I took the BLS certificate online, completing the theory component of the course. Then, I had the choice to either conduct a Zoom meeting or attend in person for the remaining practical training.

Most terrible experience for BLS training.
Miss Bhairgavi has handled this soo poorly and unprofessionallly.
Forget about refunding the money but they don’t allow you to speak with the management also.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up for their BLS or PALS services.

Instructor was professional and knowledgeable. The resources given to us were all helpful, up-to-date, and also for future usage.

This is very nice company to excel your career. People are professional in terms of behaviour and attitude. I found these people good but the response from the ordinary Indian woman (Not mentioning her name) is not good but I don’t want to speak those things now. Good bye!
