Very bad clinic we did only one session laser but we pay for 6 sessions after that they said that they change the location from alex care to hospitalia so we book our next appointment and we go today the clinic is closed and no one answer to the calls they take our money and run away!

Horrible customer service and management. I asked for a certain technician that I’m used to do with (because the other one i did with burned my skin), they told me she is coming in 2 months and moved my appointment till then and again after two months they said she is on leave. Then i said okay book me with one of your technicians and i asked how much it will be suddenly the price doubled and they kept saying management, however, when you message them on Instagram they give you a lower price. I had several bad experiences with them, they’re very unprofessional one time i came 10 mins late for my appointment and when i reached they said technician left without informing because she finishes at 5 and i reached 5.10, although they always made me wait 20 mins minimum for my appointments. To be honest i went there because of their prices but I would rather pay more and get treated properly and have a proper system to deal with.

Bad customer service, they moved all candella devices to another clinic without informing me. And the new clinic is 40 min away of my home.
When i tried to contact the reception to make a complain no responce. I will not recommend it for anyone

I have no experience with the rest of the clinic, but Dr. Soha is fantastic. Great at what she does and gives detailed answers to all your questions. Always a pleasure to see her and do any kind of treatment with her.

Do NOT go to IMC. This place is a total fraud, biggest liars and cheats. They do not even deserve this 1 star!

I have pre-paid sessions. Even if I managed go book an appointment, they will be cancelled on the day itself with the most stupid reasons. E.g they have no machine as they sent it for repair (like wth? !), Dr is not around, Nurse is not available. Biggest liars ever. Now I have 5 unused prepaid sessions that will go to waste as they say they are expired. But I was never able to get any appointments! Please listen to me, DO NOT go to IMC. JUST NO. They have cheated me, do not let them cheat you. Their Barsha branch was sealed by the government for rent dispute (big notice on their door) and closed down with no prior warning, the whole place in a big mess. Papers on the floor, things everywhere. Patient records (including mine) on the Barsha computer system remains a mystery. These records are not linked and will not show in other branches and so whatever you have prepaid before will be gone. Unless you have a receipt. So save yourself the trouble, just avoid this place. Do not give them your money like I foolishly did. Thank you.

Very bad clinic! I once saw a lady bring the police to the center and was shocked but I should have called the police for the receptionist actually because she was so impolite so rude and unprofessional went to even call me names! I had an appointment and she allowed a walk-in to my appointment because I was 15 min late without even calling me to confirm if I was coming or not! I think she is a liar and didn’t even check the bookings before allowing the walk-in! Why I was late because every time I come on time I wait for 30 to 40 min so I explained I will come 15 min late to my appointment. They are horrible. The laser is worthless. I asked for sessions cancellation and money refund they refused! They are robbers.

I was trying to book several times for months but either no one picks up the phone / no available appointments, or candela not available. They always say they will call me but no one call me. When I booked I said I want candela and sheila. I always do Laser with sheila the filipina but she’s not there anymore.

So disappointing. Waste of money!

The prices are cheap because the service is cheap as well as the cheap dealing with customers. As a client I actually been shouted at by the receptionist when asking her why she let a walk in at my appointment and had me wait a full hour. I almost called the police on her. Very unprofessional and very lousy business. Instead of going to be relaxed u get all worked up in that bad clinic

They are nice, friendly staff, but it to take appointment sometimes is hard to get or when one call them its hard to reach.they are making good offers, full body 4 sessions with 900 dirhams …

Very very bad system in this center if they offer cheaper offers they will let you to loss too much time even if booking before one month and staff schedule you confirm to do with is never be done. Not all staff are professionals or do the disinfection for device as should be done. I will never go again to this center even i will pay the double price. I really see one star too much for evaluation they should to take negative numbers

I just realized that the Al Barsha Branch is closed because I had an appointment and I came to the branch and saw it permanently closed.
They didn’t contact me to reschedule, no message, nothing.
I got a number from Instagram to call to Al Wasl Branch, I’ve tried many times, no one picks my call…
They took my number 2 days ago and I still waiting to make my appointment.

Very bad experience with them, I had a package of 4 sessions of laser hair removal and I have been trying to get appointments to finish the package. They schedule and call about 3 times to confirm then cancel the appointment on the same day an hour or two before for various reasons (machine not working, technician is sick…) They don’t offer an alternative appointment and promise to contact for appointments by Whatsapp but never do. It is a rip off and their technicians change constantly. I do not recommend it to anyone. They still owe me a laser session and their phone is not going through.

مليون مره طلبت حد يتصل لانهم ما يردون و ماحد اتصل، و لما عطوني موعد بعثوني على فرعهم الثاني من غير ما يخبروني، و المواعيد عندهم اشاعه لان رحت و اضطريت اني استنى ساعه عشان ادخل، غرف الليزر كانت سيئه جدا و ماينظفون بين الزباين، كلينيكس ف كل مكان و اللي يشتغلون هناك مش professional، لابسين لبس رياضه! و البنت اللي عملت لي ليزر ريحتها كانت جدا قويه! استخدمت حمام العياده و كان معفن بمعنى الكلمه لدرجة اني لحد الان اتعالج من فطريات بعد ها الزياره للعياده!
مانصح احد يروح، يغرون الناس بالباكيج والاسعار المغريه بس الخدمه صفرر و النظافه صفرين!

