Service and staff were very friendly, the New Year's atmosphere was great and the fireworks access to the beach was a plus to a wonderful and lifetime souvenir to the end of 2023 and a great start of 2024. THANK YOU Il BORRO's TEAM and Luis David for making the night so special for my Mom.

Beautiful ambiance, accommodating staff and delicious food.
They lose a star because reserving was made unnecessarily complicated. The lady who took my call was abrupt and unwelcoming.
Gladly I wasn’t deterred because it was a pleasant experience overall.

Terrible experience is trying to make a reservation. The person was super hostile. They have dinner seatings at 6 30 or 9.15. Very wierd dinner times.

I had a disappointing experience when I called to book a table for tonight at the restaurant. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful as she didn’t explain
what’s slots are available, and she hung up without saying bye. It happened at 2: 28 PM, and I hope the restaurant's customer service can identify the staff member.

I absolutely loved the atmospheric place, Il Borro. The cheesecake was superb, unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The service was top-notch. I can't wait to go there again!

The restaurant is very beautiful, but the waiter's treatment is not new. He has been racist since we entered the restaurant. Unfortunately, his looks at us were very bad and racist.

Unique Italian cuisine. I'm absolutely thrilled. We were able to change tables upon request, which made the experience even better. Great service that was very attentive. Every dish was perfect. Since the restaurant was full, it was also a bit noisy, so it was a bit too strenuous for me to have a conversation. But definitely a recommendation. Valet parking was also free.

Lets say the ambience and wine are the best part of the experience. Food is good but not great, dessert is just average. We go back regularly for date nights but mainly for the ambience.

Amazing restaurant, have been there numerous times, probably one of the best in Dubai BUT when it comes to reservations, probably one of the worst in the city.

No better Italian in Dubai. Lovely setting in a nice secluded area of the complex which provides a peaceful setting amongst the madness.

Friendly greeting upon arrival. We all abided by the dress code, which whilst relatively formal is a nice touch, generally speaking it just requires gentlemen to wear trousers which isn’t a tall ask!

The server was polite and friendly and made appropriate suggestions and recommendations in terms of drinks and food choices.

I fully recommend the lamb for the main course. For dessert, look no further than the cheesecake - the best I’ve ever tasted.

Finally, the staff made a fuss of my parents for their special anniversary and it topped off a fantastic night. Couldn’t recommend more.

Best Italian restaurant in Dubai! Very delicious food, pasta with black Caviar was yummy Virgin Belini look very esthetic and flowery. High class tables, good atmosphere, nice ppl around. Always full booked, need to make booking advance. And who love special disert Anna Pavlova Highy recommended to try.

One of the best Italian restaurants I been to. The location is perfect. The service is great and the food is excellent. The ambiance is so nice and the music they play makes it better. A must try for anyone looking for a fine dining Italian restaurant in Dubai.

المكان كان تقريباً فاضي باستثناء طاولة أو طاولتين بالكثير و طلبنا طاولة لشخصين و مع ذلك الموظفة اللي عند الاستقبال حسستني انها مصدومة انه كيف أنا جاي أطلب طاولة بدون حجز مسبق و بعد بحث مُضني منها استمر لمدة ١١ ثانية اكتشفت الموظفة انه كل الطاولات محجوزة ، قالتلنا أنه مافي طاولات متوفرة داخل المطعم إلا عند القعدة الخارجية اللي كانت بدون تكييف و درجة الحرارة فوق ال ٤٠ و طبعاً رفضنا. الزبدة لن أعود للمكان ولا أنصح به.

The restaurant service is great, the interior decoration and ambiance exudes of calm luxury.
The fried calamari was great, but my main dish in pic looked much better than it tasted. Prices are as high as expected of this kind of restaurant.

Italian waiters good atmosphere. One of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai with a good variety of choice from the menu. The branded ice in the Vendemmia drink was so cool! Recommend.

Very good experience, my honest opinion it gets very busy in the evenings. I enjoyed a visit with the family during an early afternoon for lunch. Staff have more time for you and the atmosphere is less stressful

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in the on of the best resorts in Dubai. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Dubai. Highly recommend!

Such an elegant place to have a dinner.service is little bit slow however the best cheese cake in town so far. If you visit Il Borro, u must try their cheese cake.

Best Italian cuisine I have ever had! The staff is amazing. Chef Nico is great, he made us several fantastic appetizers and desserts. Who thought you would go to Dubai and get the best Italian food ever.

The staff, including the seating-hostess and waiters, were extremely rude, arrogant and non-accommodating.
The music was loud and the tables were close together, so you could not hear yourself speak. Too many people and too much movement. Definitely not a relaxed atmosphere.
The food was mediocre, portions were small and certainly not worth the huge price tag. For two people (no alcohol or juices) the starter/main meal/dessert cost over 1220 Dhs. For this price, there are many great restaurants in Dubai.
Never going back here again!

Also, love this place for its beautiful atmosphere. The services of this restaurant bring your experience of classic Italian recipes to life in Dubai.

Fantastic Tuscan food and great atmosphere. Nestled in the Turtle Lagoon at Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel. Downfall, the staff was nothing to highlight, the front attendants were slightly cold and standoffish, and our waiter made a few simple mistakes, nothing huge but things you come to expect from a 5 restaurant and hotel. Their Authentic and traditional menu features imported ingredients, and olive oil produced in Tuscany. The bread mix provided was average. But I was delighted to finally find a Risotto dish in Dubai that didn't contain mushrooms! Their beetroot Risotto was fabulous, cooked and seasoned perfectly. The beetroot chips as garnish was clever and original. Even though the Risotto was A+ Overall, the food, portions and service was underwhelming compared to other options in Dubai.

Service was slow; although we went for late lunch and not many people where there. For the hype of the place definitely expect better service.
View of course is exceptional with the DJ playing a wide range of lounge music. Beautiful sunset and amazing nightly vibes. Food was also decent with good portion sizes.

We were a group of 8 people, and we had guests from outside the country, was very disappointed with the service, angry and very rude staff, they were upset and hitting us during serving food and they don’t even apologize for this! They served water in dirty glasses that were used before for soft drinks and were messed with the desserts! It was much pricy for the food and service, my friend asked for an extra pillow, she had to remind the waiter many times and at the end she had to go grab one from another table, there was a lady doing presentation about ice creams and she did that to our table and then she was very rude while collecting small tiny spoons, she was almost going to check out our bags and jackets until I asked her to count her spoons and they were complete, she left also with no apology, at the end we paid our bill, no one thanked us or said good night though I personally saw the manager “ which we never saw during the 4 hours we spent there” escalating guests to the door and shaking hands with them! At the end I asked the waiter to call the manager, it took him 10 min to follow us to the elevator and he was like” oh really this happen, I’m sorry and please come back again” like yeah exactly, of course never back again, there are many many Italian restaurants in Dubai which worth every penny u pay! This was a total disaster and a very bad experience like the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant in Dubai!

Food is good, though quite expensive. Service is slow considering we went on a weekday but was still packed. The tables are too close together. Truffle pizza and gnocci and dessert were all good.

Highly recommended! Relaxing atmosphere overlooking views of the lagoon at Jumeirah Al Naseem. Sat outside (which was great!) but would recommend indoor seating for a full experience of the ambience. The truffle pizza is a must try. Will definitely come back to try more of their dishes!
