Wallah i have no enough words to talk and describe my experience in this restaurant, it was Just AMAZING, starting from the staff, the ambiance, the view, the songs, and most important the service and the food. It's my first time here but for sure not last. I'm so shocked that i didn't notice this restaurant before. Plus they have shisha and one of the best Moroccan tea.

We did not enjoy our stay at this restaurant. Food was not that good, low quality, the service was pretty bad, they were really bored and not kind at all. We feel like we bothered them with our money. Except the location (with sea view) nothing made us come again or recommend the place.

I am extremely disappointed by the food and service of this restaurant. My fiance and me had ordered 2 margarita pizzas and a plate of cheese rolls, the margarita costed approx 39 dhs while 4 cheese rolls costed 30! The price point of food items are completely unjustified, especially for the quality. A margarita pizza is one of the simplest pizza to create, yet to our surprise it was one the worst pizzas I have ever had! The pizza sauce and base was obviously splattered with ketchup and cheap cheese dumped on top it, making it a sweet greasy mess of a pizza! This was not pizza but rather a mock of actual pizza! The cheese rolls on the other hand were alright and came with a side of ketchup and mayo sauce, which did not go well with the rolls and an odd combination. The staff as well were not in the best mood and were not enthusiastic to serve us and overall atmoshphere was just terrible and terrible loud music that rather than create ambiance is just an annoyance. Absolute trash! I recommened you head to mcdonalds instead!

Dont pay attention to the fake reviews, the food here is terrible specially for the price.

Overall food was good. Although nothing extraordinary, it did not disappoint either. It's probably the only reasonably priced restaurant in the area.

Followed the process of Zuckerfee, too bad they didn't understand what it was all about. There was a technical problem in the building (gas or electricity) and the kitchen was closed for a short time until the fitters arrived (they came after 2 more minutes, by the way), since what was ordered, the ordered (water) must of course also be paid for. At least the two of them, typical tourists, filled the bottled water back and took it with them. Then make a noise about 10 dirhams, I was very ashamed of others.
The restaurant was there twice within 4 days, once upstairs (shisha terrace) once in front of the restaurant on the promenade. Great food, hadn't expected such a meal at the reasonable prices on the Al Seef promenade, as there is a high-end restaurant two buildings down the road. Service is friendly and typically Dubai not the most attentive. The quality of the food and above all the price are right for that, it was definitely not my last time here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the ILA Al Seef.

Great buffet, loved all the cuisine they offered. Had one of the best iftar dinner, great ambience and service.

We had an iftar buffet and a small birthday celebration there. Everything went very nice and great with the great friendly staff starting from the two ladies once we entered and Mr. Haitham. Overall experience was spectacular with the food and staff.

Invited by a friend over iftar. The Cafe has great seaside location. The environment is good with spacious sitting place. The iftar menu had good options. The dinner was also good. Overall taste was above average. We decided to try order next time for a better feedback. The cost is in budget when comparing to location and atmosphere.

Stopped here for an early dinner when I discovered the water taxi queue over to Baniyas was very long. I’m glad I did because the butter chicken I ordered was very tasty and the best I’ve had in a long time. It is a lovely spot to eat around sunset right on the Al Seef promenade. Very relaxing and prices quite reasonable for a ‘premium’ eating location. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Will be back!

Two years ago it was amazing. Now it is only average. Nothing exceptional regarding the food, the service or the atmosphere. The location is nice, though, and you can see the 8: 30 P. M fireworks while sitting at the table.

Wonderful location with breath taking view alongside delicious food (give it up for tje chicken pizza). Weekend done right!

The tables were not clean, even after we asked them to clean the tables and replace the plates they were not clean. Plastic cups for coke. The food was mediocre. One point for the friendly staff.

Unprofessional behaviour of manager in our visit today poor performance late service provide, we asked from the all staff to get for us the starters but no response, even the manger get our request but the same response we got late and not coming food get cold, manger start shouting to his employees playing them, they got only 3 tables occupied so the restaurant was not busy at all.not recommend at all only if the high management of the restaurant change the manger on duty and work style, bad quality of food as well, disappointed really complain as well will be given

Cosy outdoor sitting, lovely ambiance, friendly staff and good food. My favorite is the mixed grill with very good meat and lamb. I come here often, both for lunch and dinner. Absolute good address and an affordable menu. Greetings, Evelyn

The location and service is nice and those are the only two things. The food was not at all worth the hype of any sort. The food was dry, hard to swallow and cold. Moreover, The set menu options include water as a course, so basically your 4 course meal is a 3 course meal.

Played in calma, and romantic Al Seef waterfront, this restaurant offers tasty and home cooked Arabic set menus in a great setting. Super advised

A solid 4 star worthy.but they forgot to bring us our deserts for both the orders we made! Nd we didnt rember to remind them either.

Nice venue but the service is totally disaster. The food was served late and incomplete. Just had an iftar today but the experience is definitely not good.

