Its a very big store if you wana discover fully you need at least 3hrs but when you come out you will have many ideas to upgrad your home deco.

We liked most of IKEA designs&products, especially all white furnishings, super smart&simple but elegant&affordable. Whole year having offers&discounts in some products, the ambience and café, we always enjoying our shopping

Very sad after sale service from IKEA Dubai. I bought a mattress online with the help of a customer service agent asking for a firm mattress (hard as the floor). Instead I received a cotton soft mattress, vacuumed that took 3 days to unfold and the result was a horrible soft mattress…when calling the after sale service, they made it very difficult to return the mattress and exchange it.
I have chosen another mattress that is 1,000 AED more expensive and they are asking me to visit the store to pay the difference. Not possible to pay online or via a payment link, not possible to pay on delivery with cash or card. The ONLY way is to visit the store, even though I explained that I have a broken leg and cannot move. They don’t care! Policy is policy.
I want to express to IKEA that your policies are not customer centric, they do not make sense and just create frustration!
In this era of e-commerce sales, AI and purchasing from the comfort of your home, all go down the drain at this point with the policy that you protect yourself with.
We buy everything online, exchange online, return and refund. Learn from Amazon!
How come a customer service supervisor cannot make an exception for a customer who cannot leave his house for a simple exchange of product having a price difference! I offered to pay cash, credit, payment link…the answer is NO. You have to visit the store to collect a voucher and redeem it only at the store not even online!
Are we in the 80s?
Never again I will buy anything from IKEA, seamless sale journey, horrible after sale experience!

Is it only me who the one experienced weirdness rules about the toilet policy in this ikea building? Today is the 2nd time one already i had very bad experience when going to use ladies toilet in ikea building in festival city mal one. I was only went to the mal with my son, 9 years old, and i only stop by to use their toilet because i got tummy ache badly and need toilet before driving home. And when i went in to ladies toilet in ikea building part, next to cashier areas, i got stop by this same old lady who said I can’t bring my son inside the toilet because he’s a boy. I said, i know he’s a boy but i will not leave my son alone outside without any supervision of me. I said “Don’t worry i will bring him inside my cubicle. So he will not bother anyone in ladies toilet”. But instead of understanding my situation, this old lady made such a huge problem about it and telling me that this is the rules in this building. So i told her, i need to use toilet badly, and the handicap toilet one is already had big line there and I really can’t wait anymore. And that lady keep making such a huge problem over it and keep stopping me to use the toilet. In the end I raise my voice and said “this is my son”, it’s not you the one who telling me what is the safe one for my son. And i just took my son inside the cubicle and do my business. Until there’s this ikea lady came and talk to her about me and I heard it and i said, I’m still here and if you have problems you can talk to me later. And when I’m done, i came out there’s this local young lady with yellow vest and said this is an UAE government’s rules, boys above 4 years old can not use ladies toilet. And i said if it’s per UAE rules, why i never got stop anywhere about this except in here. I remember also last year i got stop for the same reason. When my 2nd son need to do poopie and i only went to ikea with my 2nd son alone. And in that time i also got stopped by the same old lady who clean up the ladies toilet, and told me that my 4 years old son can’t use ladies toilet. And must to use men toilet. Whaattt? ! And in that time also i told her, who’s gonna clean him up after if he must go to men toilet? ! I’m only alone here. Without my husband. And she again said the same one that i can use handicap toilet, with kids that badly need toilet to poop, and waiting in the line longer? Seriously? ! I had to complain with their customer service today about it. Because this is seriously doesn’t make sense at all. Boys above 4 years, she said can’t use women toilet even with their own mother? ! That’s per UAE rules, is that even true? ! Is this only my experiences or any of you had the same experiences? ! It just doesn’t makes sense at all. And plus, it was more made me angry when the ikea lady worker said, just leave your son outside, it’s SAFE COUNTRY. I said, if this a safe country then why so many weird stories and facts happen alot out there, and all the victims are kids. And without any further thought she answered me, “ya if something happen, you can also just report it to the police”, and when I scream “what you say? ! ”, that lady was walking away leaving me behind like even doesn’t care about me at all. OMG! What is wrong with you guys? !

