Very poor service from their delivery company choice, which is Elite Co.there is no way to contact the delivery man until he calls us.there is only the hotline number, and it says working hours from Mon-Sat… although they deliver on Sundays… my IKEA delivery was scheduled to Sunday and we were busy out from home… we wanted to get hold of the delivery man contact to no avail.later he calls back and we say him to call us back 10mins before he reaches our home… he doesn’t understand simple English and next thing, he is standing infront of the door and calling, he is here and is being very rude to us. Now we had to rush to our home to collect it… in the meantime he had gone already leaving all the items on the door step… We clearly told him to wait until we come… Really very poor and bad service… (IKEA please change your delivery company or give us an exact contact number before delivery to call…)
Amazing need improvement towards the payment process by asking them for blue rewards and keeping the line till they register themselves I suggest there’s a stuff on the quo checking with each one in advance to download the app and register for blue reward before reaching out the cashier

I really enjoy the Bakery &Cafe at Ikea Jebel Ali Branch. I love the bakery options and the ambience is quite cosy. The staff is very friendly and professional, they always go above and beyond to put a smile on customers' faces. I really like all each one of the staff and Maliha especially has the best smile, always very welcoming and really love the hot chocolate she makes! Thanks guys!
It's vast. Good place to check out good quality home appliances and furnitures. Variety of berry jams from Scandinavia also available along with a good cafe
We placed the order and it is ready for collection the next day. Collection process was efficient. Just show them the barcode of the order and they come with a trolley load of our items. They even helped us to load the oversized items into our SUV. Excellent service!

This is our go to place during weekends to have the Ikea breakfast or brunch! Love the food and the self serve arrangements.would recommend this place to have a hearty meal!

IKEA which ever Branch it maybe its always been one of my favourite stores to visit every now & then. Good quality things & reasonable prices. IKEA has the best exchange & refund policy. Coz they know the are GOOD.

