Excellent kunafa, only natural ingredients, and always ask for the kunafa with very little sugar syrup so that you can eat more without feeling guilty. It is very addictive

Dear oh dear, where does one even begin? Ibsais Sweets, or as I like to call it, "Dentist's Delight, " is such a fascinating venture into the realm of confectionery. Their catalog, a cornucopia of cavity-inducing treats, is certainly as vast as it is.unique.

The establishment exudes a quaint charm that is almost endearing, save for the rather curious combination of sticky floors and a bizarre confectionery odor that permeates every nook and cranny. It's a tangible representation of what I imagine a candy-factory-meets-horror-house to be, adding a certain je ne sais quoi to your visit, for better or worse.

The staff is certainly.memorable. I'm guessing "overly-enthusiastic, yet paradoxically unhelpful" must be a prerequisite in their hiring process. And the speed at which they work! It's as if they're participating in a slow-motion mime competition, and they're all winning. How quaint.

And oh, their variety! So many ways to consume sugar, it's simply delightful. From hard candies that are just a touch too hard, to gummy bears that could double as emergency shoe insoles. They also have a unique assortment of licorice that tastes vaguely reminiscent of.well, licorice, if you're feeling generous.

Their selection of chocolates, however, is where they truly shine. Where else could you find milk chocolate that tastes suspiciously like dark chocolate, and dark chocolate that tastes, well, suspiciously like not chocolate at all? I do have to commend them on their consistency though. Consistently confusing, that is.

Ah, and their prices – a sight to behold. After all, who wouldn't want to pay a king's ransom for candy corn that was, quite possibly, harvested during the reign of King George III? Indeed, Ibsais Sweets truly offers an experience like no other.

All in all, Ibsais Sweets is a wondrous establishment, perfect for those with a brave palate, abundant free time, a willingness to part with significant sums of money, and perhaps a keen interest in the avant-garde. Or those who simply wish to reminisce about the good old days of questionable quality control and nostalgic inconsistency. Ah, the sweet, sweet irony.

Would I recommend Ibsais Sweets? Absolutely, to my dentist. And maybe to people I subtly want to distance myself from. The sweet shop is truly a candy-coated experience, both literally and metaphorically. Enjoy, dear friends, enjoy!

20 AED for a mini plate of rough knafeh with 1/3 frozen cheese is too much
Either adjust the price to the quality or adjust the quality according to the price.

The best Kunafa cheese rolls you will find in town. The kunafa rolls are great for occasions. I always order to my office for the team and take home for family gatherings. Must try!

This is the best Kunafeh I had since 2014 when I tried Al Aqsa Kunafeh in Nablus. Ibsais is a potential contender. I had a chat with the manager who confirmed that they have two secrets, the first that they do the Kunafeh on order so it’s fresh and the second secret that they import the ghee from Nablus. I don’t personally think that’s true but you always need a good story for any successful product.

الاخ فادي في فرع جميرا ما يسوي شغله صح. اول شي طبعا يعرض لك النص كيلو والكيلو ما يخبركم انه في كمية لشخص واحد بس اللي هو ربع كيلو وهذا يعتبر تلاعب.

وثانيا المفروض يحط ملاعق في الكيس بدون حتى ما نسأله يعني يتوقع بناكل بيدنا! ؟ ولما كلمناه قال عندكم ملاعق في البيت! بالله اذا عليكم هذا يعتبر خدمة عملاء صحيحه! انا لما اشتريت من بوظبي والله الفلبينيات كانوا واضحين معانا في كل شي وسألونا اذا تبون ملاعق اضافيه وهذا العربي يتلاعب ليش ان شاء الله ما انصحكم تروحون له

Very nice place, i like the taste of their Kunafa, it is always fresh, great tase and they are using high quality cheese i feel like i am eating real authentic Kunafa u find in Amman or Nablus.
Packaging is nices as well, they serve takeaway Kunafa in a nice foil package, although i would recommend to eat it as fresh as possible.
In the store u will always find hot complimentary arabic coffee which will enrich ur experience for sure.
Prices are among the cheapest in dubai as well

Been there couple of times, small yet clean place, they serve nice Knafeh (different kinds of knafeh: kheshneh, nameh and mabrooma) along with other arab sweets. The prices are a bit high tbh

Their Kunafa could be amongst the better ones in Dubai. But again almost all of the Kunafas in the UAE are commercial. The problem is the lack of proper ingredients like the cheese and the ghee. So considering that it is good but not comparable to the one you would find in Amman for example. Their Mabrooma was very good.

Best kunafa in Dubai! And I thought Firas sweets was the standard Made to perfection and the best part, they actually have the kunafa in kaak! A sweet and sour explosion in your mouth. And the Arabic coffee to make it all go down is a blessing. Many take away the order but we sat in the small shop with a few tables. Will definitely be coming back!

Good Arabic sweet and nice to try.
It looks good and tastes well. Soft, creamy and cheesy. The great thing is its tastes not too too sweet. If you have tried Arabic dessert before, it is kind of too sweetie. One bite you want to stop but not the dessert here. You want more and more. Better to eat with Arabic black coffee. It is going along very well. Yum!

They have a very delicious Kunafa I believe it's the best in Dubai but the prices are a little bit expensive compared with the other competitors.

Very few places in Dubai have perfected the art of making Kunafeh. Ibsais is definitely one of them.

It takes forever to get your views your kanafeh. They need to open early morning and not at 10 am

Nice place, small if you want to have a dine in.if you are a couple you might get lucky.there are parkings on the street and on the back of the buidling that no one usually notice.the imprtant part is the sweets are so delecious.made in authintic Levant way of kunafa and different arabic pasteries.egyptian kunafa is not there if its what you looking for but there is an alternative one named "kunafa bel geshta " its just rolled.

The sweets will know you off your feet, whether you have a sweet tooth or no you should definitely try it. Must try their Kunafa, it tastes exactly the same as it does in its home town Palestine.

Found this place by fluke. Their speciality is their Kunafa Mabroom which is like a spring roll with their trademark cheese inside. On most days it tastes delicious, have had a couple of off days too. I'd recommend visit them later at night, the kunafa seems a lot more fresh then.