Always the best place for shopping a furniture if you have a limited space and want stylish, durable and elegant looking furniture. Plus, the food options are also good. They have both healthy and junk available.

Absolutely disgusted this time around stepping into ikea. It wasn’t about the quality of products but came to ikea to buy a few things knowing it was iftar time and decided to break my fast here since I’ve always loved the food at IKEA. I stood in line at 630pm with my husband but was not allowed access and waited for nearly 30 minutes. I saw people who came after me were granted access because they had some card. We were finally told by another person who had the card that we need to go downstairs and get a card so my husband ran down to get it and as I type this it is 715pm and I just got into the actual line. Not sure when I’m going to be able to get a table and get food in my system. They should have advised us earlier that we need a card to enter the food hall and not have made us look like fools waiting to break our fast and as if we were the unlucky ones since we didn’t have this VIP IKEA card. There were some families in line who were so disheartened waiting in line with their kids to break their fast who were not granted access and decided to leave and go elsewhere to find food. Management needs to step up their game and advise people of these rules as the security was unaware of where to get the card and should start telling people before they wait to get a card before standing in line.

You'll get many household and furnitures there. Plants, scented candles, photo frames, carpets, clocks and many are there. One of the places you should visit. Make sure you visit every section.

The usual IKEA store, we got confused in terms directions at the entrance itself. We could not see any pointers, asked helping staff but finally had to start reverse from warehouse.

Lots of inexperienced employees and few good ones. The designer put wrong item. When trying to exchange I understood they actually do not have the right one!

The customer relations lead, Mr. Marwan is talking very nice and calm but he does not have approach of solving the problem of the customer. Too many apologies without any try to solve the problem which they acknowledged to be from Ikea side.

Although Mr. Marwan gave me all explanation why there is absolute no solution, a very helpful lady in collection section, solved one of 2 problems by focusing on th subject rather than giving excuses!

Fantastic breakfast experience and fun tour around the area after. Full stomach and eyes, like I wanna stay there for so long. Time runs fast unnoticed. Cool and fabulous place for family and kids. Cheers to moke Ikea breakfast diaries!

Went for small white cereal bowls. Were only AED 3/- each. Best to go at 1000 hr on Saturday. Store is usually empty at that time and can finish targeted shopping within 1 hr

Furniture showcase at it's best. This is the only IKEA I have been to and I loved it. The whole experience of having so many options and the challenges of DYI are unique.

This is the first time I have visited ikea and I was amazed by seeing the range of products and awesome deals. I regret why I haven't visited this place in my 7 years tenure in UAE.

Terrible recent experience buying a baby cot from them. They sold a cot infested with bed bugs and on having complained gave us the scripted narrative of their products being quality checked.

Except some staff everything is good. In curtain and dropper section an Asian staff with a teenage hairstyle behaves very bad.

Parking is inadequate during busy times, and the store gets very crowded by 12pm. The cafeteria is a popular eating spot, but again very crowded by lunchtime. Go early and beat the rush!

First place u should visit if u just have moved in! Spacious n interesting, lot of place to eat n entertain as it is connected with huge supermarket, cinema, mall.

Just want to share my BAD EXPERIENCE with one of the Customer Service staff named JOMERO, he's very arrogant, initiated shouting argument with me during my visit earlier today. He ruined the good reputation of Ikea.

Food section - When you expect a chicken shawarma to have chicken in it all you get is a majority of French fries and a minor portion of chicken. Cost cutting by such a well know brand? #youcandobetterikea

Best place to buy good quality household items. We have shopped from Ikea in different countries and they maintain the same standard.

The place is always crowded here no matter what is the day. They expand the IKEA restaurant for the seating area which helps a bit during the weekend

The worst shop I've ever seen. They deliver broken items and then impose the date and time for redelivery. Even if you tell them 2 days before you can't comply with their imposed time, customer service does not care; they just give you the illusion to listen to you but actually don't give a s. When finally the delivery tell you they will come and you tell them "not now I'm at work", their answer is "We are coming now". Absolutely incredible! It exists lots of furniture shops in Dubai with as many choices and as low prices as IKEA's ones. Don't waste your time and your money with those underskilled useless people.
