Low quality of construction with a lot of defects which the company didn't fix! Also the only developer that's charging for gym in their properties. AVOID THEM!

After working with them on an off for the last 16 years. I can say with the best intentions that they always make an effort to deliver outstanding hotels resorts and residential projects.

IFA is a leading international Developer with several landmarks in Dubai such as Balquis Residance, Fairmont the Palm and the 8 complex.

Its a bankrupt company run by Wahabi ideology, beware its big scam dont put on them for any buying or selling any house or property

Worst in doing business, pending invoice not paid even after NET 90, now almost 6-8 months gone.
