From SheIn they sent me a message that they have already delivered and they did not talk to me about the parcel on the phone and it appears in the application that they have already delivered.

Since the beginning of October I placed my order and I am very surprised that until today, Friday, November 10, and my package has not arrived, I feel very disappointed with the Shein company since I believe it is a serious company.

Calls r never done properly from iMile. They call you but always cut after 1-2 rings. Parcels are almost always late. Difficult to contact customer care. Delayed response almost every time. It’s a task getting anything from them. Poor terrible service. Always

It is impossible to communicate directly with someone from customer support, the number provided by the page always sounds like a busy line and they do not respond to email either.

My order was meant to be delivered between the 9th and 11th of November. Tracking shows it was picked up on the 6th but it has apparently been delayed.since today is the 11th and there is no delivery. Now, the dates have been changed to somewhere before the 15th. Very disappointing service if you need the order by the specified date. If this was known, I would've ordered from a different supplier that hopefully used a more reliable courier. I do not recommended this courier, avoid if possible or adjust expectations massively.

In my tracking of my package it shows that I already received it and I have not received anything and I try to talk and they do not respond and I sent an email to customer service and they agree to talk in 24 hours and nothing

Your site is full of complaints, lot of un-satisfied customers, no reply from your end, and no clarifications. I was about to submit a complaint but shocked from all your customers.
I tried to call you, but you have only automatic answering system, no one to speak to.
You need help.

خدمه ممتازه يعجبني التعامل معهم لسرعة الرد و التجارب مع العملاء. و ارجوا ان يتم ارسال الرسائل باللغتين العربيه و الانجليزيه ليتمكن كل من العملاء فهم الرسائل الالكترونيه بين العميل و الشركه او المندوب و شكرا

واحده من اسوا الشركات النقل تستاهل اسراء شهاده افضل شركه سيئه تعبت معهم جدا جدا جدا على شان يتم توصيل طلباتي وكل واحد منهم يكذب لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابد ابد ابد

خدمة جدا جدا جدا سيئة لا يوجد تواصل اتصل لا احد يرد والشحنة من يومين تخرج للتوصيل ولا توصلني ولا يرسلون لا مسجات ولا يتصلون اسوء شركة توصيل اقيمهم صفر مب نجمة

I have a problem with the delivery man he is trying to get an extra amount of money either he tells you to pay for his gas or there was an extra tax to be paid where in fact I have paid for tax and delivery services when I ordered. I have complained but they just sent an email telling you that it is under investigation. This company don't care at all that their customer is being ripped off or it is unethical. Very bad experience with this company.

عدم إلتزام بيوم التسليم، والموظفة التي تواصلت لحل المشكلة لم تتجاوب معي ولم تحل المشكلة، وحتى هذه الساعة شحنتي لم تصل.

اسوء شركة توصيل شفتها بحياتي رغم التأخير ولا واحد برد عليك مشان يخبرك وين صار طلبك حاطين رقم تلفون وخدمة عملاء بس شكلآ للاسف

This is the worst service ever I faced. My parcel is delivered to Dubai and for few days no one even pick it. There is no chance to call, there is no chance to chat with someone. Very poor service

You guys need to improve your communication with the customer. There is none received. You delivery speed is very slow. Normally I receive my deliveries within 24 to 48 hours after custom clearance with Naqel express. With imile there is no sign of delivery even after 96 hours and the worse part is there is no communication and no update.

Very bad delivery and customer service. In tracking, my shipment is showing in dispatch since 29th Oct.until now it is not delivered. One guy called me asking for my location.when I said in Deira, he said it is so far. Their customer service hotline is always busy too.

This is horrible and unacceptable. Never thought I could come across such poor and way beyond standard of a courier company in Dubai. You don't even deserve a star, simply because it's mandatory before my review can be posted.

The worst customer service I have ever been faced with. My parcel is supposedly stuck at customs but I can’t get in contact with anyone except a robot on every single social media platform including calling. Every time I call they’re lined are ‘busy’ which they’re obviously not. The efficiency of the business is horrendous and the lack of management and control is just as awful. This has happened before around a year ago and surely it’ll happen again - it surprises me how a business can be this awful.