I did in this clinic Profilo and Botox it's not work with my wrinkles at all. Doctors not professional and not paying attention on patient needs. Service is very bad!

Ive been going to alwasl branch for few years and everything was fine, recently i booked for filler and they double booked me and i waited for an hour with numbing cream on my face, when i kept asking they kept telling me 5 minutes more. I was so frustrated i left. Bad management and bad service from all departments in the branch. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Dont recommend anyone to go here they dont value your time

This might be the worst business in dubai. They take your money for laser sessions upfront and never actually schedule your appointment for taking the session. They sent me a message yesterday confirming my appointment and when I went to their barsha branch it was sealed by the government. Nobody informed me. When I messaged them on Instagram, a guy called me from customer center and I when I complained he started disrespecting me that it’s not his problem that I didn’t know that their barsha branch is closed. Rest assured I’ll be taking this complaint to the police.

Unprofessional and terrible service. You pay and never manage to book. They won’t answer you and they just have one candela machine for all this promotion they’re been doing. Waste of time and money.

Im a regular client of imc clinic but before i was always visiting al barsha branch but until im not satisfied of work ethics there so i try to visit al wasl branch and i meet Mam connie shes really nice and assisting me for what i need and some reception stuff is very approachable but Mam conie always provide good service on me sometimes dr or staff not available but becaus wof her enough knowledage to do it for me so i can save time when im there becaus she trying to assist and accomodate me, and also she know how ro improve my skin and my beauty and shes totally talented staff thats why i like the filipino work ethics
and now its easy for me to book my booking and appointment because he doing well and organize as long as i visited the clinic special the al wasl branc i feel the special treatment from them so from now im happy to come and over and over again on that branch i feel like im a family member of Imc clinic

My experience with IMC is great compared to the my other clinics before. I was visiting al barsha branch but then Al wasl branch opened. I love how they treat their customers wether youre new or regular. I am a regular customer in al wasl now. And I dont let any clinc to touch me aside from IMC. Staffs were welcoming specially Ms. Connie. She never fails to accommodate me and never saw her lost her patience with us. Very entertaining and approachable. I am 100% recommending my friends their and they know it. And will never get tired visiting them for me to have the looks that I want. Doctors is very helpful specially Dr. Chandni. She listens and suggest things that are good for you. She will never hurt you like the others. Godbless and more promotions please.

If you want to get stressed and mistreated then please go to this place. The customer experience is the worst, they charged me 50 dhs for opening a new file which is very understandable, and then a regular customer came with her new friend and they didn't charge her 50 because she is a friend of a regular. Their attitude is soo bad, they scolded their flipino receptionist in front of the customers. When asked about the glutathione IV bag, they don't even know what it is. The treatment I got was not smooth at all, they didn't even bother to wipe my face of the charcoal residue. The furniture, the overall ambiance is very tacky, unproffesional, and the staff is grumpy. Btw the 5 out 5 reviews are probably bought or from their own staff.

Worst Clinic Ever, I do not Recommend.
They keep posting Offers in their Page in Instagram, they even confirm it when you send them a Private message.once there, you end up paying more and they tell you this is nor the Offer «  you misunderstood ´´.
Their Botox literally stays for 2 months only and their doctors keep talking on the phone while injecting your Face.
Their Reception seem to be clueless about running offers. Dubai has many Good Clinics with Promotional Offers, so do not waste your time and money in this Clinic.

Run away- do not come here. Their doctors are horrid. They have no idea how to properly inject fillers or Botox. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I had to go somewhere else to fix the mistakes that they did which took approximately 4 weeks.

First experience was when I did laser hair removal and the cashier charged me 50 dhs extra saying its because i used candela machine and when my friend went 2 days after me and used candela too she was not charged for it.when I asked later they told me there is no charge for the machine type!

The second experience I called them several times to book an appointment but the filipino receptionist promised she will check and call me back but she never did.i called the next day and she booked me at 10 am on Mon.when i showed up to my appointment they told me there is no booking today and the only booking in their system is after 1 week! I have paid 3 sessions in advance. I told them that I need my money back as I am never going there again. They said its non-refundable! I can understand you can't refund if you did your job and I still complained but when you do lousy job and disrespect people and not refund this is ridiculous!

Great experience as a first time. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Saraa were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and I highly recommend this clinic.

The services that I receive from IMC Al Wasel is great. Dr. Saraa and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I'd have no doubt in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Very bad experience. Rude customer service who will not inform the customer regarding the charges for opening a new file until you finish registering. They will manipulate and keep changing the prices and will not give you a fixed price. If any one is thinking to go to that place, don’t because you will be wasting your time.

My experience with this clinic is really good. I am doing mesotherapy here. And getting the result what I want. Dr Samreen is processional and knows what she is doing. I recommend her.