Of all the 3 ikeas in the UAE we have been to, namely festival city, festival plaze and Abdu Dhabi mall, the one at festival plaza is my favourite. Its close, easily accessible and not as crowded as the one in Festival city.
The best food menu and best value for money for any kind of lunch or breakfast in the UAE. Amazing meat balls.
Perfect place if you are setting up a new house or redoing a complete room. They are experts in space utilization and making best use of the smallest of the condos with their unique design home furnishing products. Although they have gone little high on cost off late when compared to the same 1.5 years ago.
Worst service ever! Had to wait 90 mins to meet a sales a to buy wardrobes. After spending 30 mins choosing the wardrobe he said it's out of stock and will come after 3 months. So we spent 20 mins to choose another, which also was out of stock! He took our mobile and said you will receive an SMS when its ready. 1 week later we got an SMS saying it was in stock so we went back. Waited 45 mins to meet salesman, got late and left. Went back again next day, met salesman only to be told only doors are now in stock but not the frames and we still have to wait 3 months for full waebrobe. Decided never again to visit this shop. Later on I did more research and found out that in IKEA USA and Europe the same items are priced at 30 to 40% lower than in UAE. Then I read the IKEA promise of having less staff (bad service) so we can get best prices. But in IKEA UAE my experience was bad service, high prices and wasted time / effort, getting no products as no stock too.
Ikea food quality is nice with good pricing. This icecream tastes so yum and costs only aed 1. Also the place has so much variety we finally got the roller blinder for the window required in the right colour and size and also bought some 10 artificial plants that look beautifully natural in good cost starting from aed 5. It's a huge place and has possibly everything under the sun. If not shopping, do try dining you wont regret! We loved the mash potatoes, hash brown, dynamite shrimps, veggies with garlic sauce and some bread. They have pasta and pizza corner too. Yet to explore more.
Hugh mall area covered by IKEA and varities of products is as much available in market. At least 3 hrs needed just to complete walking. Best thing is the breakfast that has mouthwatering breakfast items.
Worst customer services and staff are really rude and no proper information bought so many things and there was no helper to help as i carried all my 3 trolleys myself and even they were unable to guide me where i can take my items to be loaded Totally unprofessional staff if there was option of 0 stars i would have given that
Well organized. You ll get almost all the things you are looking for. For home, for shop, or for office, all the furniture or home decor, almost everything. But service is not good. You can't find someone to help you if you search for one. No. They are busy or they are working with someone or something. You search yourself and find yourself.
IKEA at this location is fantastic, it is way easier to find a parking, less people around since festival city branch is extremly busy. The little mall it's in is small but has several furniture shops and a pharmacy. Few restaurants are there as well. Staff was friendly but the location seems a bit understaffed. Fewer items in the as is section. Quick and efficient self check out kiosks, and few employees to help you when you mess up and scan an item twice. I recommend this IKEA over others, it's just less distraction, easier to get and out and the location is not that busy in Jabal Ali.
I love the store itself for what it offers! What i really dont like is the staff’s customer service! It happened during my visit last Dec 4th. During check out, the filipino cashier is very impatient when I couldn’t present my Blue Rewards, right away. He just can’t be bothered. And there was only 1 customer after us. (Not a long queue) So instead, i myself adjusted and told him to forget about it. It’s just disappointing.
The second thing, I'm expecting a delivery and assembly today, 9th of Dec, for a wardrobe we bought few days back. The service time is between 9-4 pm but since we are working, we made a request to adjust it from 9-2pm. When i tracked the delivery, it’s showing 6-6: 30pm. It’s out of the quote time, and way out of the requested time. A Filipina lady from who my husband spoke to, said that the request was not confirmed!? Though when he made the request, they said it will be accommodated. But Also the confirmation should come from your side, so? Or otherwise call us and give the feedback that it can’t be done. Instead, we are left believing that the service time will be from 9-2pm. Ikea, there’s work to be done with your staff customer service! How come you tell this on the day itself. And what’s even more frustrating, even without the request, we still have to wait from 6-6: 30pm. The amount you ask for assembly and delivery is not so cheap, (it’s almost half of the price of the item we purchased) and you don’t deliver in your promise! You have to understand we also adjusted our schedule for this. Only to find out this, it’s so disappointing. This is really below our expectations! 1 star for the inconvenience and poor customer service!
That's ikea. The king of modular furniture. Not much to say. It is a biiig store, you can easily get lost. With their kitchen, bakery and food store you can spend a whole day in it.
The worst service i have ever seen, Ikea are dealing with very cheep, low category companies to do their delivery and fixing! Although you pay the fees but they can deliver the items as per their timing no as per even the communicated one, don’t know how to speak, left the bed without fixing! For what i have paid money to run after them to come and fix! They don’t respond even to Ikea customer service! Can you imagine! So if you want to complain to who? I have no idea what kind of outsourcing they are doing!

By far the worst customer service ever. After being loyal customers for over 8 years, for the first time we have raised a complaint to them about their product (a firm mattress which went soft in less than a year giving us serious back issues).
We had someone come to inspect, write a report and leave. No news for two months. Then miraculously we were told the complaint had been approved and we are entitled to a new mattress for same value and to come and select a new one. We went yesterday and chose a new mattress. Customer service said the defected one will be collected by their team and new one will be delivered after 3 days. So we are meant to sleep on the floor till then.
Today they came to collect the defected mattress and now we have received a call to say oh we have decided to reject the complaint so we will just bring the old mattress back.
They call us and say we are at your house with the old mattress. Ummm no one is here. Oh thats right.you are at our old address halfway across town. What a joke.

