Such a lovely vibe! The waiter Ravi was so polite kind and prompt - a asset to the company and the bartender madhawa was 10/10 the mocktails he served 10/10

Foods & drinks were decent.
Place is a bit pricy for what it is.
Shisha was good.

I don't generally comment but our visit last week was terrible. Music too loud, prices high, service slow and Shisha too expensive. They only want your $$$$. The manager is rude. Much better and cheaper places to go.

Nice place for a shisha. Has good views of the burj. Service was good and fast. Mocktails were nice. Would recommend if your in the area

The food is normal and portions is not that big. Thr view is amazing. The atmosphere is not that good. We went on Thursday night and we we were only 4 table is full.

I dont recommend going to this place, we felt not special in this place other than thr view.
I recommend to make more advertising and offer so more people and energy comes to this place

Ever wanted to go for a floating pool breakfast but dont know where to go. Well Dont fear because Mac, Troy and the team are here. One of the most beautiful experience's ive had in my life. Me and my partner came for her birthday and it was amazing, Even though we wasn't even staying at the hotel, We was treated with a warm welcome and got spoilt. I definitely would highly recommend to come here. I would go back again.again.and again.

Worst service ever, the alcohol shots is only 30 ML while in th whole world is 43 ml, the manager Maria is ignorant about f&b and doesn’t even care about client feedback! One star is a lot, these guys should be out of business!

From 5 star place in a matter of 1.5 year it went to 1-2 star place. Haven’t visited iKandy in a long time and yesterday my friend and I went there for a pool day. So we went to check in at the pool reception and first thing we were informed that we are allowed to spend only 2 hours at the pool with our FA face card. So imagine what a stress.you are going to have a nice and relaxing time at the pool but INSTEAD you are constantly checking the time on your phone and when you are supposed to leave! I regretted it 100 times that I actually choose to go there. Second of all it’s completely obvious that staff and everyone are treating the cabin crew visitors in a different way, ok I get it - we have a lot of discounts everywhere but that doesn’t mean you should treat me less better than the other customers, obviously staff are lacking a proper training.

Horrible experience, be it Food, Sheesha or Service (can't comment on drinks, since I was on bottled Beer).

Food: Grilled Salmon I ordered was over grilled & burnt on the first look, ordeal started when it was never ending chewing. Thankfully they didn't billed it to me.

Sheesha: All good in first few drags but after that it started giving burnt flavor. When ask the sheesha guy, he just change the coal couple of time. When I insisted than he took the sheesha but came back with the same sheesha but with the new foil on top. This time it was a new challenge, as there was no smoke coming out. After struggling for sometime, it was same old burnt flavor. I've to send it back but this experience costed me AED 125 + taxes.

SERVICE: Took 45 min to serve the stale food on my table. You need to literally hunt for the waiter (mine was OMAR). Gentlemen on the next table went hunting for the waiter thrice in my presence.

Waiter had an unapologetic attitude, I even called the Duty Manager on the board line of the hotel but he never showed.

I'm done for the good with this establishment. Please be careful while opting this place as money is secondary they are capable of spoiling your mood along with the day.

Bad service and staff are just lazy with limited English or any other language except those from the Indian subcontinent.

Terrible service. Place is dead. Don't get fooled by the pictures. The online menu is misleading as the items were not available any longer and the drinks were watered down.

Amazing lounge with spectacular view, great service by vignesh, had a great time, Will come back soon.
