My experience here was really great. It was very enjoyable as the people are great, the work is fun, but also it’s located in such a lively area. It teaches you about the pressures and experiences in the workplace as well as how to keep a positive mindset. The skills you learn at IFH are not like others. Since year 2010, I have been dealing with IFH. Amazing structured system of learning and development for room reservation, banquet sales, revenue management persons with in-depth training on personalized identification of training needs for an individual. They stress on emotionally connecting to our customers for a long term relationship portraying a positive brand image. These come with professionally handling telephone calls which are considered as potential business for hotels.