Went there 3 times in the last month and they were out of the vege hotdog all the time. They make a bit deal advertising it and yet its never their. Hence the only option for vegetarian is wedges.
I just love it. Swedish concept, minimalism always bring at ease all visitors. 2Level store offers huge varieties of goods, 2 cafeterias are nice as well, their flowers bunches are really amazing, always fresh and keep alive up to one month. Great quality for reasonable price at everything.
My favourite IKEA, although you have to pay attention on where to park as it is a bit of a maze in the garage. Great access to coffee and kebab corner. Easy to sit down and have a snack when in the mall.
IKEA Jabel Ali is the 2nd IKEA in DUBAI and it is situated in a very convenient place in Festival Plaza. A very convenient and stylish place to make your home decor perfect.
Ikea has its on restaurant where you could enjoy variety of food. It's like a buffet counter where the price range for each item will be mentioned. You could get offers on weekdays. Everyday the menu keep on changing. One of its delicacies are meat balls, daim chocolate cake etc.
Great store selling various items in affordable prices and very good quality. IKEA is the best furnish store especially for foreign people who are not sure about how long last the furnish they need, so ikea offer different furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, dinning rooms, toilets, kitchen and balcony’s. The store foods are imported from abroad places, mainly from Sweden. The store accept to return items still in package but the queue for returning the items need 2 to 3 hours in the weekend days.

Always a good place to furniture and fixtures hunt. Great buys and amazing stuff. Prices are reasonable and items come with warranty. Goes to say that their product is durable. Their items are compact and easy to take home. Assembly is easy as well since they provide the tools needed to out what ever item is bought from them. The staff are helpful and courteous too. Highly recommended for their mattresses too.
Ikea is awesome! Missed the Tabasco at the cashier but was able to ask Rupen (one of assistants in restaurant sitting area) and he so politely offered to bring it. Great start to colossal shopping trip.
IKEA is a great brand and I would have rated 5 stars but when I tried the online ordering, it was a big disappointment. I am really surprised how a brand like Ikea allows this unprofessional way of handling online orders. The order reached missing major items (a complete bed for kids), the kids mattress i ordered reached with a damaged packaging and already dirty. Additional items that I did not order were there.complete mess. When I tried to reason with the delivery person trying to explain that a whole bed is missing, he dropped the items and left. Hope IKEA will rethink how to manage online orders. Finally, for Ikea shoppers I say: Ikea is a great brand that I admire however, if you want to shop there, go to the store and buy your stuff there.never do the online ordering.big mistake.
Very huge disappointment from a well known store! I placed my order online and waited for the deliver date mentioned online when the order is confirmed. Payment deducted but No delivery! Called and send emails with no replies! When they answered very few calls (after long waiting time), they advised that my order was still in warehouse and they don't know when they deliver! Order cancellation took one month calls to fully cancel the order! It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience! Will never order from them online! Do not recommend at all their online experience!

I wanted to get a dining set But I don't know if it was the time that they were closing at 9.30 but there was no staff. I literally had to scream helllllooooo to get attention of any staff to help me with my order. And when I found one he said we are 30 minutes away from closing that's why nobody was there. So I told him that you should close now then if your staff is not there as almost every customer would require staff's help. The same happend when I went to downstairs to get the order in actual
I didn't find anyone on the counter so I just started walking towards a staff he saw me and said go to the same counter and some one will come and take my order. It appeared that he just wanted to get rid of me
I then waited on the same counter and a guy came after ten minutes and started putting me into too much hurry for confirming the kdere because the store was closing. I even told him that its me who was late its him. Anyways not a good experience overall specially if you are visiting close to their closing time
What can I say. Its IKEA. The swedish furniture company that also has a restaurant in it with its (world famous?) meatballs. IKEA is really unlike any other furniture store. For starters the way the floor plan is setup is so that once you have entered, you may have a hard time finding an exit quickly, which I propose is a way to get customers to keep shopping. For serious shoppers, my advice would be to browse whatever you want to buy on IKEAs online store, check its availability on the website which will tell you exactly where in the warehouse that product is shelved then take the other entrance and go direct to the warehouse and pick out you wanted and go straight to cashier which is nearby. Otherwise if your taking the normal entrance better pack one weeks worth of food supply and shaving equipment because your gonna come out the other side looking like Robin Williams in Jumanji. "What year is it? ! "
Order number: WEBO0340192 I've been waiting for 12 days and my order has not been delivered yet. I tried to call Ikea, the shipping company and the driver but none of them answers, and the contact form on Ikea's website is useless because no one ever replies as well. They took my money and it seems like there is no one I can reach just to get an update on my order. This is not just extremely poor customer service but it's also disrespectful. Shame on you Ikea, this is not the first time this happens. This is very bad for your brand image.

