Worst in terms of all the services, registration always wrong / Doctors just do their duty unwillingly / no proper support to patience at any point of time. Worst experience I had with this clinic and this is first time I am experiencing such bad service in clinic comparing to other clinics in uae

Had visited Dr. Rahul for my neck pain post which I was advised a week of physiotherapy sessions where Dr. Farah was very good & provided the treatment & also advised Me accordingly how I can get rid of my pain. Thanks to both as pain has reduced considerably & I’m trying to do the exercises as advised by Dr. Farah. Good experience at the clinic as always. Recommended to visit for any Orthopedic related issues.

I was waiting in a queue for 1 hour! Just to a ordinary doctor to check the flu! It’s impossible! 1 hour to check temperature and throat!

Worst customer service! Reception booked an appointment, I received a confirmation sms, only to visit the clinic and find out they re-sceduled without contacting me! In addition, despite having confirmation from my insurance that I am covered for a treatment in this clinic, they insisted they do not collaborate with the provider, even when I showed them all evidence. A complete waste of time. Even looking around the you certainly do not feel you are entering a clinic, I am lucky I guess I was mever treated there!

Thank you Dr. Khushbu Verma for your immense support & care for our son. Appreciate your dedication, constant follow ups to make sure he is doing well gives him the faith to take the medicines with speedy recovery. I visited Icare Clinic, discvery garden with my newborn for regular checkup. Dr. Khushbu Verma was very patient and adressed all of our queries.the consultation and advise had clarity.

I had great experience with Sha Rukh from laboratory, she took blood sample of my 6 month baby without any pain like she did magic. Very impressed

We visited Dr Khoosbu Verma today for our kid and got best consultation. My kid had to go for blood test for which sister Shahrukh attended him and she was so wonderful that my kid was crying for 20 mins due fear of needle but she managed it so very well that my kid even didn’t realize that job is done. I highly recommend the entire staff for their kindness and the way they treat the patients specially kids.

I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Khushbu Verma for my kids, and I must say that she provided the perfect consultation and gave us the best advice possible. As a parent, I had many concerns and questions regarding my children's health, and Dr. Verma patiently listened to all of them and answered each one with great care and expertise.

Dr. Verma's knowledge and understanding of pediatric medicine were truly impressive. Drove 30mins for an appointment that is not entered into the system. Very poor counter staff experience.

Today I did blood test without a little pain Ms Shah Rukh took my blood thank you so much. Every time when I give blood for samples I get somuch pain because I don’t get nerves this time it was amazing I dint felt like she is taking my blood. Once again thank you somuch Ms Shah Rukh I think she is new to ICare highly I recommend herMiss Sharukh Have magic in her hand Masha allah

Doctors are good and treatment was really effective and meet expectations. Only I can suggest dont start any procedure without insurance claim approval or else it will end up you paying extra money and refund procedure is complicated once claim is apprved. I asked to pay 20% of procedural payment where insurance claim was pending approval and I am still waiting for refund from Icare.

I have had excellent physio treatment from Dr. Saima Mahin, and can strongly recommend her. I consider that my issues were fully understood and the treatment addressed her very well. She appointments were always on time and a very professional, responsive and caring personality.

I visited general medicine doctor Mr. Udhay. The experience was good.
Also previously I had a bad experience here for blood sample but this time Ms.shaihrukh did a good job.

Ms. Sharukh Azam in the Lab room deserves a 5 Star rating, usually its difficult to find my viens while collecting blood as they are too thin. Not only did Ms. Sharukh find it in under a minute but also completed the process in less than a minute, without any pain. Credit where its due over 9 years of experience showed this today.

Labs always have difficulty in getting my blood sample due to my earlier treatment. But here it’s done as a breeze.
One downside I feel is even if the clinic is open upto 11pm, they don’t entertain walk-in customers after 8pm

I have been consulting Physiotherapist Dr Saima Mahin for my back ache issue during pregnancy and to be very honest she is so good, I am very thankful to her, just after the first session my pain gone away it was like magic, I am very happy she is so good in her work and she is very sincere. I consulted with dentist Dr. Salman Ghafoor for my teeth check-up at I-care Clinic Discovery Gardens. I am completely satisfied with the consultation, treatment and advices and way he handled my case. I highly recommend him to everyone for their dental treatment.

I had great experience with Dr. Salman Ghafoor. He removed the my broken wisdom teeth in two minutes without pain. He is really amazing. I am very happy with the treatment.

