D. O counter person is really hv no attitude nor have manner.when i go to counter for D. O collection.i need to pay 1346 AED. I Given 1400 aed 1st he pretend i dont have change, he told me wait, after 5 mint waiting he given me change but given me 1aed less.he hv already but showing something.second i told him put stamp on BL then he put stamp on D. Os also, i told ok now u can surrendered this D. O so driver can load shipment on this.but he did not do this as well.then i called warehouse, they were not accepting as well, so finally i bring the D. O to jabel ali.he threaten also that i will hold your shipment, because we a little argue for the D. O surrendered,

We did a CnF shipment. On arrival of shipment the shipping agent asked for 2300 aed extra saying the charges have been asked by Imex to collect. And if you try and bargain they will only keep pulling to an extent that we will have to pay demurage charges. Finally my customer filed a complain on them for cheating. Please be careful when dealing with them.
