Just keep in mind, as I have been told (straight from the mouth) of one of the guys in charge there, they are not responsible of what damages that could happen to your package in their warehouse before delivering it. And what I have seen there when I visited their warehouse. Infested with RATS!
And what I have seen inside my package, I bet they're feeding them too!
If they deny that they do not have a rat problem, let them (simply) prove it.

Good Morning PT Index Cargo. I apologize.
Today I would like to submit a complaint on the shipment from PT Index Cargo, as a form of my disappointment and next I hope there is no such case again.
Chronology:
On Friday 18/05/2018 at 04.30 am I was contacted by an unknown person number and informed that a suitcase bag had been dropped from Index Cargo car in the name of Ibnu Karyawan in Jl Sidotopo area of Surabaya Indonesia. The man had time to chase his car with the intention to return the goods but the car was speeding. I got shocked how come this way, lucky that person call me and want to return the suitcase bag to me, I hope how Index Cargo handles this problem and I want Preventive & Corrective Action. Please Feedback