Very relaxing atmosphere with a nice view on the river, sitting outside during the day or in the evening. There is a big terrace also indoor sitting is available. The menu has many options however there are set menus for great price like 39 aed including soup, salat and main and ice cream and small bottle of water which is a fantastic deal. You can as the staff about it who are friendly and helpful. Enjoy

We came for Iftar and it was really a very bad experience. The food was not up to par at all. The soup was cold, salad too small in terms of quantity. Appetizer was just wine leaves and cheese roll. Cheese roll was like extremely bad tasting. Main course we ordered the chicken tagine cream and my God the chicken was spoilt. It had an aftertaste like its gone bad, rubbery and hard. Not something i expected. I will never come back here.

If you're looking for good view with shisha in terrace must checkout this place amazing experiance, great ambiance and also they have good deals with shisha.

The dinner offer is completely ridiculous, i ordered chicken steak with mushroom sauce but they brought chicken with bones grilled on charcoal with a little bit of sauce on side and the quantity was as its a kids meal, the offer is made to cheat people tbh and force them to order after by bringing this small quantity, the dish i ordered after even though it was the same meal but it was much better because its outside the offer, very bad experience it was unfortunately, not recommended at all.

Amazing tasty food, good value for money on combos for 39 per person. Don't expect a great table service from waitress, as they will not come back to check if you need anything. They will be just busy chatting.

️ Nothing’s nicer than a beautiful Friday in winter dining al fresco especially at a venue like ILA at Al Seef destination, Bur Dubai. Enjoyed avocado salad tossed in a zingy fresh dressing with a dash of olive oil, chicken livers cooked to perfection and dressed with pomegranate sauce and a dish of hummus Beiruti which was smooth and full of flavour. In fact all the dishes taste great. The waiter service is professional, attentive but not over bearing. Dining outside is so lovely with the stunning views across the creek and people watching as families from all nationalities stroll past, enjoying the afternoon sunshine. If you’re in the area choose this contemporary restaurant cum cafe, same group as Just Vegan whose menu they’ve incorporated into their own. The first floor serves shisha, apparently very good although I’ve not tried it. Classic place to eat and relax, I highly recommend.

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced since being in UAE. We went Friday night, we were 6 people we wanted to order just drinks and sit for 30 minutes. One of the employees came and told us that we have to order at least “one meal” to be able to sit on Friday night. We went ahead and ordered a meal. Seconds later the waiter came and told us “sorry at least 3”. We asked to speak to the manager and I wish we didn’t. He was so rude and entitled I was so shocked at the way he spoke to us. Told us to go ahead and do whatever we want and call the police he doesn’t care. First of all, that’s not how you talk to people especially since we go there a lot. Second of all if you claim on weekends we have to order food to sit then include that in your menu or on a sign. Don’t just lie. There was nobody waiting to be seated! They had plenty of tables. They’re just money hungry and rude. Never again.

A great spot which serves tasty food and really good sheesha. They run a brilliant food combo and food with sheesha combo ranging from 29 to 59 (including sheesha). Ask them for their special menu to see what is available as part of this brilliant combo. They also have an extensive a la carte menu. Lovely outdoor terrace seating which is perfect for the beautiful weather.

The worst food experience, the chicken is not
well cooked, as well as the beef, and their burger is not burger at all, also they don't know how to manage bringing the food together to the table!

Will never visit again.

There are not many places like this in Dubai! You can find here delicious creations from Arabia. On top you get high attention with a luxury service and nice complementaries.

I don’t know how people left very good feedback for them for me and my family it’s was terrible experience at this restaurant. I’ve choose this place because of Zomato and trip advisor had nice feedbacks. But when we came here I saw very bad service! Restaurant was not busy at all but waitresses was pretend like they are super busy! And it was seems like they don’t want give attention to our table. Second the portions of this restaurant SUPER small! Super small it’s mean like really small for the order which we did for 8 person it was like a small appetizer, and we ordered really a lot! When we’ve tried to talk to manager of this restaurant he act full like he is busy and don’t talk to us. Before we did order, waitresses was saying the portions r good. Staff is not qualified! Prices r expensive for nothing, no service and food is not tasty like they mentioned in all this feedbacks! I’ve tried too many Arab restaurant much better value! Not recommend!

جلسات داخليه وخاريجه مطله على البحر وفي الجزء الحديث من منطقة السيف التابعة لمراس.
الأسعار جيده إلى غاليه بعض الشيء. الاكل طيب المذاق وبكميات كافيه جدا.

ILA is wonderful seaside restaurant, overlooking Dubai Creek, with al fresco dining. It’s perfect for Middle Eastern breakfast selections with a great value for money. The food was authentic and delicious, the service was great which all warrants a another visit for sure

We had a great service and amazing breakfast today, special Thanks to the server Abdelrahman he is really helpful and carefully with us, of course we will back again

I just went there for this specific dessert - Umm Ali. Presentation was good, but, the taste was somewhere between average and very good, it wasn't very unique. I guess I had higher expectations as this was listed in some famous dubai food blogs.

Ila is one of my go-to places for Paan Kiwi shisha. The staff are great, the price is reasonable and the shisha is quite smooth. I have tried the pizza, manakeesh, grill and arayes too and it was delicious. Quantities are good enough for 2 but it is definitely on the expensive side for a similar quality of food.

The food is delicious and abdel megud was so helpful and welcoming, me and my friend had a pleasant experience. The prices is also reasonable and the view is amazing.