الشحنات تاخذ وقت من تاريخ 18 الي تاريخ 22 ولم يحدث لها اي تحديث حتى الان ولو لاحظنا الشكاوي كثيره والرد نفس الرد دون حل اي مشكلة

I got problem with the delivery driver, he is rude talking, he keeps asking me location without informing me atleast 1-2 hrs before he will come, he is angry, usually if i am expecting delivery, the assigned driver will send me message to inform that he is coming to deliver, and ask for location, but this driver called me first at 4 pm, which our security wont allow us to receive delivery, and at almost 9 in the evening.still demanding for location, almost shouting, please dont hire a driver with such kind of behavior. I am a regular customer of Shein, which he was about to deliver, only him has this kind of behavior

Most cheapest quality stuff, not at all similar to any of the pictures. Extremely disappointed. I need to return them. Please advise how to return and refund the payment

The delivery agent was very rude and arrogant, kept shouting and was very disrespectful. Such persons are a disgrace to your organization.

Why you have an option to schedule a delivery if I can't use it, each time I try to schedule it a message tells me that it is in transit and I can't do this now and then suddenly I see that th shipment is out for delivery what if l can't receive it on that day, so please do something about this issue. I have a delivery and I called the customer service to schedule it for after 2 days and it has been scheduled successfully but the next day the delivery agent called me despite that it is not the day I choose, why the customer service don't contac with the delivery agent to provide him with this information?

Worst of WorstHad a very bad experience ordering items from shein. Driver not bother about the delivery and was laughing when I said I will cancelling the order. This company should close soon.

Waste of money, waste of time, horrible customer service, ridiculous website, no tracking system in place.

The customer service personnel has learnt only 'I apologize' line and is unable to read/speak English. The supervisor Alicia is extremely rude and is as unhelpful, as the line staff.

I am expecting a parcel, which has been already delivered to Dubai and is waiting for the pickup at the seller's warehouse, however this courier company seems to just ignore this fact, despite me trying to raise this issue with them numerous times, all they do is say 'I apologize' and 'We wish we had the parcel but we don't'. Looks like they've hired robots who've learnt only two phrases and are not able to do anything else than continuously repeat them.

Hope this company will soon be bankrupt.

انا جربتها واللي جرب يعرف ويشوف لاكن من تجربتي معهم للاسف من اردى واضعف الشركات واسواها تعامل والعميل هو المتضرر من تاخيرهم وعدم اجابتهم للتلفون او الواتس اب المزعوم عندي ملابس طالبها لمناسبه وراحت المناسبة وهم مسكرين على اغراضي والمناسبة مهمه انصحكم وانصح كل شخص يتعامل معهم علشان مايتبهذل بسبب ناس ماترعى مصالح الاخرين وكلامي من حرقة بداخلي تجاههم ولا اي تجاوب منهم لاحياة لمن تنادي

I have a urgent order delivered by imile, I call to their CS team, they're very friendly and help me to arrange the delivery at the earliest.imile's service is very good, their driver also very polite, even better than others couriers in UAE. I really recommend them!

All time am living in my room, and my mobile 24/7 working very well, but without any reason they are mentioned online customer address incomplete or mobile number not working, they didn't come to my location, and how is possible delivery service working early morning 7.24 AM, they are mentioned attempted timing, morning 7.24 AM, very bad service.

The five stars are only because of Rachit and Devyang from Operations.
My experience with Imile would've been really bad if it wasn't for Rachit. I was flying out of Dubai and needed to take my shipment with me. I'd been requesting the Imile customer support for two days to speed up the delivery process a little but I received a very vague and not very satisfactory response.
I read some good reviews about Rachit so decided to get in touch with him. He was extremely sincere and responsible and gave me proper updates about my package. But the best part was that him and Devyang went out of their way to help me and delivered my package some hours before my flight.

The worst service ever experienced!
No notification/message sent before delivery, the delivery associates are messy and lazy, they give a call once if you don't pick up that's it for the order until their time would suit to re-deliver, and if you do pick up the call they will ask you to reach their delivery vehicle to receive the order, so 'to-door' inception for a delivery doesn't exist!
The customer service on the other hand is helpless.
My 3 previous delivery experiences were completely unsatisfying.
Not recommended by all means!

Worst delivery service I've ever encountered in my whole life. They don't even deserve a rating at all. My parcel from Shein has reached Dubai for a whole week now and it keeps returning to the damn warehouse, they have a different wrong address every time its out for delivery.

What a shame!