I wish if I could have given negative rating. Poorest Online and CRM systems I have ever seen, and guess what from the Finest and largest Home furnishing names in the world. Firstly, the website is so vintage that it takes ages to remove products from cart, it even allows you to add if they aren't in inventory (what how can that be?) and only to give you errors while Checkout. Looks like Ikea hired Vikings to develop their website. I ordered available for delivery Home office Desk and Chair aside to couple of smaller items on 15th April for a delivery two weeks later on 28 April 2020. I did considered it may take some more time due to COVID issues and lockdowns, however well past 28th April no emails, no sms. I tried like a 100 times to call their local customer care, nobody had ever bothered answering (I believe that's just a dead end). I reported a Concern on again guess what the Legendary Ikea website on 28th April which sent me an update that due to lot of traffic, they will need sometime to respond. So, I have paid a lot of money, received an email, no delivery, no updates on when and whether they will delivery, hoping they might just knock on my door every single day, until today (7th May) I received an SMS saying since there are lot of orders (what seriously, more than your daily footfall prior to COVID?) and they now need at least until 25th May to deliver (do I need to believe them). I need that furniture as we all are working from home, so I had tried again to get my delivery by 25th, but I sincerely doubt that they will still delay it further and I will eventually have to request a refund (which looking at some other reviews from recent times, I doubt they will refund so easily).
It's so shameful for a brand like Ikea, which has like numerous case studies on Customer Delight, Experience design, blah blah, to treat customers as they don't matter and we don't care to respond to your concerns attitude. You need to fix your Process guys and more-so your Online product and CRM systems, they were designed in Pre-Internet era and the world had moved much ahead of that. If you can't, at least man your Call Centers to address Customers queries.

This my first time ordering from IKEA.ae and it's the worst experience of online shopping ever, my order should have been delivered yesterday, but still, until today the delivery team didn't contact me and I didn't receive a 'Delivery Confirmation Mail' yet. + no one is answering my phone calls, or emails, i have wasted a lot of my time trying to contact Ikea by phone and mail, anyway, i will never order from IKEA again there are many alternatives here in UAE. Also i noticed on Twitter that everyone is complaining about your customer service.
If these was a minus 5 stars I would go for, after two months of waiting for my order and trying to call, email ikea with no response, I go to the store to figure out they canceled my order! Bought an expensive product online that was never shipped. IKEA customer service are not responding to my inquires and I'm left to think that IKEA just simply stole my money.
It's been quite a horrible experience shopping online with them and dealing with their non-existent after sales department.

Ordered online like many and scheduled delivery was after 1 week. No one contacted for delivery and tried their toll free number everyday many times but its never reachable and always busy.managed to contact on toll-free 2 days after delivery date and they say you can either wait for 2 more weeks or cancel your order as there is lot of delay from their side, i asked them to put in priority or urgent basis and i can wait for some more time but still no one contacted back.not sure how can a big brand like IKEA have such delivery issues even now after their is no lock-down since past 3 weeks.

Worst customer service ever. Promised to deliver and assemble a entire wardrobe I paid 5k for at 10 am on Thursday. I waited all day. They came at 5pm and then didn’t assemble. Said a team would come tomorrow. I tried to call IKEA there number is always busy. When I finally get through they say there isn’t even a assembly team assign. DO NOT TRUST them. Absolutely the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was not what I was expecting from a multi billion multi national organization. The need a complete overhaul of the entire delivery system. They have completely failed me and I’m not sure I will ever shop with them again. Absolute joke.

