Whole appointment based sucks. Not recommended for service, you have to chase staff to get things done. Otherwise car will be there for days and they won’t touch it.

Although there are 3 agents at the service desk it is not enough to handle the amount of clients, therefore the waiting time is extremely high and becomes frustrating, and this is for only dropping a vehicle for service. I don’t recommend coming to this service centre if you are in a rush. I came in at 9am and only got attended to after more than an 1 hour and a half. Not a happy customer!

Came here to service my car on Saturday, April 29th. They only have 3 employees servicing customers.
I had an appointment at 9: 15am, and I waited for over an hour to sit down and get served.
It is unacceptable to wait over an hour after an appointment that I made 3 days before the date.

Pitiable customer service. Intimidating staff who wouldn’t mind taking additional payment for service even though I have an existing service contract (which doesn’t reflect on their system). I surely miss the customer service levels of Honda and Renault which I owned previously

Around 2 weeks back, we went with our 2 Hyundai H1 for servicing. We explained the issues of the vehicle we are facing, but they didnt even care to check it. The Washing department is the super worst as they don't care whether the vehicle has been cleaned or not.they did not bother to clean it properly. Worst service station ever I have seen. Never prefer this service station.

I have santafee to service but worried after reading customers bad experiences for years.
In the past I were buying parts from hyundai getting fixed outside as I want to rely on genuinely but getting fixed outside for have quick service and to avoid excessive work, bad service from hyundai service centers.

For a long I am thinking of visiting service center to get full vehicle checkup but sharjah br call never responded. Other centers are very far and having long waiting

Waiting times are a bit long - I booked an appointment for 7.45 (first slot) on a weekday morning and still ended up waiting for nearly 30min.

Total time and money wasted, customer care staff is training not to give answer and rude and arrogant. Worst experience of my life.

Really disappointed by the service today. Due to shorter Ramadhan Hours, the adviser told me to come before 2pm. He called me at 1.55pm to inform me that my driver hadn't arrived. I assured him he'll be there in just a few mins (I tried calling back but he didn't answer). My driver arrived 2.03pm and the cashier had left. Very abrupt and rude responses. Have used Hyundai main agent since 0km for my services but after this shambles today, I won't be bringing my car back again (it's done 185,000km worth of servicing through your service centre). I hope management read this and perhaps understand the true worth of customer service and retention.

Unskilled team who made me purchase the wrong parts and refused to make a refund although we haven't opened/used them. Complete waste of time and money! Go to Alqouz Branch and they can serve you better!

I am writing my review based on an excellent service that I was provided when I dropped the car for service. Believe it or not the service took around an hour, so basically I waited there till I received the car. I had small issue with the cleaning of the car after receiving the car. They team and head of service Centre tackled it with highly professional manner. So I will still give them 5 star.

The last service check up didn’t reach my expectation regarding the clean up service however the full check up service was with a reasonable price.

The staff are very friendly. Speed of service can be improved. Weak AC had me using a handheld fan. Better than the branch in Sharjah though.

-Difficult to reach, either it gives you a busy tone or nobody will pick up the calls.
-Long waiting time.most probably your car will be stuck for more than 3 days.
-Unfriendly and incompetent service advisor that knows only how to over charge you on your final bill
- after fixing your car, either they dont do the washing or wait for it for another hours.
-spare parts are OVER PRICED!

I had always being servicing my car in Sheikh Zayed Rd service centre, it was a satisfying service all the time.now i had given my car for servicing in Ras Al Khor, i got my car after 3 days as it was measure service.but what to say they gave my car back with welcome light on the door off.when i went back for check, they told me u don't have that option in your car. Surprised! From Last one and half year it was there and now suddenly gone. Kind request Sir, we are also working here and we don't have that much time to bring our car again and again. Please think on it

Worst service center.even after having an appointment they keep you waiting for hours.hope juma al majid do some thing about this as they call these service center.as customer happiness center. Great joke

Takes very long for service to be done. Nobody calls to update on car status, and no one picks up the line from the service center. Spare parts take too long to come in and be fixed. Regret having a hyundia!

Useless service, parts never come in, calls take days to be returned. Regret having a hyundai to be honest

The issue on my car was gear shifting which arose due to improper service done at Qusais service centre.also there was a noise on the steering while turning right.

Before I visited this service centre (Ras Al Khor), I read all the reviews which are mostly negative.believe me my experience with Ras Al Khor is completely different and I would say it is 95% positive. Finally I received my car today 05/10/2017.

I would like to thank below gentlemen who handled my CAR, a small note off appreciation.

Mr. Yaser Ali (Service Advisor) - One of the best service advisor I have ever dealt with.he makes sure that all the reported issues fixed.the best part is he listens to all your problem about vehicle and makes note on the job card.keep in mind you have to chase him for the feedback (too busy). Otherwise 100% thumbs up.

Mr. Jinu (Test Engineer) for providing best observations and comments.

Mr. Sameer (Steering Engineer) who fixed my long time issue which Qusais centre couldn't able to do it.

Mr. Razmi (Alignment Engineer) for making things complete.

Mr. Ahmed (Courtesy CAR) for arranging standby CAR during these days.

Take note, I visited this service centre two to three times during this service period.

Overall response is good only.

Not the best choice, apparently. Personnel are quite slow, it's common to see people complaining about their cars being late, and it happened with me a couple of times and the reason is always "car is still waiting for wash"

But still it's easier to get a maintenance appointment in this branch

Very bad experience with staff named Syed of Ras Al Khor service center. No customer service at all.