Dr Salman Ghafoor, helped me with tooth pain quickly and also advised for filling which he did it in one go. He was very considerate of the pain i was going through and helped me with procedure without me realizing it was done

I am visiting Icare clinic for my pregnancy and Dr. Geeta Bhatnagar is my gynac and she is the best. I was having severe back pain for a month, so she recommended me to Dr. Saima Mahin. In only 5 sessions of physio therapy my back pain is gone. She is really friendly, helpful, gives useful tips and very professional. I had a great experience with her and would totally recommend her.

2 nurses, Julie and Pratibha created a very comfortable environment and had a lot of knowledge as to how to administer injections in the most comfortable way possible for the patient. Very good experience.

Icare clinic has really good doctors, I have been treated here for skin and dental issues. Doctor Salman had done dental fix for my wife and currently treating myself with good care.

Five starts for doctors.

No stars at all for hospital administration. They call token no in room 14 and I had some cold arguments with another patient due to mismanagement of qeue, I was so offended. Not happy with token system.

I visited Icare Clinics during my pregnancy journey and Dr. Geeta Bhatnagar was my Gynae and she was the best I could ever wished for. She knows how to handle the patient and explains everything in such a positive way. During my pregnancy I was assigned to Dr. Saima from the Physiotheraphy dept and as I an a slip disc patient I was very afraid during my whole pregnancy in case I get my pain back. But I was with Dr. Saima and she helped me through my entire journey, so professional, knows her job so well and giving the exact exercises and making sure that I do on time.

I highly recommend icare clinics and specially Dr. Geeta and Dr. Saima as they were like angels for me.

Profession team at the reception.they try to get you thru with the booking/ appointment as fast as possible. Doctor was good, kind enough to check up on me on call.however very slow service in terms of delivering reports.still havent received 1 report and its been a week

I recently diagnosed Covid_19 and had sever symptoms I reached to my family physician Dr. Mir Nizam Ali Khan he treated me well and provide best medication and treatment to recover the covid as early as possible. With the grace of Allah subhana watalaa Ia fully recovered and back to normal life Thanks Dr. Mir Nizam Ali Khan.

I have gotten a tooth treatment with Dr. Salman Ghafoor yesterday and it went very well for me as it was very smooth and comfortable. I like the humor sense of the Doctor. A very good general dentist.

The doctors as well as the technicians in the radiology department are good. A big shout out to Shahul Hameed, the Radiolographer, at Discovery Gardens who is professional, kind, helpful & very patient oriented

Doctors are good. But support staff is pathetic looks like they come after fighting at home and if you ask any question they will behave like they don't belong to I care. I face this problem with billing twice, she was ready to fight with anyone. May she is stressed or not paid salary for many months. If this happens 3rd time definitely I will consider some other clinic/hospital rather get insulted. I am giving the billing lady a benefit of doubt for first 2 times.

Hello I am zahra here.from last few weeks I am getting sessions of physical therapy, sessions. Dr saima is awesome in services.

Very good experience I would say with all the doctors.staff is little slow but I would say much better than a lot others bigger hospitals
Some ppl have written they didn’t get their test results on time but never happened with me.

Very bad customer service. Whenever I enquire about my test report being ready, they will not give you a straight answer. Different people will say different timings. When you cant wait any longer and you go back home and call up the customer care after sometime. They will tell you - "you will get a call back from the clinic", every single time, but you will never receive a call back from the clinic. You wont know if the reports are ready or not unless you go there physically and enquire which is tiring and unsafe. They really need improve their customer care and Coordination.

It is compact clinic. I used to go regularly for small ill. It would be nice if reception team have some smile on their faces. Apart from other doctor. I am here for to give review on dermatologist. It was an accident I booked for Dermatologist Dr. Rajesh Radhakrishan but surprised that doctor very knowledgable and professional, very polite for my all questions. My problems were really take care well.

This clinic is my first go to for common cold and similarities. They are quick and all doctors and nurses are good and caring. Easy parking oposite side of the road.

Went for a consultation for wife in discovery gardens clinic. Had to wait 1 hr just for getting approval from insurance for a blood test. Also at the end it was not approved saying silly reasons from neuron office. Finally had to return with blood supplying anticipation that the approval will come later. If not give blood again. Horrible almost all insurance approves blood tests at the outset. Also had to witness one cleaning staff dumping all clinic room floor waste swept in front of us in to the front door in the front yard open to public and community play areas. Too hostile. Will never visit I care clinics again.

Very Bad and unprofessional customer experience. They lost my reimbursement form filled by doctor and claiming that it is not prepared.
Upon insisting and after doctor's confirmation; they searched again and found the papers under common template forms and it took more than an hour. Its always crowded and staff is unprofessional in handling patients and their queries.