Nowadays with the Covid buying online is like gambling. I have been more than 5 weeks waiting for delivery. WEBO0278830 bought 3th April. Customer service is terrible no answer of emails and the phone numbers are not working at all. The branch is also not capable of telling me anything about my order. Really disappointing. I made another order days later and received it 3 weeks ago. The company is a mess.
Tried to sort out my online order (WEBO0317341) with a customer service Team Leader at the store who, at the time was very helpful and promised a new delivery date which he guaranteed would be met. However, very disappointingly this has not been met so his word and even the documentation confirming the new delivery is a joke and once again IKEA have failed to deliver. You can't get hold of central customer service, via any mediums so the whole service is just a joke. Get your act together IKEA!
Big spacious Ikea, nicely done. This outlet mainly caters to the public if this area, Jebel Ali. Some sections of the parking is still closed but am sure will open soon making more room for cars. Located inside the Festival Plaza mall with many other shops which are yet to be opened. Restaurant inside Ikea is always good with many options even for Vegetarians. Always a pleasure going around Ikea even if not shopping.
I’m giving a 5-Star because of the restaurant! Highly recommend trying their breakfast meals. So affordable and food was great and tasty! There was now enough sitting place though compared to IKEA DFC. But who cares, I enjoyed my food anyway!
Very convenient for those of us living in the Jebal Ali side of Dubai, the store is conveniently located in festival Plaza where soon Lulu and Ace Hardware will open up, there are a number of large elevators located close to the entrance/exit along with a trolley escalator, the store has a bit of a different layout than that in Festival City on the other side of Dubai, I personally like this store’s layout more, the garden area at the end of the store just before the warehouse area is much bigger and more organized than the older stores in the UAE.
All in all having this store is great given it is conveniently located 2 minutes driving from Ibn Battuta mall.
More spacious home deco retail area than other IKEAs. Much easier to get to from Marina and metro line. Not busy yet (open 2 days) which is amazing! Downside, taxi drivers havent figured it out yet so you may need Careem to get away
Food review: Sure, the place is fine and the offers on display usually make it look very affordable however whenever I eat at ikea I end up picking some of the side items (priced high) and by the time im paying the bill I pay overall more than I usually do. The food is good, love the diem cake as well ad the tempura but definitely not the cheapest option the way people usually talk about ikea food.
Nice place, excellent location and easy to reach near Ibn Battuta Gate, you can shop necessary household items and there is also a Food Court and other shops, recommended for all to visit
Nice place. But since it’s new opened so the restaurant not completely functioned. Overall it’s acceptable place and a proper place to have fun with kids.
Solidly average IKEA store, much more impressive than the one in Festival City, but the cafeteria staff have room for improvement. Let me explain.
I ordered chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. The immediate answer from the server was, "Cannot! "
"Excuse me? " I queried, "How do you mean 'cannot'? I can see you have the three items I'd like. Please explain. "
"Cannot! " was the further reply/explanation.
"Ok", I replied, "Does this mean it cannot be included without extra cost, it cannot be sold for some reason you've not explained, or you simply can't be bothered to explain anything? "
In the end, I was able to purchase the food I desired, but by the time this was all sorted out, the bill arranged (the cashier had no idea how to properly charge for a lá carte sides) and my tray carried to the dining area, the food was cold. I searched, in vain, for a microwave.
Thus began my adventure at the new IKEA store. The store itself is a lovely layout. No more being forced thru a floor of show-rooms when all you want to buy is a salad bowl. One of the premium features of the new store is a staircase/seating area with throw cushions where one can lounge and charge a phone while one's loved ones shop. Well though out, IKEA! Now if we could just get the cafeteria staff up to speed on customer service.

One of the largest IKEA stores in the region. Great variety of home decor and furniture along with wide range of office furniture too. The location is great with plenty of car parking. You can find other stores in the same complex like Ace hardware, Pan Emirates and other stores.
