I went there twice, I ordered the Tiramisu, 1st time was delicious the 2nd time I went was not the same. Consistency is the key. The 2nd time, it was lots of cream. Latte was delicious. Place needs little music to make it more lively.

Best place to have cheesecake and snowman hot chocolate. Staff is friendly and service good.

Super place for Italian in JBR.
Everything is perfect. The food, hospitality, and location. Truly authentic Italian food. A great value for money.
Special mention must be made for the super helpful and polite staff that ups the whole experience.

A gorgeous Italian café situated along the JBL. Tons of options and everything looked great. I went with the classic cappuccino but with there was enough time to try more drinks and food here. Would love to go back sometime!

We don't go often to Caffè Di Roma. But we were looking for a good breakfast and got a recommendation to go there. So we've been there on a Saturday. To be fairly honest it was worth it in terms of value for money, but I left with some remarks. First, very, but very slow service, even though we were the first customers of the day at 8: 00 am sharp. Second, not too many friendly faces from the staff to be honest. More than a couple times I had to get back in the shop to get attention. Third, the construction site in front of the restaurant is not helping at all, too noisy. Fourth, and most important, the food was good, but no great, specially the sausage (average) and the bacon (also not impressive). If you ask me, we will come back. Atmosphere, food and accommodations are good, but service can definitely improve. Cheers.

Very calm place to sit and relax with an extremely tasty cup of coffee. Have places to sit both outdoor and indoor.
I am cutting on sweets so stayed away from desserts but i think i cannot resist and will try it n my next visit.

I ordered a Pasta they bring half portion. They reduced quantity even the price is high. Very very bad. Very disrespectful quantity compared to the price.

I had a great experience today on this hot? Summer day we came in to get a cold drink, asked about their best sellers and we were given many options! Unfortunately one didn’t come to our expectations so we informed them and the replaced it without hesitation fir a much better tastier option we chose “on the rocks “ as shown in the picture thank you!

Since the menu and staff is changed, our experience was horrible! The head waitress (Ms. Irisha) needs to calm down and learn some hospitality manners.

My experience on this caffe was extremely great!
The staff who accommodated us was hospitable, he even called the attention of the manager to explain the Entertainer offers properly. Kudos to that staff and to the kind manager!

I was more than satisfied with the refreshments/ drinks that I ordered, namely, On the rock and Iced Gaya. I super loveeeee it!

This place has great terrace however there is no consistency in service.
Most of the time you have to wave to catch attention and get your order taken.
On top you have totally unfriendly looking manager or whatever who never checks on his guests but rather shouts on staff members which is totally unprofessional
This place can do a lot more but unfortunately it's just average based on above facts

Swent today, service was horrible!
Breakfast was wrong two times and came too late!
Even coffee was not hot and we had to ask for it more than 3 times

Absolutely diabolical. One hour wait for a single dish and they brought the coffee and orange juice after an hour also. Not busy there either. Food average and service atrocious. Will not be going back. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible customer service.
They don't accept (beverage entertainer) as per the waiter which is not acceptable as we pay for it so it must be removed from there.
The waiter was extremely rude and can't explain it properly even though it was not my fault as I asked if we can use Entertainer from beginning.
Irrespective of that coffee taste horrible and cappuccino is just warm milk no coffee no taste.
Not recommended it at all, even if it's for free.

Great restaurant for a quick lunch! I was hesitant to visit this place due to the mixed reviews, but now after I've been there it was all a good experience. The manager himself was present and took care of our table. We had salmon and it came with baked potatoes, asparagus and dried tomatoes plus a grilled lemon. Quick service, tasty food! I used entertainer, but saw they had a great lunch deal for only 39aed. If you are collecting skywards everyday points - they are part of this deal too!

Thank you for this scrumptious meal I had with you. Your staffs at the JBR beach branch was so friendly and really assisted me on my order. They even keeps on coming back on my table asking how was my food experience. 100% recommended. Great job team ️

I hoped this would be very nice, unfortunately it wasn’t. While the pesto creamy pasta was relatively tasty (though nothing special and relatively small), the veggie pizza was disappointing. Though it kinda of had the right veg on it, some of it seemed to have been added after the pizza came out of the oven (the peppers, the tomatoes). Unevenly cooked, it was a strange pizza. As if we hadn’t gone to an Italian restaurant, but to a place where they specialise in a different cuisine, but will make pizzas as a last resort. The water was indeed 17aed like someone commented below, but that’s just the price in Dubai I’m afraid. The price here wasn’t the problem, it was what you got for it.
They have tablets as menus, which are easy to browse etc, but it looks like maybe they invested some money in the wrong place. It needs more focus on the food and ambience.

Good place for breakfast. We visit often with kids. The breakfast options are good and filling. Entertainer vouchers work well. Coffee is great and kids like the juices offered. Only problem with with the venue is that the place for sitting inside has been very hot lately due to issues with their AC. Since its November and pleasant weather we preferred to sit outside like most of the other people but summer will be a problem

If we decided to take a breakfast in JBR, Il Caffe Di Roma is the first choice. The price for the is just reasonable. However, one thing i noticed that the presentation is much less attractive than before (no green vegetables on the sides). Anyhow, overall the taste is great.

Expensive coffee and waiter doesn't give correct change. It's my choice how much tip I leave, specially when service is charged.

This restaurant used to be one of my family’s favorites, not anymore. We visited today and were surprised by how bad this restaurant became. Our usual meal was always served with salad, this time it was served without salad, and when we asked them, they said they don’t give salad with it anymore. Even the ketchup and mayonnaise used to come in small Heinz containers, now they are served in open small plates and are not tasty. The quality of food is not as good as before; the chicken in the sandwich was so chunky and not cooked properly.

Usually, when we come to JBR for dinner, we account for the free 3 hours parking when we dine at Di Roma. This time they said they don’t validate parking tickets anymore!

Overall, unfortunately, a bad experience.

To begin with the veg pizza was good and the tiny hot breads with sprinkling of white sesame seeds and olive chutney was awesome. Waiters are sweet. But the ambience was terrible with your getting practically cooked possibly due to faulty air conditioners. The unimaginative air coolers added to your misery by raising the humidity and making you sweat. Washroom was a disappointment. But the worst was being charged 17 dirhams for a large bottle of water which costs less than 3 dirhams outside - after all that sweating especially. I will never go back.

People watching at its finest! As is most of JBR.the added value here is the outstanding coffee.try the sorbetto, you won't regret it!
