When is this building going to offer electronic payment for parking? Add insult to injury, finding a place in the mall with cash doubled the parking fee. No wonder the parking is empty, they would rather lose business than operate in the 21st century.

Very busy place, alot of traffic around, valet parking available otherwise very difficult to find a spot

Nice ambience and design.not so over crowded. Fine restaurants and good place to hold meetings.

Use less place I ever visit in dubai.
In this first you go to reception reception send you toward service lift there is security in front of service life he send you basement from basement you need to take again lift for office visit or deliver some thing.
Security didn't even want to talk with the person management need to maintain rules and make it easy some people want to deliver food and the food is not able to eat until it reached to person.

Service lift is always busy. Many peoples are waiting for lift, no one following Coivd19 protocol's.
Very bad experience over there.
Most important security don't want to understanding any things.

I love the building structure where they have a very nice landscape water be low and side flowing down the building, it very grat

Not convenient at all. As a visitor i had to pay 16 dirhams for just 20 minutes. Even in DIFC first one hour is free. Most of the places in Dubai first one hour is free. In Index just first 15 minutes free? You even have to take 2 elevators to go the apartments. Had to wait a long time to get the elevator. Even to deliver something you need in this place minimum of 30 minutes. I suggest to park your car in-front of the building RTA.

Service lift is the worse. Have to stay hours for going up or down. The entire building has only one service lift. Poor delivery guys and other contractors all wait hours to go up or go down for desired floors.

I love this environment and the landscape, beautiful waterfalls and it just beautiful

ممتاز سكنت فيه بس شقتي حلوه جداً بس قديمه شوي ولو الزجاج نظيف كان اوووف و مشكلته المصاعد لازم توقف في موقف له رقم و تدخل في مصعد و مافيه زر الا الدور 30 و بعدها تطلع و تدخل مصعد اخر يوديك من 30 الى 77

I just love this place.
I rented an apartment in the building, it has a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa and the soroundings, well located within walking distance to Dubai Mall, train station and downtown Dubai.
The Ac works as it should around the whole building.

Its It's verybed in downtown area this tower just looked service elevator one time 20 people im elevator no social distance all delivery parson person waiting 30 minute 40 minutes westing its very bed no carrying to por peoples (know looked garbage in elevator

It's name creates confusion for visitors as it is a kind of mall. It's location is simply perfect but exposure is not up to mark.

If you ask me where is the hell place for delivery boys my answer is please come and see index tower delivery area

Index tower is commercial and residential building of Dubai.it's in live Dubai finincial centre.

No we are not giving you our 5ive. We are giving you 5ive hours to investigate what was going on with your elevators yesterday and to upgrade asap your maintenance schedule or we are filing a complain that you will not be able to manage.and you can trust us on that. Time now is 12: 05 DLT

Need wait for service lift, always my ordered food getting colder because delivery Crew waiting for service lift

I am disopointed with my last two visit.the scurity lady officrr in west office tower was very rude.i should not write more bcz of the lady but management should take care of these people.
She should b helpfull for people.not dictate the peoples.

Nice & fancy tower for Bussiness.now a days a lot of construction around and it is difficult to reach

I love this place because when your in 75 floor you will see many beautiful buildings near the tower like burj khalifa

Good new clean business building also has a little cafe doing salads and small meals near the first building
