I used to work there in 2020. When I had to leave the country urgently due to medical reasons, they emailed and promised that my settlement shall be sent over bank transfer. After 2 years of unsuccessfully calling and emailing them, they haven't paid me yet.

I enjoyed Ice Cream Lab because of 2 things. All the ice cream is made on the spot. So you'll get fresh ice cream nothing that's been sitting around. The second thing is that it was pretty cool and fun to watch them make the ice cream. Prices were reasonable. The ice cream flavors weren't as sweet as I'd expected and it was also a little difficult to distinguish between flavors because I thought they tasted pretty similar. But it was still pretty tasty. Sometimes when you eat something too sweet you can only eat a little of it. But I was able to eat all of it. Flavors I picked: cookies & cream and lotus biscoff. Would try it again.

I went there yesterday. I wanted to have my kids' icecream prepared in front of me and them, but all what I saw was wokers getting stainless steel pots from the fridge and whisking the liquid that was already inside it so fast (It was ready while I was paying). Plus the whisking hooks were soaked in the creamy liquid, and they used their hands to fetch it from inside your future to be ice-cream. Though they were wearing gloves, it looked very unappetising, and nobody could say a word. I will never buy from them again.it looks like speed is more important to them than satisfying the customers' desire to see the process in front of them. And let me assure you that a lot of hands get soaked into your ice-cream before it is prepared.

The staff is not aware of the prices and seems confused. The cones were a bit soggy and not crispy

Something different in terms of idea and concept. I loved the texture of the ice cream when you eat it.made 100% fresh and served icing cold.

Do try the Dragon Breath it's a new twist and fin to watch them make it in front of you. Kids super njoy this when the smoky clouds r made.

They have new flavors with twist and the fruity ones are very fruity.

I would say that this place is worth visiting. I loved their pistachio shake. I never ever had tasted a better milkshake than this. Mark my word!
I tried lotus icecream and it was tasting fresh because its made in front of your eyes. I would never go back to prepackaged icecream anymore after having your freshly made icecreams. Dragon breathe were cool and we took many photos eating that. We had so much fun. I will be back again. Thank u

The ice cream taste is so normal, nothing fancy or different in it, and it’s way over priced for the size we got.

Decided to check out Ice Cream Lab seeing all the smoke and an attractive outlet but was let down. The use of liquid nitrogen is the only thing to look forward to as they serve a basic vanilla/chocolate ice cream with toppings. I tried the Lotus and Lava Mud Choco Ice creams (AED 27/Medium size) that were very plain, nothing mind blowing.

One thing to note is they’re inviting media who walk into their kitchen without gloves and touch the machines or do as they please while customers from outside feel uncomfortable! Good thing I had gotten my cup before someone started touching the machines for a ‘video’ and the management didn’t stop them, or else I would’ve returned my ice cream. Not the kind of unhygienic practice expected from a place located in The Dubai Mall or anywhere for that matter. Hence check if anyone’s fingernails have gone in yours before going here

Ice cream lab has such a cool concept of making fresh icecream right infront of you All that smoke is just so mesmerising

Their icecream has a perfect waffle for the perfect scoop! I took a delicious combination of yoghurt, kiwi and strawberry. It was just so refreshing

Trust me when I say, I have never had a lotus milkshake like theirs! It’s perfectly thick and incredibly flavourful

Their newly launched Dragon Breath is irresistible These cheese balls dipped in liquid nitrogen are just so cool to eat!

We have cookies and cream which was very average. Low sugar was something which is a good thing.

The freshest ice creams you will find, with no preservatives, no emulsifiers, less added sugar!
I tried the Rodeo road ice cream which had nutella, butter biscuit and marshmallows; and cookies and cream milkshake. Loved the ice cream. The milkshake was good too.
And of course their smokey cheese balls which is not to be missed, just for the whole experience!

Ice cream and shake weren't even cold, can't believe I spent 110 dhs on warm shake and generic ice cream. Go to coldstone or smth as they are better in every single way

I personally visited them at Dubai Mall Food court and I was surprised to know that their ice creams are LESS CALORIES, NO SUGAR ADDED AND ALL NATURAL FLAVORS! I love it!

I tried their Blue Velvet ice cream which is very yummy and taste like heaven!

I also had their Dragon's breath that is so fun to eat.

They also served me a Affogato Milkshake which kinda sweet but still satisfied my thirst!

This is a must try place! Specially for those healthy conscious!

This place serves fresh ice cream and shakes, made right in front of you, with no preservatives. They use liquid Nitrogen as a medium only to quickly freeze the ice cream base and let it get dissolved in the air. This ice cream are low in calories and sugar. So you can enjoy with out guilt.

The texture of the ice cream was creamy and just melt in your mouth.

The service is quick and the staff is friendly. They are taking full covid pre- cautions.

Lovely. The ice cream is very thick so make sure you're not on a strict diet as this ice cream is quite heavy, but the taste is great. I used Botim and got 2 for 1. Size of the ice cream cups is descent. My baby girl did her best to help me out in the eating, but eating almost 2 cups of ice cream was s though job

Last night, my daughter accidentally saw the rainbow coloured popcorn at this shop, we went back to buy for her, the guy told us that its caramel flavoured mind that we asked for the coloured ones. He started to prepare and we noticed there was a tiny box where not more than 21 pieces were placed of these sooo called nitro popcorn. And that costs 21 Aed. That's the worst I have ever seen. I have tried many nitrogen corns but the quantity was really less. Not going ever and ever.just a friendly reminder never buy their popcorn!

Ice cream made on the spot with liquid nitrogen. They also entice customers with nitrogen frozen cheese balls or other snacks that produce vapour in your mouth as you eat them. Gimmicky fun, but the kids and adults seem to like it.
Ice cream itself is quite good. Had the Oreos ice cream. Quite expensive unless you have the Entertainer, which then becomes reasonable.
Service is fast, and friendly.

Okay, I'm not bluffing but this right here is heaven. The cookie dough ice cream is my personal favorite. Its located at the food court by reel cinema dubai mall. Worth the long walk.

I love ice cream and I love plain vanilla, but this ranks at the bottom of the pile. It tastes and feels like frozen butter. The saving grace is that the staff are polite.

Best ice cream that I’ve had so far in Dubai. Prices are a bit high as compared to other ice creams but still reasonable. Would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Dubai Mall. The ice cream tastes very light and fresh. Make sure to try the strawberry one, you won’t regret it.

Literally 10 minutes for one ice cream and a bottle of water. The whole process of them trying to show you how they make it is too long.
