Very descent restaurant with authentic Indian meals. Tasty food well prepared. The staff are very polite and provide excellent service. They prepare food as per the customer's requirement. Keep up the good name.
Absolutely incredible take on modern Indian cuisine. The food, ambience, and service were impeccable especially thanks to Wasim n rabina. Highly recommend there samosa chat butter chicken cheese mushroom choco lava cake gazar Ka halwa. The flavour and texture of each dish were spot on, well balanced with the sauce/curry base. Their in-house mint chutney was delicious. Totally worth trying amongst the other fantastic restaurant. This restaurant is a must-try.
We were assisted by staff Waseem. He is very professional and good staff. Recommended very delicious dish and sweet. Enjoyed the food. Definitely will Recommended.
I had an excellent experience.the food was delicious and the staff was professional especially Sadiksha.will be back to try it their food again. The best Indian restaurant in Dubai
We had an excellent meal at India Palace. Ambience and service were excellent. Our server was Sadikshah who looked after us above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this restaurant for an excellent Indian Cuisine meal.
I went to India Palace yesterday and it's from the best Indian restaurants in Dubai. The ambience is charming and the staff are very welcoming and polite. I ordered Samosa, Biryani, Butter Chicken. The Samosa was mouthwatering, soft from the inside and crunchy from the outside, also the biryani was so good and the butter chicken was a bomb of flavors. I ended this flavorful dinner with the yummy Mango Lassi. It was a great experience which will definitely bring me back
Food is okay in taste but please bring your chess and ludo to play while you ordered food for dine in. Normal time to serve food on table is 45 mins to 1 hour. Running breads take minimum 20-25 mins one after another. Best place if you want to enjoy food for whole evening. To be honest not worth of 1 rating due to poor hospitality and slow serving. Pls go if you have lot of leisure time to waste.
I ordered mutton biryani which didn't taste great - it was full of tomatto masala, many pieces of mutton with full of bones and rice quantity is very less. The biriyani didn't tasted like biriyani. I also ordered tandoori chicken which didn't taste great either. It was missing smokiness of tandoori. Overall my experience wasn't that great. Regarding the waiters they were friendly and were quick to take up the order. Food was the issue!
A very elite indian restaurant situated near china court of ibn batuta mall. Very good taste and greatest hospitality. Suitable for get-togethers and families day out. Pricing is a bit high. Cash and card acceptable. One of the very few places where American express is also acceptable. Connectivity via bus and metro. A must try spot. Desserts are awesome.
I ordered food worth AED 200+ from this restaurant and the quantity was unbelievably small and the taste was not at all good. I ordered for some guests and was really embarrassed in front of them. The non veg mix platter worth AED 85 was such a disaster quantity and taste wise.
Visit to India Palace (Ibn Battuta Mall) was very disappointing in terms of both, service and food. The same Sultan-e-gosht biryani at the restaurant near Ggico metro station was mind blowing, while at battuta mall, it was very very disappointing. Looked like the whole place was run by interns who had no idea how to manage crowd.
Good food. I went for a takeaway but there was some confusion in between me and the lady at the front desk, Surekha, if I remember correctly, I read about a dish and confirmed if it was the same but ended up with something else when I reached home. It was good though. Not her fault, just miscommunication as the dish was too typical from Rajasthan, India.
Just about okay. Too pricey for too less. Their quantity sucks. Food is okay but other Indian restaurants like Gazebo, Bhojan (Motorcity) are much better!
Classic Indian Mugalai Food at the Ibn Battuta's China food court. If you would like to try Indian food and don't like spicy, then you must try India Palace. Ask for chicken biryani with breast pieces only, black dal, some BBQed spicy potatoes (can't remember the name) and few nan pieces. This restaurant deserves an outdoor area and shouldn't be inside the
We checked review of this place before coming. MOst reviews were positive, but our experience was negative.tasteless food (butter chicken). Nanbread was hard and tasteless as well.paneer was okay.it is a waste of money to eat here.in addition, all of the staff have a morose mood.
Despite it’s small quantity; food was tasty. Service was good. Staff are nice and welcoming. Price is high compared to the other similar restaurant hence the 3 star rating.
Service is so horrible that I refuse to order again from them even though I like their food. I. Particular the Ibn Battuta branch, they just refuse delivery orders without a reasonable reason
WOW Fantastic. Nice to come here for Indian Traditional Food. Very nice and tasty food. People here welcome you so nicely. Papad, Chutney and Pickles were complimentary and nice to start with especially when you are hungry and waiting for the food to come. Apart from Mouth-Watering Food, I also enjoyed Mango Lassi and Gulab Jamoon. Wasim and Pramod Nair's Serive was Superb. Overall Awesome Experience.
Das Essen hat die gewohnte Qualität von anderen India Palace Restaurant, das Ambiente und der Service ist jedoch nicht mit den von mir besuchten Restaurants in Ras al Khaimah und Abu Dhabi vergleichbar.
Fantastic restaurant and extra ordinary service. Our Paneer sizzler was not cooked well initially and we just mentioned as a feedback. They got a new Paneer sizzler as additional, as complimentary, caring to the comments and feedback. Thats service! Good job by Ashraf (Captain) in the restaurant.
