flavours that I used to associate with this Huqqa location at the Dubai Mall). This regular & her friends are sadly giving up on our old haunt for now. If we hear that Huqqa Dubai Mall is taking these concerns seriously we’ll consider coming back. Until then we’d recommend not spending your money on this Huqqa location, where the increasingly limited flavour offerings and declining service are likely to disappoint, especially given the growing gap between quality of service and relatively high prices.

Best shisha in Dubai Mall, perfect place to watch the fountain show if your in Dubai mall, this place gets very busy so you may have to wait for a table!

Very poor service. Waited 40 minutes for our order (which was a burger and chips). Asked three waiters to check on our food, the first didn't bother checking and gave no update, the second went to check and gave no update and the third said the food would be 2 minutes, when it was closer to 10. The food itself was below average and for the price, pretty terrible. On the plus side the interior is nice.

Amazing restaurant in middle East. Good atmosphere, tasty dishes and multi talented staffs. You can get everlasting memories from this restaurant. (also their wet napkins smell amazing)

Location is good and food is good but way overpriced, for the Shisha they don’t offer the classic Shisha they push you for the 250+ AED which I believe is a ripe off

We paid a visit to Huqqa on a Thursday morning for breakfast and a birthday celebration. The breakfast was delightful and it was a very large portion that definitely served more than 4 people in our group.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our dining experience. The only not great thing about Huqqa is the overpriced menu. As mentioned before, we were there for a birthday celebration and we literally paid the price for a whole cake and received a slice of it. I honestly don’t feel 94 Dhs for a slice of cake is fair.
Aside from that great food and restaurant.

An excellent restaurant in the Dubai mall serving varieties of delicious Turkish cousins. Also it has a spectacular view of the beautiful fountain area, so outside setting area is favorable.

We like the atmosphere and the way the restaurant is designed. The food is very delicious and tasty with good varieties. Staff are friendly and caring. Prices are expensive, yet the location, quality and taste of the food deserves it.

The kebab and specially rips dishes are awesome, as well as the salads dishes. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the Dubai’s mall.

Very expensive for the quantity and quality served, the kebab and chicken tasted like rancid! The dynamite shrimp wasn’t spicy at all and not that good as to the Guacamole it was average! And i repeat that it is OVER PRICED!

Best place to be in dubai mall! Great view for hookah / food &&&& water fountain show! Jervis was amazing!

The reception and the host were bad and not respond for long time just ignoring eventhiugh i raised my hand many times and for a while. You need to raise your voice to have attention. On the other hand, the food was great. Iskander and the lamb chops were excellent.

But the price! Is really high! I didn’t like the Chicken taco, doner is delicious, manti pasta was fine!

Amazing food and great service but you need to wait to get a table in the weekends but it's worth it.you can order from both restaurants huqqa & the market and you can't go wrong with any of these dishes. Milk cake is a must.

Best steak in Dubai mall by far, prices are a bit expensive. The view is amazing, but I recommend eating on their balcony only in the autumn and winter and spring.

Always busy and waiting time could exceed an hour even in weekdays. Too loud and noisy so not suitable for groups more than 4 as you will not hear each others. Too much smoke from Shisha with bad ventilation. Serving time takes much time for orders and tough to call waiters. Pricy. The good parts: coffee is so good. Food is tasty. Shisha is so nice if you are a smoker but very expensive and doesn't worth that much. Nice decoration. Overlooks the fountain.

For a price of 159 AED for a shisha, there are really no excuses for a bad shisha. Unfortunately, this was the case when I visited this Huqqa. The other franchises (Bodrum, Istanbul) have very good shisha’s. This one in Dubai didn’t even come close to the other locations. Also the service was quite slow, had to wait for 20 mins to order. They also advice you to take grape mint. Word of advice: don’t take this flavour. It burns really fast. Won’t go a second time. A shame, Huqqa should be the place to guaranteed get a good shisha. Especially for the price you pay.

Extremely rude staff. First time in my life to hear a hostess say "I am very rude, so what? ". What's worse is that the manager was rude as well. The staff need to learn how customers should be treated.

Place is nice. Sheesha is tasty and food is nice as well. Knowing that prices are not cheap but the service is really not up to the expected level. They don’t have reservations and you simply need to go put your name and wait for 2 hours maybe to have a table! Well guys this is not very smart. I went once but for sure will never have the patience to wait such a time.

The hostess arrogance is strange, seems like tables are given based on skin color and looks. However, waiters were nice.the food is nice, we ordered rocca salad, macaroni cheese balls, bursa kebab, and juice. The hokka was special in looks but normal flavor. Low lights with loud music.big food portions.

Excellent food and helpful staff. Has an indoor smoking area that serves hooka. A nice dining break when shopping at Dubai Mall.

Great food and shisha. Their customer service is one of the best so far. Music is a little loud and ventilation isn't so well, but that's to be expected from a smoking area.

The best part is that they adhere to a no children admitted policy and no smoking for those less than 18, so you know that it won't be filled with loud teenagers or grumpy kids.

The view is lovely as it overlooks the Dubai mall fountains as well as souk Al bahar entrance, but you can only enjoy it when the weather is good. During hot months you will have to make do with I door seating.

I loved this place from my first visit, the staff members are sooo friendly and unique, specially Omair. I gave it 4 stars to encourage them to either improve food menu or reduce the prices. But I’m definitely going there with my friends again.
