A very accommodating and friendly business. They help with specialized packing. We couldn't find a box for the 55-inch television, so we were quite delighted with the packing they made. Would recommend them for their well-secured packaging. The manager is Robin, and he is very encouraging and helpful, offering the finest choices to match your budget. The staff is helpful and friendly. Wishing Robin and the group luck.

Today I had one of my best experiences with packaging service. The quality of service and the helpfulness of the owner surpasses any service I have had for a long time in dubai. The prices were very reasonable and I was helped with putting the cardboards in my car. As I was only doing a small amount of packing for my personal needs the bubble wrap was more than I needed and I was given a smaller amount of the bubble wrap free of charge. This is what I call service. Thank you ‘idea star packing’.

I have been a customer of theirs for a long time. They have some of the highest grade packing materials and most professional staff in the industry. Thier office is not the biggest, but that doesn't matter me. I come in for 5-10 minutes and have everything taken care of. Highly recommend.
