Servers are not trained well
Too much insisting on someone to get loads of food for more cost.

Today we had lunch in ibn hamido the palm branch
It was literally the WORST experience ever!
1. The fish options were to minimal and limited
2.calamari rings were disgusting tooo tooo oily, not crispy or well breaded and tooo chewy you can choke while eating
3. Appetizers were not nice hummus was tasteless and the fries were tooo oily (its like they have fried it more than once).
4. Shrimps sauce was really bad full of cumin, they tasted soo bad
5. The waiter asked if we can pay by cash claiming that he wanted extra money as tips
To sum it up worst seafood restaurant, worst seafood experience and service

One of the worst service and food experiences. Food is over cooked and not good taste at all and the place is very hot and while you eating you will sweating a lot

Best Egyptian seafood ever. Great portions and excellent value for money. Portions are sharing size. Had a great night and dinner with family.

An excellent experience of Egyptian food. The service was fast and the food was really flavorful and tasty. My friend and I were really surprised by so many of their special treat with tea, bread, lemon an mineral water. Special thank to our helpful waiter today Ziad Elmassry for his amazing service. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Had a great experience trying seafood from the Egyptian cuisine. The portion was good and the taste was great. The restaurant has outdoor tables from which you could enjoy the palm fountain. Would definitely come back again.

Nice place for seafood (Egyptian style), most of the menu items are good, but the baked rice with shrimp is a must to try.

Food is good however the service is horrible the place is extremely hot like a sauna and plus very bad attitude from the staff. No one speaks English I gave feedback to the who was serving me that the kunafa was not good he got offended and i felt like he wanted to pick a fight with me lol no jokes very rude staff. Educate your staff please

Great location, tasty food especially garlic butter lobster. Nice grilled hamour fish and ibn hamido special soup. Very courteous support staff and good ambience.

Good food but just bad management.
Staff attitude is cheap not even average.
Ramadan Iftar is very strange and not recommend. I am fasting and came with friends who are not, they did not allow them to sit in my table. I had to cancel my Iftar and sit back with them with normal orders.
Seems they have a lot of customers and they don't need to be good.

موقع المطعم ممتاز والخدمه جيده جداً. لكن الاكل بصراحه ماعجبني وايد. التبوله حلوه والحمص جيد لكن الوجبات الرئيسيه ماعجبوني

I loved the variety of seafood plates available, as well as the beautiful view of Atlantis with the dancing fountain show.

Quality of food very good, nice evening overlooking Atlantis and the fountain, service is acceptable, quite of food is good.

Tasty and fresh Egyptian sea food with non-seafood option from their other nearby restaurant.
Nice view overlooking the Palm which makes it a great atmosphere at times of the year when you can sit outdoor.

It is egyptian fish restaurant, has many good dishes but service is so bad, late order and not clean after removing dishes.also it is very expensive compared to portions of food.
I hope i find it better next time

The best sea food resturant in Dubai, different varieties, tastes and cookings.
Including all, the appetizers especially the soup, the main course and the drinks.
The ambiance is fantastic, with the fountain few meters away in your scene, very well decorated and designed, clean and organized.
The best option for weekdays dinner, busy at weekends.

لديهم جلسات خارجية مع الروض الراقصة لنافورة ذا بوينت مع اطلالة على فندق اتلانتس بعمق جزيرة النخلة
الاكل لديهم متنوع ويغلب عليه البحري ولذيذ
لديهم مقبلات لذيذة منها سلطة فيها اسماك مملحة وكذلك مخلل الباذنجان والطماطم
والعاملين فيه قمة في الذوق والخدمة من الشباب المصري اللطيف
إن شاء الله سنعاود الزيارة لهم كثيراً

Wanted to try The Point and realized there is a branch of my fav seafood restaurant, Ibn Hamido. This locale is waterside and has 2 levels for unobstructed view of the water. The menu and prices are the same as the main branch near MOE, except that the VAT is added to those prices. The food quality and service are excellent.

Best sea food resturant in Dubai.the pointe branch is much better than barsha because of the seating area and views

Timer! They put you on a timer to finish your food and then ask you to leave!
And they are very confident about this Timer system, and when you ask if you extend the stay if required (you are still ordering and it’s not a cheap place) they just treat you rudely!
We are aware that customer service is not a priority at Egyptian restaurants, and despite the fact of the smelly fish we still eat there coz of view and dancing fountain, but it’s not appreciated to put customers on a Timer to finish their food and leave the table!

Such a great experience when we had dinner at the restaurant.
The restaurant has a very good variety of food and the best part is the view that you have from the restaurant is the world largest fountain.

The view is amazing, service is good however the seafood is not that much tried many things found only the seafood tadjin can be a good thing.

Not expensive and tasty, the staff is not the most attentive, but for such prices I put 5 stars.

We ordered almost everything, all tasted amazing especially the butterfly shrimp.
The lobster wasn’t their best dish though.
