This was our first time at the store and we found all the furniture and home decor very unique to all the other stores we’ve been to in Dubai. The team there is helpful and assisted us from the moment we walked in. Special mention to Joy who will help you pick and keep the furniture you like on hold till you can make up your mind. It’s a must visit as you will not leave empty handed from the store. We bought a beautiful dining table and sideboard and it fits beautifully in our home.

I have purchased nearly all of my furniture, art and how decor accessories from Indigo Living. The showrooms are wonderfully laid out and easy to visualize how they may fit into your home.
The staff and very friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help you make your home beautiful and comfortable.

It's the worst experience ever. I bought sofas from them after pressure from the seller that I have to submit the request as soon as possible to deliver the order before February 15th. And after submitting the application and scheduling my appointments and even the dates of receiving my guests. The seller simply sent a message on the WhatsApp application that the delivery of my order will be on the 28th, not the 15th, and when I asked them for an official email with a specific date for delivery. I received an unprofessional email that said the delivery would be the first week of March, and the day was not specified. I have to stay more than a month without a sofa. A very bad experience. I dealt with the largest and smallest exhibitions, and I have never been exposed to a similar situation

We bought two dinings chairs from this store. We were told by the assistant they were made of leather. Within 6 months the chairs material disintegrated clearly not leather. After contacting the store expressing our concern we were advised nothing can be done by them. The chairs look awful and to think we payed premium prices for them

First purchase from Indigo Living and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new dining room table. The quality exceeded all my expectations. I was also super impressed with the delivery and assembly team: they were polite, so well-presented and had everything done and in place for me in no time. They wore gloves and shoe covers unpacked the piece outside in the hall before coming into my apartment and removed all of the large packaging for me when leaving. I’ll be shopping here again for sure.

This is a shrewd concept - sleek looks but an Ikea style approach which mostly requires them to assemble pieces at your home. The shops have a habit of displaying damaged items as regular sale items - this isn't just ex-display wear and tear and then ask you to sign a disclaimer to protect against returns. This is not hand made furniture for the most part but it is close to hand made prices. They also neglect to tell you they will send folks to assemble items in your home during a pandemic! After sales service is simply not educated nor trained sufficiently for the products being sold.
The buyer has a good eye for design no doubt and the stores are quite well merchandised, but why do I feel like I would only buy again from them if they were the last choice in Dubai?

I have been a client of indigo since many years and I must say that they have a very unique design for their furniture. However, their after sales service is very disappointing, if any problem happens and you request help, they cannot provide anything. This shows that the management has adopted a no-care attitude.once the cash is in, the client is left to his own means. I recommend that Indigo management show a bit of care towards customers and their needs in order to provide a comprehensive and competitive service.

I love buying furniture, lighting and accessories for my projects from this shop! The team is very helpful and they have an in house design team that would build a proposal tailored specially for you. Make sure to pop by during their sales for some unbelievable deals! I made a sofa purchases from Indigo Living. They were supposed to deliver AND assemble it. Then we noticed there was one problem with the sofas was delivered, the cluctches attaching the sofa together are not aligned and the sofa legs are not stable. We called them. They sent one guy who inspected it, and informed that there is a factory fault and he will coordinate with head office. When we called back Indigo, they claimed that the guy who came and inspected the sofa informed that there no fault and its wear and tear although the sofa is not even 2 weeks old. Outcome: Indigo now wants us to pay extra for someone to come and fix their mistake. I am surprised with such a coordination and customer aftersale. I will never buy anything from them ever again and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. Worst experience ever. Never trust such a company: they are simply unreliable and unprofessional! If there is any issue caused by them, they will not take responsability and will push to pay for it!

I made substantial purchases from Indigo Living (living room, dining room, sleeping room, etc). They were supposed to deliver AND assemble the furniture. Then we noticed there was one problem with one of the sofas. We called them. They sent one guy who inspected it, and said it is the mistake of Indigo's assemblers who forgot to screw something. When we called back Indigo, they claimed that the guy who came and inspected the sofa (who was referred by them!) was not part of their organisation, hence not able to determine whether it is Indigo's mistake or not. Outcome: Indigo now wants us to pay extra for someone to come and fix their mistake. I am shocked. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Never trust such a company: they are simply unreliable! If there is any issue caused by them, they tell you it is YOUR PROBLEM! UNACCEPTABLE!

Apart from Zaid and his team in the design studio, there has been a lot of issues I had to deal with when buying / returning items from the store. If you buy an item, you have to wait for a week to collect it. When you collect it, you may find it defected/ damaged, and to arrange a refund it can take up to a month (not 7 working days as promised) to get your money back. During this month, be prepared to hear all sort of excuses and wrong information about why the refund hasn't happened in a timely manner.