I went this clinic on last 14 Feb around 5: 45 PM, The Filipino girl who check my blood pressure and temperature started talking in her own language to me by assuming that I'm from Philippine, then i said her I'm not from Philippine and i do not under stand what you said, then, she said Ohh CHINESE, I have tell her again that I'm not from China.

Had a really great experience with Doctor Rajesh, dermatologist yesterday! Super friendly, patient, and professional. He examined my patches thoroughly and got the correct symptom/prescribed correct medicine. My skin issue was getting worse every minutes because the other doctor from premium health care center got it wrong, but thanks to Doctor Rajesh I am already seeing an improvement! (Reception can indeed be better, I waited for 1 hour at the pharmacy afterwards because some document was not matching and that is how wrong they took to resend the revised document.)

I was very disappointed with their service today, I went to see Dr. Sameer Arora today as a walk in patient, my turn has come and my token number was showing in the information screen, one patient (couple) was in the room even though it was my turn. I was waiting outside for more than 45 minutes, then I talked to the reception, they said we have wait and they cannot do anything, I’m regularly visiting this clinic and this is not the first time it has happened with the same Doctor, Then I went back, before I get more sick, it was not only me there were two more patients canceled their appointments,

I did the executive health check for men. Was told that the results will be available partially on the same day and the rest of the results will be shared a day after.

I am currently on day 3, and don’t have all the results yet. It has been difficult reaching the clinic for a justification, they don’t reply to emails, and never return calls. The only people I could reach are the call centre who promise a call back in 15 mins, but doesn’t happen.

Good as clinic, with completely professional Doctor & nurses.
Dr. Venkata Phani Raj in one of best Doctor for ortho in the Clinic well experienced & polite as well as the physiotherapist Saima Mahin helped me a lot to recover from fracture, she is very calm, composed & sincere. I strongly recommend her.

Ms. Saima, physiotherapist, is very much professional and so generous to give excercise tips which is useful during pregnancy.
I have been showing my son to dr.swagata, paediatrician for last 3 years and she is such a lovely doctor.

We had a terrible experience with them. I was there for the vaccination of my kid and even though there were hardly any patients it took me more than 45 min for just billing. The doctor had left the clinic without giving the injection and the nurses said that they give vaccine regularly without doctor. I did not find this ethical and requested for the doctor to which they said again the next day. Mind you I had already better part of more than 2 hrs in clinic. There was no manager or administration available to air my grievance or register my complaint.
Not just bad and questionable services but the attitude of the doctor is very objectionable.

If you are planning to go to Dr. Archana it’s gonna be useless and she will waste your time. I had problem on my lips and need to done surgery I went to her first day she said I need to do surgery. Ok then next visit I went to her and she said she can’t do surgery I need to be heal and she gave me cream to heal. Why she didn’t give me from the first visit. Then she has to go to vacation. I waited her my lips was swollen for 2 weeks and again I visit her she said I can’t do it today I have no time now there is no communication with receptionist or she didn’t check my previous report and she tell me they have to send approval for surgery from my insurance. When I book I mention I need to be done surgery they don’t follow up my surgery approval with insurance and tell me come back again next time. This is so unprofessional. I have problem more than 5 months I can’t close my mouth and she doesn’t care I have next patient I have no time to send approval and surgery. The clinic is fast and good, this doctor is just useless.

Very disappointed with Dr. Reshma pediatric because my daughter is 3yr old she wrote diagnosis for 5to 12 yr medicines those are powerful.

It's really a disappointment being there with my father.we went there to remove a few surgical stitches. The required the surgery report to do the removal and they informed us that within 5 min it will be done. After we brought them the report as requested we waited almost 40 min waiting the doctor, when he came he was "training" the nurse how to do it!
After ther nurs felt hopeless alone he called the doctor to do the removal with too much pain for my father.they said the stitchs are deep.

Moreover, it's super unhygienic du to unclean floor an the kids using the waiting area as playground!

Excellent clinic, with completely processional nurses and ambiance (though crowded, they manage it with ease with token system and sticking to appointments)
The physiotherapist Krishna Kumar explained me about my tennis elbow issue, also strongly recommend Dr kiranmayi (eye specalist) super talented in her diagnosis, not recomending useless tests or medicines.

I strongly recommend Dr. Madiha from iCare Discovery Gardens branch. She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent work. Her calm and reassuring manner on dealing with patients is something that not everyone possess. I have been to a lot of dentists and can easily say if one has good skills. Definitely coming back.
